Sanman Regency

The worst experience I have ever seen in hotel rooms. One star is for location, it is center of the city and everything is nearby.
Issues I faced here:
1. The prices you book on agoda, oyo or anything are not same when you come here. They will charge you extra.
2. No wifi fir 1st and 2nd floors. If you want WFH go to ground floor.
3. No water heater, so hot water only comes from 6 to 8am, That's it.
4. Bedspreads are worn out.
5. No lift.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 days ended up regretting the whole time. Bathroom are OK but one of my room has no shower. Rooms are spacious and Ac worked fine.

Dont go to this place the owner of the hotel ask more money when you visit property not safe for womens

We had booked this property for 1200 but when we reached the property they were asking to pay 1600 and we denied to pay 1600 so they asked to cancel.

Not a good place. No running hot water, sheets where not clean. Bathroom sink had no pipe connection, all it had was premium pricing. Go elsewhere.

Location is very good in terms of accessible main market palace. Price is also reasonable as compared to other nearby hotel.

Very old and poorly managed property. Intercom not working, no wifi, old bed with old bedsheets and smelling room as well while floor. Torn towel will be provided to you. Even cutleries will be dirty. Receptionist is rude. The only good thing is location, near to palace.

We checked in double room 2 o clock.we chechked out next day 12.30 clock. They are asked for half day extra charge. This very unusual so we did not pay. Even though big and clean the attitude of the staff was very unfriendly. I will not recommand this hotel for any tourist

Room was pritty good.but no 24 hrs hot water facility.if we go and ask they give uncountable reasons

Like this review if you are upset about their service, this property has zero knowledge about customer satisfaction, they didn't have tv working, hot water comes only between 6am - 9am, they deny bookings from online hotel platforms like oyo, mmt etc. They will charge minimum of 1600 for ac rooms and it is not even up to the mark. The rooms are average and it's a lodge basically. Always ask them bill for any amount you pay there.

It's not upto the standard rooms are unhygienic and charged as per their wish Oyo has misguided me regarding this property and no one is there to respond to my complaint
