My mother underwent cataract surgery for both eyes and below mentioned is her feedback:

She was more confident than us during her second eye operation which was a blissfully shocking for us. Vinay sir has an experienced hand and more importantly he is a caring and sensible human being which lets his patients not feel a thing during the whole process.
The hospital staff is highly professional and genuine. They patiently explain each and every medication. Special thanks to Manasa and nursing staff. They don't overcharge anyone and are very transparent in billing and pricing.

Dr Vinay patil is a very good Eye specialist. He gives enough time for taking history, explaining the diagnosis and medications. Have been going for my daughter for quite some time now.

Clinic review- one of the worst clinic just advertisement is good, receptionist, Blood sample collections, even Dr is not response properly he will always in hurry counting number of patient to make money and just giving fake smile.

Dr vinay review- He may be a good opthalmologitic, treatment done by him was good, only problem is in consultant was not proper he will not explain you properly he is rude and don't list-ion you.after taking advance money also he will make you to wait if you don't follow up money gone and another thing corporate insurance are always proper and process don't take much time if you process properly.they use theirs phone number instead patient so that they can cheat because you won't get any message and they say your limits are over or your insurance have capping simply if you don't have I don't know Dr is educated but why he is doing this My mistake That I went through Practo thinking this charatable type of private hospital may be good but no not up to the mark.

Got my both eyes cataract surgery done at Sankalp Nethralaya. Dr. Vinay Patil is a great doctor who is affectionate & friendly. He does operations with great dexterity. The staff, too, is courteous and supportive. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience.

The worst place to visit. I suggest you save your time and money and go elsewhere. They first give wrong readings and wrongly diagnose, then place an order for lens without your consent, and they put the blame on you when you confront them. Don’t be fooled by their positive reviews. Please do your research before visiting this scam place. My mother was wrongly diagnosed saying she has cataract, which was proved to be false after seeking second opinion from reputed hospital. Kindly stay away from this scam place.

I got both my eyes operated by Dr Vinay Patil. I'm very very satisfied with outcome. Doctor is very friendly, helpful with great care.

The quality of the glasses are excellent. I've dropped them several times but they've held up. They also had plenty of options as compared to other store in the city. Prices are reasonable!

Absolutely horrible experience. This place is a scam. They booked more appointments than they can take. No staff available, no one to take care of patients, no rooms available for patients. No attendees to do anything.

Dr. Patil was very good and friendly. I took my grandmother for Cataract surgery and it was very pleasant experience overall.

My son who is in school had broken his glasses. Before placing an order for a frame, i thought I shall get his eye and place the order with correct readings.

To my horror, they said i have (must) get a consult and wait for 1 and half hour to meet the doctor. I explained to them i was no need to see the doctor. I just need his eye tested and get the reading to place an order for the frame.

They wanted to meet to place the order for the frame in their clinic, (i usually place my order Titan for frames). So i refused, and j said i am ready to pay for the consult without meeting the doctor.

They said if you are not placing the order for the frame in the clinic, we cannot do the test. (This was told by the store guy, who is not even a doctor).

I mean.are these doctors under oath.or just creeps in white coats.i am super irritated.

No proper response and full day spend here without food.no water and no resturant in near hospital.fully crowd like local clinic and how they are handling this much crowd for eye surgery in one day such horrible.not suggest for senior citizens.

I am very happy to share that both of my kids got eyes tested with accuracy and got the glasses ofcourse I needed to wait till 3days as because all procedure was under Dr Vinay which was worth full because kids are delicate we should handle them with Care thanks to Sankalp

I am visiting the hospital for my 1st time. And had a great experience with them. I have been in bangalore for 10 months now and have visited multiple doctors for various problems.but he Dr. Vinay is the best among all. He is so positive so interactive and very kind. Highly recommended!

Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. The hospital staff are very courteous and cooperative and helpful.

My wife had spilled fevi Kwik into her eyes and it was creating a burning situation for quite sometime and it kind of became quite serious. The clinic was Swift in treating this as an emergency. Dr. Pinto calmly handled the situation, and treated quite well. There was genuine concern amongst the staff at the clinic. Thanks a lot team!

Good facility for eye related surgeries in HSR. Before you go for the procedure please confirm the amount that has been claimed under insurance.

Sankalp Nethralaya is a decent eye checkup and treatment hospital. Dr. Vinay Patil is a knowledgeable and experienced doctor who treats his patients and caretakers with empathy and care.

Reason for low star rating: the admin and nurses are rude towards the patients and their caretakers. Lack of proper training and understanding is strongly and visibly displayed by them. Unfortunately, doctor is dependent on them for assistance.

Here the doctor is very good and very polite but I think the biggest scam is that the medicine issued by doctor is available only in their store and they gave medicine in exact mpr they don't give any discount I don't understand why they do this kind of thing regarding medicine and all it is not a good behaviour.it is my personal opinion and except that the doctor is very good.

Very bad and fraudulent experience. The diagnosed my father with cataract + glaucoma and asked him to walk in any day without appointment for laser surgery. However he did not give any diagnosis or reports for his analysis. Anyways we still believed him and went to the hospital for surgery but then he conducted some blood tests, ecg and a- scan and then asked to come 3-4 later for surgery. So far we had paid them 5500+ for tests and consultation and they still did not provide a single paper of his diagnosis or any reports. When asked for reports and case file they said they hav a protocol to not share details with patient before surgery.thats really weird and fishy logic.

Brilliant doctor- Dr Pinto a squint specialist did a great job on my daughter. Thank you so much. I will surely recommend him.

Surgery was done for both my mom & dad by Dr. Vinay Patil. Very nice doctor, good to talk to him for any issue. We had great experience during the surgery as well as consultations since 6 years. I recommend this Doctor.

Doctor if very very good, but stuff is not helpful. Please talk with all customer properly and ask to them they need any help or not, this way you can improve.

My cataract was removed by Dr. Vinay Mohan Patil. I regained my eye sight with the personal care of Dr and his staff. He is blessed by God to give vision to people like me.

Recently visited the place for eye checkup. I am happy with the way the Doctors treated, but i am very much disappointed with the quality of the specs they made for me, i was charged rupees 4400 for the specs but the specs is not built properly

I would recommend patients to visit the hospital for check up but get the specs prepared from somewhere else

Good clinic to get treatment for eyes. Dr Vinay Patil is the doc to go for. I have got my eye treated here by him. Very gentle and patient doctor with good knowledge.

I had consulted Dr. Vinay Patil for my father's eye issues related to Diabetic Retinopathy, doctor explained everything about the current situation and possible treatment options, doctor had suggested the ideal treatment which will work by the current condition and not to do anything which is not required.
I urge everyone who are diabetic to kindly keep an yearly "Diabetic Retinopathy" check-up to know what is happening in the retina because in time diagnosis will actually help to a greater extent and keep your sugar under control (HBA1C).

Money extractors.not sure how good they will be in surgeries.surprisingly they will not share our own medical records.

I got my mother's cataract surgery done and an very impressed with the doctors and service. Both dr. Pinto and dr. Vinay were present during the surgery. They made sure to explain the entire process and also the need to get it done and also have been very interactive during post- operative consultations.

My mom went through cataract surgery in this clinic. I felt, all staff are very humble and helpful. They treated my mom very nicely. I really appreciate the doctors support. They explained very well about pre and post conditions.

The doctor and the staff is sitting there to sell masks and shields to people. I visited there taking my nephew sister and mom for a check-up. And I was wearing a neck warmer as a mask. But they wanted me to buy their own masks while I was not even the patient and my face was already covered with double folded neck warmer. Responsible citizen yeah right.

My mother was having acute pain in eye due to something hit her eye, we visited this hospital on Sunday 30th August. Dr Patil, was very professional, and treated and given medicine and also guided how to use the drops.
Thank you very much even working on Sunday. We actually, visited 2 other hospitals on Sunday, but they were closed so finally, we arrived at this hospital.

I have visited this doctor based on Practo Feedback and I am really happy for making this decision. My Mother had Cataract and she got it operated in Sankalp Nethralaya by Dr. Vinay Patil. He is a very friendly doctor and puts patients at ease by explaining the process with good humour. Also the prices are competitive as you get better rates and quality of lenses than other clinic (I've done my research before approaching this doctor). Operation took less than 30 mins and note I am writing this feedback after 4 months of operation and my mom till date did NOT face any eye irritation, issues, complications or side effect.

Had a wonderful experience. The doctor explained each step of what they were doing the day of surgery including pros and cons. Dr. Vinay Patil was very patient explaining the procedure fully. The best thing is that I can see distance without glasses.

My wife underwent cataract operation on 25th Feb on her right eye. It was a great success. After review, by Dr. Vinay Patil, we found the outcome far more superior than her left eye for which we had undergone operation in a leading hospital. The Doctor, staff and facility in the clinic are patient freindly.

I recently visited sankalp netralaya for my mother's eye examination. Initially was very apprehensive but must say dr vinay patil's friendliness, cleared all the doubts. The best quality about the doctor is that he is very down to earth and explains the problem in layman terms and his experience gives all the confidence to proceed further with the treatment. My 65 year old mom had gone through a cataract surgery, every minute details were meticulously monitored, proper medical tests were done, post surgery care was well taken care by the hospital staff and the doctor. Left the hospital with a satisfied heart and a clear vision.with this pleasant experience I Would definitely recommend this hospital and the doctor to all my friends and relatives.

Beware of this clinic. They are thieves looting patients. Went to check eye power. Dr Vinay patil gave me an eye cleaner and told me to visit next day. If a patient is coming for a specific reason, its completely illogical and unethical to take money if you don't treat for that. Looted rs 400, plus an eye cleaner for 400 bucks. 800 bucks spent without any eye checkup for power. Stay away from this clinic and this doctor for your own good. 0 stars.

Went to this clinic for eye irritation. My cause is not mentioned or written on the prescriptuon, they write 4 different kind of medicine worth 800 Rupees. Also dont buy medicine from there, buy outside.

My mother had got her cataract operation for both eyes done here.it was a very good experience for her. The hospital is very comfortable, pleasant. The doctor and nurse are very gentle and friendly.

Had a worst experience here, they made us to visit the hospital twice after putting drops on first day and asked to come when the blur is cleared, it took two to three days for the blur to go. Also they write eyedrops and directly include in bill, they never bother to ask if we want to purchase that drops or not. I never faced this kind in other hospitals. Usually whatever checks they want to do with out drops, they will do first and then they put drops for after drops related tests.

I am consulting Dr. Vinay since 2012. He is the one of the best eye specialist. His approach is very professional and friendly. His diagnostic skill is excellent.

On Thursday (7/11/19) my Mother had a laser cataract operation. And after 48 hours also she didn't complain any pain or discomfort. The clinic and doctor was good initially when it was setup, but these days they are more inclined towards the money than the treatment. They will push you to buy unnecessary eye drops on almost every visit. I went there for cataract surgery and they were pushing me to buy premium lenses. I went to Narayana nethralay hospital for second opinion and with proper scans they confirmed that my eye cannot support premium lenses. I got myself operated there in almost half of the price.

This is well placed on 19th Main Road, HSR. The place remains closed on Sunday, so the sign boards are wrong. Doctor is fine but they will try to upsell like a regular shop.
