We have been in association with Sansidh construction since their arrival in Bengaluru. They have had excellent vision and mission statements. I have been a non-participant observant of their pioneer projects in Bengaluru. They have achieved their vision through properly guided mission. Their time sensitive and cost-effective approach with a commitment to the customer is commendable.

Few key aspects that I'm happy to highlight as a resident of this apartment are:

1. Location - It is located very much in the city, yet is away from the hustle bustle of the city - Where the busy city life would be barely 10 mins away. If you are a person who would prefer a peaceful place to come back to, after a day's hard work, this is THE PLACE.

2. The Construction quality and building materials used in the property are equivalent to that used by any top notch builder in the city in the city for premium apartments.

3. You have your OWN space. Yes, by all means - There are only Two flats in one floor, unlike many apartments of similar standard. The entire property has 66 flats only -which means you are already far away from the crowd of a metro.

4. Talking about the Builder himself - Well we started interacting with him as a builder recommended by few acquaintances and expressed interest in investing in his property. However, in the whole experience, Mr.srini became very much a part of every occupant's family here and he was always a call away when in need.

I am a permanent resident in this society.l I feel proud in saying so because in these difficult times the way mr Srinivas and all members have handled the situation amicably as well as a s a community. To add to it certain sections of people who were deprived of day to day things including the guards each member has voluntary aligned with the cause started by mr srinivas.it gives me mense satisfaction to be part of such society where even in times of urbanisation and busy schedule s people are able to find time. A self sufficient society with all amenities and a wonderful developer mr sir nivas who is always willing to help in these trying times also.

A well planned and well executed project having 66 delux 4 bedrooms apartment. Centrally located in the heart of Bangalore city near Jakkur. It provides all emenities on the ground floor and the basement is having provision for Two car parking for each flat owner. All the internal fittings and the lifts are of international standard and the structure is built keeping very high standard of quality. Very ideal for CEO’s of companies or for top executives of MNC’s.
I am very happy to have taken a flat in this project.

Absolutely wonderful project whether in terms of location, accessibility to the airport, local transportation, schools, hospitals, shopping centres etc. Most important aspect is the QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION, which as a client we are indebted to the builder. Anyone can test and vouch on each and every steps of construction of Sansidh Galaxy, which has followed highest standards and protocols in the industry. The apartments are really really spacious and cross ventilated and well lit with the natural sunlight. One can get fairly all aminities including gym, swimming pool, party Hall and a decent club house. Definitely one of the best place to live in Bangalore with the family, considering the safety and security measures taken care of and the occupants/the owners are like handpicked and very cooperative.
