I ordered a pine and cherry 8ft Christmas tree, and this was my first big amount online purchase ever. I was low-key scared about receiving a defective piece but to my surprise I received what was exactly shown in the picture. And it is worth the price. I have added some extra Christmas decorations on the tree, lights still to be added …. But it already looks so so so beautiful. Santa stores has made my Christmas more beautiful. Am overwhelmed by the experience. Earlier when I bought trees online I had lot of expectations but i was badly disappointed. So I reached Out SANTA STORES, CHENNAI after seeing their Facebook page. I just pinged them and Mr. Dileep got in touch in no time. When I asked for tree he sent me a big catalogue of trees and all were very good. Although in doubt I said what I wanted and paid. And they promised me to send by first week of December and I got it in time. And bang the tree was awesome.

Items available here are actually better in quality compared to the other regular Christmas decoration stores in Bangalore. You better visit it to believe it. The tree quality is tons better than the regular ones. And most importantly it’s about trust. The store dealer is honest and genuine. That’s very important. I will be visiting again for future Christmas purchases.

I purchased 8ft Greekwood Spruce from Santa Stores with tree decorations n lighting too. Everything was done so smoothly over calls n whtsapp. I dint visit the store at all. Mr. Dilip was very helpful n explained evertything about different kind of trees available with them to me in detail over a whtsapp videocall and i chose the tree decorations too over that call. It was so smooth a transaction that i just cudnt beleive my Christmas Tree shopping was done sitting at home within an hour. Thanks to Mr. Dilip for making it happen. The tree was delivered the same day as promised and the quality is simply very good. The quality of decorations too is very good. Wrong opening times. Shows as open from 07: 30am. I arrived 10: 15am and still not open or anybody on site. Phone number only reaches a central number and nobody directly. Drove a long distance to have look. Very frustrating. Won't be spending my money here.

The Christmas tree was as requested and expected. Loved the quality. Amazing shopping at Santa stores

First, I would like to start by talking about the amazing guy Rakesh who assisted from the begining till the end of courier service. He promised to have the tree delivered by Nov 24 and we received right on time. Overall it was a smooth process from the checking of Christmas trees to decorations to delivery. SantaStores have variety of trees and Christmas decorations. I highly suggest people who are looking for Christmas Tree and decorations to give a shot in Santa Stores at Richmond Town.

P. S.: Price was also quite reasonable as compared to other stores. Overall very happy with the tree we received.

The website had a lot more than the store and when I asked the guy in the store he said all is over so not sure how good all there products are. Since I didn't buy anything here I am not able to rate the store highly.

Bought decorations for 2020 Christmas, the threads did not last for two days.
The tree too has defects. No replacement or refund was provided. The contact person was unprofessional when we questioned his "premium" product's quality.
