SAPPHIRE Inn

Location was good. The room which was promised was not given. While choosing I were given budget triple bed room in which there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed. After reaching double bedroom was given but I needed separate beds. TV in the room is useless with number of useless local language free channels. No toiletries given.

I stayed there for 4 days the rooms are nice and affordable. The staff and manager are friendly.

I had a deeply concerning experience during my recent stay at this sapphire inn. The lack of safety measures for women was evident from the start. What made matters worse was that people attempted to open my door in the middle of the night at 3 am leaving me and my friends feeling extremely vulnerable and frightened, and when asked about this the hotel staff displayed a shocking level of irresponsibility, showing no concern for our safety. The hotel's neglectful attitude towards women's safety was disheartening and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as it poses a significant risk to the well-being of its female guests.

There were worms coming out of the shower head. The staff was unprofessional and supremely lacked ownership even after we showed him the worms. Adding a picture. From the price one couldn't guess that it'll be such a bad hotel.

We had to get to NIMHANS so this has been the best location nearby, barely 500 mtrs. The room was comfortable enough. For food we could order and near by as well there are good restaurants around. They have a common kitchen in the roof wherein you can get hot water and prepare tea in case.

Overall the stay was quite comfortable.

Not recommended for family stay, sticky floors, cockroches, Black ants are roaming on beds n floors, Bad smell, in Reception poor hospitality, curtains are very old dusty, TV no proper channels.over all Worst experience

Rooms are clean. Most important is that Hotel Manager is very friendly and room service is too good.

Pretty good rooms, especially for the price. Really helpful staff and people in the hotel. Good and convenient budget stay.

We spent about 30 disgusting minutes in Sapphire Inn. We booked the hotel abut a month back and the room which were shown was kind of so far so good type. When we actually checked in we were given a different room which was absolutely shabby. Cockroaches were loitering so comfortably that it seemed it was their abode. Curtains were torn and dirty. Dried rice were found around the bed. Owner is more than ill mannered to handle the issues. Pls avoid this hotel. The photos which are displayed probably were taken years back. Try to avoid this hotel.

The stay was quite pleasant. I booked a single room and was shifted to a double room which was a plus point. The rooms are reasonably priced and the owner is polite and gentle. The hotel is not couple friendly so make sure you are not booking it if you wish to stay with your partner. Rest is good.

Shabby Rooms, infested with cockroaches. Uneven mattresses on the bed, when asked to change the mattress, the manager says they don't have an extra mattress. Manager is super rude.

Extremely bad service. Especially in the case of room rates. One rate will accept during check and at checkout time they will increase the price. The too arrogant attitude of the reception boy.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms. Staffs are well behaved. Prices are within budget. A must stay for persons coming for treatment at NIMHANS as it is situated at just 5 mins walking distance from NIMNAHS.

Pathetic behaviour of the owners when we did enquiry about the booking! Such rude owners and acts like we are booking for free! Don't ever go to this hotel!
