Looking at the highest reviews, I enquired an estimate for an out station trip in Bangalore. The person was very rude with me, just to provide a quotation for a simple 4 days trip. (with all the details provided)
With this kind of behaviour, not sure how they get 4.8 reviews. I doubt if these are a fake reviews.

There is no outlet located there. They are operating online and telephone. Don’t waste time searching them over maps

We had booked their tempo traveller for our tour in Madikeri and kushalnagar. Overall it was a great experience.

Cars: We booked 2 Innova Crysta cars for 7days from Bangalore to Coimbatore. The cars were cleaned and well maintained.

Drivers (Sriniwas & Raghu) : extremely polite and we'll educated, had indepth knowledge of the various tourist spots, local food joint and we're well versed with English and Hindi alongwith their native language

Mr. Sandesh (owner) was very very polite and a down to earth person. Helped us in planning the overall trip and guided us throughout during this memorable vacation.

Would highly recommend Sandesh Tours & Travels for any trips around the south region.

Out trip duration was from: 2nd to 7th May 2022

I booked 7 seater car from sandesh tour and travels. First experience was good and awesome. Well neatly cleaned car.

We went to our home god temple Sri Malayanur Angala Parameswari Temple near Villupuram and then visited Tiruvannamalai temple

Everything went smoothly and reached safely with care.

More over on time arrival n departure.

I asked to come by 4: 45 AM.it was there at apartment by 4: 45 AM. Such customers oriented service. Good highly appreciated

We had booked a force traveller for a family trip and overall it was a pleasant experience. Sandesh was patient enough to explain everything in detail and he was quick to respond to any queries I had.
Vehicle was pretty decent and driver was well experienced and well behaved.

I've used Sandesh Travels Service once for a 4-day
outstation journey. Our journey was a last minute plan & needed a car within few hours & these guys have helped a lot in arranging one, that to during a long weekend. Kudos to them. I found them professional and committed to what they do, especially Puneeth, our driver, did a great job in handling long distance journey (nearly 1800 Kms in 4 days).

I would definitely choose their service in coming days & recommend others to use their service too.

Hired a car for a three day trip to Madikeri. Car provided was good. Girish was very polite and friendly. Knew the place like back of his hand. Very nice experience. A suggestion, 300kms per day minimum charge could be revised to say, 250 for places like Madikeri etc, which fall within 250 km radius.

I have used Sandesh travels twice and I have had a great experience. The cars are nice and well maintained. The drivers are courteous and professional. Keep up the good Work.

I came here to give a 5-star review for a great car I hired with driver for a reasonable price from Sandesh tours & travels with outstanding service. Driver (Babu) was very friendly nature. He was able to speak good Telugu and has suggested us very nice spots on the way which was not even the part of our tour itinerary. We felt very safe and very looked after. I had booked 2 Toyota Innova Crysta for me and my family for 4 days.

Car was clean and in good condition, drivers were good.

We hired a 22 seater bus for a trip of around 1500kms. The travel agency is too good in providing the best for customer. I asked them only for the bus, but they gave the info related to accommodation. The driver (Harish) who came for our bus is very decent and obedient. He has the good experience in the places we visited. He helped us with is best driving skills to complete the entire trip in 3 days (Jogfalls - gokarna - murdeswar -udupi -Coorg).

Very prompt & professional travel agency in bangalore. I have been used their services more than 4 times.all the trips are 100% successful, especially recently to Gokarna was memorable, driver was polite, soft spoken & finally I can say Sandesh Tours and Travels provided best Tempo Traveller in bangalore

Punctuality and drivers behaviour makes Sandesh travels special and I had great experience with Sandesh travels

I called them before two hours and scheduled for travel. We only two women and driver was polite and dropped us safely at my hometown. They didn't charged any extra.

This was my 2nd trip with them and just like the 1st time it was a pleasent and wonderful experience. The vehicle was neat, driver was friendly and kept guiding through out the journey (where to go, what to do and what not to). Good experience with this Travel Agent in Bangalore with quick response on call & WhatsApp chat, even you no need to visit their Travel agency in Bangalore for cab booking. As I booked cabs from Electronic City to Bangalore Airport they sent cabs ontime always. Booking cab here is bit expensive compare to others, but very convenient and comfortable

Recommended one here the taxi fare from electronic city to airport is fixed and service is much better than any other cab services in bangalore
