I have purchased oppo f21 Pro here, seriously i am very disappointed and the functionality is worst.

We can get mobiles with best price with almost same as online. They have their own app to book mobiles. They will accept all type of payments except Sodexo cards.

Dont buy anything from this store, they sell defected piece I bought Samsung z fold3 costs 1.49lac its has some problems like hanging or switching off by itself when complaint raised they replied for any assistance go to respected brand service center, they will let you face the problem alone with service center, when we go there they said software need to update and they damaged the screen and they are saying since its damaged they cant replace, as a dealer Sangeetha should bear some responsibility to their own customers. Very much disappointed.

Pathetic service. Promised many cash backs but never got any!
They give many cash back offers as false promises but never get any of them. We become fools after the purchase of the gadget. Please don’t visit this store.customer care is also pathetic and trash.
No one will reply to emails or address the concern over calls.
Such a trashy shop.

I was promised cashbacks from sangeetha and it’s been 6months since purchase and I didn’t get a single thing.
Customer care team is taking forever in letting me know the status.

Excellent service given in Akshayanagar store, I bought 1 samsung A52s phone, she explained very well

Had very worst experience here today, brought Samsung phone yesterday but they have not informed me that it will not support 5G WiFi band. When today I went to return then they said it can't be returned however in their website they have return and refund policy. Don't go this shop to buy any thing. Such worst shop. They don't have feeling towards customer and customer hard earned money.

Yesterday only I bought samsung mobile in emergency from this shop, as my own mobile fell down in the water.
I didn't do any research and went immediately to sangeetha mbl center.whatever that shopkeeper said I believed and bought the mobile as my office work was going on.
When I came back to home and put my sim card got to know that the phone is 2.5 G wifi band. It is of no use as it's 2G so I went to return the mobile and they said ones sold it's sold. Thay are not even giving exchange.
I got it for 17k.
Now it's of no use.
Such worst people with worst shop.
Don't buy phone from here, be careful.

Worse experience ever in a Store which has good reputation but it's spoilt by few employees or the staffs working there who has no respect towards customer and have zero knowledge on how to deal with the customers, also they are so irresponsible and no hygiene which is been maintained, they don't wear masks
Better they get a proper staffs if not they're gonna spoil Sangeetha's reputation
