Please choose any other place, it was the worst place. Took my mom for blood test and got the worst experience ever. Casher does not keep any change. Gives every pataint a bad mouth. After paying the bill was in waiting for the other staff who collect samples to check in to work. When enquired about it to the reception they responded we are from other department and they are from other department not sure on how long the delay would be.

I did an MRI scan. Was given quick response and the center has polite staff. Helen was very professional at the reception. Highly recommended scanning center.

Why would I pay and go to get yelled at by the effing RECEPTIONISTS? Most RUDEST receptionists ever.always on calls and if you ask something they just scream and yell at you. Would never go back here ever again. They treat people like trash.

The receptionist Mrs parveen was extremely patient and good. She was kind enough to accommodate my father who was not able to sit. She was soft spoken and helped us get our work done with out Hassle

If you come for MRI scan please be ready to wait for 3 4 hours even after taking appointment.very rude behaviour from staff.feels similar to govt hospitals staff behaviour.

The staff including the support staff at santosh diagnostics needed to be lauded for their efficiency and professionalism. Right from the security the reception staff, staff who handled patients, radiologist, cashier etc all need to be appreciated appreciated

Very unprofessional and Worst behaviour, if appointment is given at 11am please go by 1pm. They waste your time by giving appointments.

The reception staff is pethetic. They dont have manners to speak to a patient and act like they dont bother and instead of requesting or speaking politely they are soo rude. We pay for a service and not to listen to there orders. Train your reception staff how to speak with a patience and not to act like they are giving a service for free. And just for a report I had to wait for more than 30 minute. Receptionist is a frontline person for your hospital and dont let them to lower your services. Thank you.

Car parking is completely free still they did not allowed car to park and shouting. Very bad people I have ever seen.

They don't deserve even single rating, pathetic service, even though all machines for various test and scanning available but most of them are not functioning, they make you fool to runaround for reports and take repeated samples since they are not efficient enough to maintain, Rude staff, suggest you to look some alternate rather wasting time.

Last week we had taken my father in-law for CT scan and had and extensive experience. Especially one of the staff named Parveen Banu gave us exemplary support, service provided by her was adept. I strongly recommend to visit this diagnostic centre for hassle free service.

Waste place i ever seen from 11 Am we waiting for MRI scan thy not responding still 5 PM thy made as to wait, if we ask anything means thy will tell after 2 people will send, it's not private hospital like a government hospital please don't go here

Worst experience they doesn't the value of people's time, There's no first come first service follow here only somebody influence work, very very such a bad experience. Will surely not visit again. And I won't advice anybody from my side here.

Came to the diagnostic centre for blood test fasting on Friday around 8: 00 am.just for billing it took 1 hr.not that it was crowded.the same person was billing and taking blood samples.and he was extremely slow.for just billing it took more than an hour.

Today I have taken my 4 years son for MRI and EEG test in Santhosh diagnostic. I was really very scared how to get this test done by making my son sleep. I really wants to say thanks to Mr Nawaz who is in reception and guided me how to make my son sleep. Also thanks to miss Parveen who is very calm, polite and very soft spoken person and guided me on many things. I really appreciate Santhosh diagnostic who has kept so professional staff… Thank you so much for giving us such a great service.

One of the worst service in Bangalore. They'll just ask you to wait for the report. No proper response. Waited for almost 8 hours for a report which is easily available in 15 mins. Very bad service in a competitive market. Suggest never to visit.

Its got worst front staff my wife had to wait for 40 mins for ultrasound scan and after that the staff informs they can do the scan today

I had been for a chest X-ray on 8-7-2021. The technician who took the x ray was extremely unprofessional and rude. There was no guidance from her on the process of x ray and she was getting irritated for every single thing. She was not responding to any of the queries and was acting as if she is doing a favor or charity. Even Govt hospitals would be better. I registered a feedback with the reception desk. I would never be visiting there or would recommend anyone. Request Santosh Diagnostics management to sack her to avoid any further unpleasant experience with other patients.

Worst staff poor response. They don't value customer time. Just to get a report we have to run desk to desk. Not at all recommended.

**Worst place for babies**

Irresponsible staff. Booked an appointment for 2 year old baby at 3 pm. Reached at 2.30pm. Put the baby to sleep by 3.15.
Gave baby sedation as well.
Kept uodating the nurses that baby sleeps for 11/2 hour maximum.
They kept saying we will call. We will call. And called at 4.30 and the baby woke up.
The scan to be taken was on urgent basis.
Adults if said can understand. Baby should have been given priority.
Simply waste of time. And unnecessarily gave sedation for the baby.

Irresponsible doctors, No punctuality, no one even responding properly, When Called and enquired they say come at 10: 30 when reached they say 12: 30 and when asked at last they say 1: 30. Will never recommend to anyone in my life.

Please don't come before confirming for any ct scan, MRI extra if u call the receptionist to enquire about ct scan or MRI she will say no patients are there and no need for appointments just walk in. But be aware they will make u wait for 3 hours.

Reception people misinform about the availability of doctor. And when you reach directly says come next week. Bad experience.

Had been for CECT scan on sunday, the nurse gave 5 big back to back injections in the nerve of fist, full fast which pains like crazy. I habe never seen injection given in nerve so fast like some ink filler
The front office staff was on personal calls when i went for billing. The call was more important than the customer.

The staff doesn't know how to talk to people.very sad educate them to be more professional by phone.

Inefficient staff. Front office doesnt seem to know what they're doing. Also no card facility for payments, only cash. Would definitely not recommend to anyone who does regular checkups. Some facilities are in the diagnostic unit, others in the hospital which is in a different location.

We had very good experience with Santosh diagnostics. Their services are good and prompt without having to wait for long. Staff response is also very good.

We had taken our 10-year-old son with severe disabilities for an ultrasound. Not only did they take my son in immediately for his scan but they also helped us clean up an unfortunate diaper situation. They did all of this with a smile. My wife & I were very moved by their kindness, and Santosh Diagnostic Centre is the place we will go back to.

Cooperative and on request gave reports faster to ease doctor consultation quickly. Appreciate their quick response time.

Pathetic staff and service. People will come and wait here for there turn and the reception and staff don't give respect for the patients and their family. I suggest not to come here.

Very lethargic staff. Very slow. Inconsiderate people. Would never ever recommend this centre. Go anywhere but here.

We had come for Mammography. Staff had to take 1 image at a time, go down the stairs and come back for next image. She had to climb down 4 times for each person. Took lot of time for the test completion.

People in the front did not give instructions due to which I had to wait another hour for a different doctor. However Mary was professional and took care of the matter.

Staff have been friendly. But only one half baked lady misbehaved. While my wife was inside for scanning, I was waiting outside, repeatedly she nagged me to sit somewhere. There so called educated fools are stock of fun
