They never give for drinking.
Served half roasted chapathi. After complaining.no use

I always visit this place. They've a wide variety of book. Well organised according to age and genera. They even have a gift option section. Availability of stationary and art supplies to a good extent.
The staff is also well responsive and cater to your Q's.

You can find nice books, stationary and few dolls too but looks expensive compared to online book shops

Amazing experience. Too many beautiful options. I loved literally everything. Staff is polite. Service is good. Only thing I regret is i couldn't take a look at everything as it was closing time.

Its big bookshop with multiple floors.but there isn't wide variety of books available. Books aren't well maintained. You don't get discount on damaged books and no returns or exchanges. Staff do not have necessary knowledge on the books and cash counter staff are quite rude and charge extra for a simple carry bag. Its become a stationery/gift shop than a proper book store. Not a sought after book store it once used to be!

We were looking for Shloka, Music class books. Checked at its Jayanagar shop and then at Gandhi Nagar branch. Later, we could order through Sapna's website. Online purchase has delivery charges and there is some discount on offer.

You will get good collection of books here, old to new. Some books you can get 20-30% off. You can spend sometime here. In the premises coffee shop is present so if you want to drink n study then that option also a good one. It's situated in Jaynagar 4th block.

Awesome books plus decor shop, it's improved a lot. Had been to this very long time but now it's improved fours floors building having each floor unique item.

Good amount of space n clean. Lift facility is also provided. Security makes sure to check body temperature n ask people to sanitise hands before entering the premises. Employees are very well trained n treat customer well.

It's a nice book house. I went to buy books but was appalled to see that every single time the store manager (not a worker) showed me any religious book.he stacked them first by hitting the bundle on the floor. This was repeated at least 5 6 times at which point I couldn't take anymore and walked out from that section without buying the books I came to buy. I had already selected others books which I bought.

It has huge collection of books, stationary, gifts etc etc, but cost is too high compared to other places. Recently I bought a book costed me around Rs. 399/-, unfortunately I found same book on Amazon online to be sold at Rs. 230/-. So going forward decided to buy online instead of paying almost 50% extra on the same product.

Worst experience ever. I visited the place to buy a book for an entrance exam. I was immediately told no the book isn't available and the sales team didn't care to even check the stock. They even mocked me for enquiring so late which is not even a point they should consider. Never going back to this store and don't recommend it, I prefer HEMA book store in vv puram.

In the absence of membership card in physical form no discount allowed. Inspite of providing mobile no casheir refused to allow discount after entering the mobile no. She says card not registered. Once card issued it is your responsibility to register. We can't register in your system. It appears that the membership card has no value.

Good collection, less discount. Apart from the books they offer a good range of gift items, gaming consoles, music and video cds, and other electronic equipment. Inside the store they maintain a good environment with adequate light and music. Overall it was a good shopping experience.

Store ambience is very nice n easy to get our required books or stationery as there are many people who help us.

A very good place to find all sorts of books, stationeries and gift items. Had been there multiple times and was never let down. The only issue is with the car parking at the place. Staffs are knowledgeable and have a good idea of books and items that are there. Overall I found the experience to be satisfying.

Must say that the maintenance of this place is quite decent, and mind that the timmings are strictly followed, making a trip here needs a lot of time. If u love books. You wont be able to call back after visiting this place
Very good environment, friendly workers. You will fine anything you want here. Any craft item, keychains, magnets, stickers. You name it and you will find it here.

One empty floor, under renovation. More gift shop than books. Was looking for travel guides didn't find any

The renovated show room has added more space. Spread across three floors, ground + 2. Apart from being a book store it adds up like a fancy stores + toy stores + gift store.
The variety available is wast, the prices are also reasonable. There is no parking available, hence 4 W is best avoided.

It's not the same it was a few years ago, it's not stocked well like it used to be with loads of varieties of stuff.
