Hello! Dear readers pl think and take proper decision before visiting this hospital, doctor and nerse are bad behaviour and money minded management so pl aware of this and I would suggest and request everyone pl never ever enrol on this hospital

From all the doctors I've been to, Dr asha Iyer came across as rude and mean. Her tone was loud and harsh to me and my mom when we told her we couldnt do some tests. There's a way to put your words across and help us to understand why something is important but she chucked attitude and seemed to care less about my health and prescribed something without explaining why i needed those medicines and when i need to take them. Only after i asked her she sighed and gave a vague answer. I wonder if this is how she treats all her patients? And to top it all off she comes late to the hospital and expects us to deal with her rude behaviour or mood swings.
My husband and I have reached out to santosh hospital management staff and I'm going to deal with you in a cordial manner unlike you who acted quite immature and uncivilised.

Pathetic hospital. Money minded people, they will make sure the patient dies until we pay money. This is not a medical service this is business place. Hopeless creatures ever

Avaricious! No humanity, no mankind, on the whole "Money minded DEVILS " Unprofessional staffs. Whoever comes they are doing business to use their ventilator and ICU services. I am astonished how such a hospital is still there in the city. There is no doubt that patients dont survive here. They are extremely well trained to cheat people and grasp money.
Pls never go here, our humble request to the public. Emergency dept is pathetic they don't know what is the value of a life. Shameless creatures and management

Horrible hospital, never go to this hospital. They are waiting when who will come to make business of that the person situation. Never go pls. Better go to some govt hosp they are far better than this. Worst staff worst management only money is the main thing for them. Heartless creatures. Worst hospital ever. Had been here yesterday for an emergency. They are so pathetic. Staffs are highly trained to grab money from people and talk business rather than focusing on saving the patient. Pt went there for hemarroids pain and bleed, for which they have advised ventilator, Nonsense! Money money money money only money is what they spoke without even giving an injection for pain or to stop blood. All they said was pay 40k security deposit to even touch the patient for basic stabilization. I request the Indian Medical Council to kindly look into this and better close the hospital. Because it's not worth to be called as "Medical Service"

Hi, First of all we were in a hospital in Bangalore? An experience,
There is no other complaint about the hospital, everything is good, the hospital has a lot of staff, they look after you well.
One main thing is to give more priority to Kannada people inside, another thing is to leave this area alone, even outside the road does not give the experience of Bangalore.

It's one of the best hospital

I am new in bangalore.so I don't know it's common or not. I just visited this hospital today afternoon and paid 500 as consultation.there was no changes on my baby condition i again visited around 8.30pm today. The doctor who consulted was not ready to attend since he was telling his duty time was over.again I paid another 400 to see another doctor.within a half day 900 as consultation changes for a baby.not only money the emergency situation the response from reception without considering a child situation.

Hospital is good with caring and treatment is good, but please don't take canteen food, if they are providing with package, u will fall more sick.very very bad food, plastic particles are coming out of the plates in which they are offering you food.

Casuality doctors are inhumane. We understand that they have hell lot of load but they can't give patients time to make some decision. They r always like u r wasting our time. Pls take the patient. Even when the patient was sick and could not even stand.

One of the pathetic hospital i ever went. Too bad in customer service.have to wait 2 hours to meet doctors, none of the hospital staff are responsible and showing the accountability.

Its a worst hospital and doctors an nurses don't have humanity request not to visit this hospital

Low patient flow.
No academics.
100% exploitation. You won't get a full stipend according to DNB rules. Authorities deliberately state leaves are 20/year, instead of the 30 given by DNB.
The place is toxic. The place is run by Dr Sucklecha, who is just inhuman and money minded. Under his direction, the hospital fleeces both the patients and PGs alike.
Patient care is poor, thanks to poor quality staff hired.
The laboratory dosnt have qualified people.
The PGs are forced to do menial task and home visits. The hospital routinely forges patient records for insurance purposes. Truth be told, the DNB accreditation should be swiftly removed and shut down for poor practices by the hospital.
Some doctors are not MBBS graduates even, yet they are hired and are practicing allopathic medicine in this hospital.

Pathetic service by Mr Dr Asif. Have took an appointment at 07.30 but the receptionist denied stating that they can't attend any patient. If we are paying money it shld be worth not by disrespecting the people. The behaviour was very rude from the receptionist.

Dr sneha Sood Dermatologist will make you wait for 2/3 hours she is very rude she took consultation fees from me and my sister and didn't give proper medicine she told us to apply coconut oil when the infection triggers come back I will give you medicine what is the use of paying two consultation fees when she is giving us home remedy she is very rude and will treat you like you have visited some government hospital and she behaves like as if she is treating you for free I wasted my money here Plz be careful

Maria is a lovely receptionist and doctor bikamchan is the best paediatrician till now for my baby he gives the best medicine for my kid so tat he recovers within 2 days

Santosh Hospital is a fraud hospital. Many people are aware of it. They give estimation of the treatment and charge higher than that. We opted for a package. Inspite of package we were charged more than what was told, No regret from them. Security is very rude. Staff are not professional. There is no clarity in medicines taken from pharmacy by the hospital authority.

I went to take Covid-19 Vaccination, the front office staffs & nurses were to friendly & professional.

Dr.bikkamchand is a excellent person from my child hood and my family r like family members for Santosh hospital good service from staffs to doctors

I visted santosh hospital. The doctors, nurses and admission staff baby lata madam also were all excellent and very helpful. They went out of their way to provide the best treatment for me and thanks to their help, I was cured and back home very quickly. Really wonderful hospital and people. Very thankful to them

They charge you for the services not provided and make you seem like you are really serious when you're not. I was billed incorrectly I can't even question then because my father was in ICU and they would say they provided those services which for sure you know that they didn't. Please don't visit here.
