Sanjee Diagnostics and Healthcare

I visited Sanjee for some major scan. Initially i was scared of the process. But the staff, doctor Gayatri were very supportive throughout the procedure. Im very happy that the procedure went well

Really they waste time very much they don't have enough staff consult a patient i won't prefer this diagnostics next time worst service

There are no doctors for scans n tests at particular time they don't value the patients time.very irresponsible doctors.

They don't value your time.even if you have taken an appointment you'll have to wait for hours for a 10 mins scan.the front desk staff have their priorities and will let their known people get checked first while you can sit in the corner waiting for your turn.if one has to pay premium prices they should also get good services. Pathetic in terms of queue management. Visit only if you have a full day in your hands with nothing better to do apart from waiting in a corner.

It's very hygienic.and safety measures taken.i am very comfortable with all staffs
members an total over all services are excellent.technician was very friendly talking and careing patients.thanks for doctor to refer this daignostic I recommend all my friends visit once.

Very unprofessional, I have booked an appointment at 4PM two days prior, but when I teach the center doctor was not in hospital till 4: 45 the staff keep tell 10 min, please dont waste time for waiting, i can suggest you can check other near by diagnostic center

No use of taking appointment here. 11.30 was appointment 1: 30 now no one turned. Whenever asked they tell only one thing. Next patient is you. Uff tired

Sanjee diagnostic is best lab as my opinion.they will give good responsibility for pationt and others.nice totally well responsibility.

Good people and great treatment, staff is well equipped with knowledge and good ambience to support doctors.my whole family gets treated here.

Very helpful staff and doctors. We came in kind of emergency situation and even after ther regular work timings they accomodated our request for a scan.

Dr Gayatri she is very good doctor and cares abut all our quries and she explained us properly I loved hr experience and staff members are very good even they maintain us well. I liked their hospitality.

I recommend everyone, plz don't go to this place. The thing which is very important is inexperience staff, they don't know what to do and how to do. Patients had to explain them. If u want accurate and hassle free report, don't go to this place. They will make u to wait like anything until u feel u r dieing then they will take u for scanning.

Doctor gayatri is really very good.she shows utmost care. I feel very comfortable talking to her. She explains the things in a proper way. Diagnostic center is very clean.

They make you wait for hours even if you have appointment. No value for time. Horrible place for working women and busy people. Your time is wasted here.

Very rude front end staff. These guys doesn't know how to responds to the customer query. Even they are ready to cancel the appointments if lab technician is not in mood. I think most of the customer prefer this place (reffered by doctors) thats the reason they show so much of attitude.

Doctor Gayathri is friendly. Good thing is that u will get reports within short period of time.staff also good n they won't make u wait long.

My appointment was at 1 pm, i was on the way and 12.30 receptionist called me and said appointment is cancelled. And that too with rude manner. Receptionist needs to learn etiquettes which probably her school didnt tought her.

Horrible center. Don’t bother going. More than 3 hours waiting. Very dirty and unhygienic premed is. Staff very unresponsive and rude. They lie about doctor availability. Every time u ask them how much longer they tell u 30 min more. They did this like 6 times. In the end up we ended up not even getting the test done. Go somewhere else!

Services are OK for the first time I visited. The following needs to be improved: Lab technicians need to wear gloves while performing procedures including blood draw.receptionists and technicians are friendly and work hard. However, other visiting staff also need to co-operate with them to keep up their commitments. The outlook of the infrastructure is very old and needs renovation and new look. Affordable pricing of tests. Today, I was given an appointment for 8: 30 am for pap smear test and the gynecologist coolly turns up at 10: 15 am. No apologies.after the procedure, coolly hands out the her card for clinic visits.
