My stay at sapphire stay was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. During check-in, the front desk attendant was dismissive and unhelpful. The housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking, which invaded my privacy. When I requested assistance, they were reluctant and made me feel like I was bothering them. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. This experience fell far below my expectations, and I would strongly advise against staying here.staffs are like gundas.

Too high price for stay online price was deferent and walking price was different, please don't come here

Don't Book here, they will give your room to some others, you need to stand in street

The prices of the rooms were okay but there were a lot of cockroaches inside the room. Although they clean the room every morning but still when we asked them about the cockroaches they did nothing to keep the cockroaches away.

The most biggest fraud room service in the world. The whole service are very bad. They asked 3 times the money more. Also our rooms are denied. When we are going to register complaint, their behavior changed as rowdy criminals. But we handled ourselves. It is not known whether such actions are taking place with the owner knowledge. If so, he is not the only one responsible for this, his producers too. Rascal.

Can't trust while planning for NIMHANS purpose. Office staff in reception asked additional money and denied booking If not agreed. Very rude behavior.

Very bad. There were bedbugs so we asked to change the bedsheets but the hotel staff denied.

If we enquiry about room who attended the call he not having patience to talk with customers.they don't have crae about customer please don't go this lodge

Rude staff, unhygienic place, not willing to clean it, money minded, as a DOCTOR i would recommend don’t stay in this place even if they give you for free. I landed up here by a last minute mistake. And i am still regretting to that.

Rooms are ok, but service is very poor. Generator was not working, within my stay of 6dyas lift was not working for 4days. As I staying there with patient, facing problem without the lift.

Very good hotel. Just 5-8 mins walk to NIMHANS. Best hotel to chose if you are planning to go there for check up in NIMHANS. Better to book in Goibibo as the price comes a bit lesser. A 3-bedded room comes with a separate bed with the double-bedded setup. Toilets are quite clear and spacious. Wi-Fi is also available here. Manager also helped a lot during check-in and out. Also Breakfast is available with extra price. Overall a great hotel within budget.

People go to Nimhans with lots of other health problem. Dont worry people are here to add few more. The worst decision I took to book this hotel. Somebody said some human are most untrusted animal. Sapphire stay like that only.even worst.i booked it almost 10 days back, send few followup, even on the day of travel they asked me if i am coming or not, i confirmed and sent confirmation ticket.

After all these when I reached there at night 2 AM, they just said no room reserved for me. I had to search for the hotel mid of the night for one hour.

Today i went there just to mention the issue to the manager. He did not even listen to me.

For all these people.to understand the trust and human value, boycott this hotel.one more thing no one mentioned there are lots of street dogs in front of hotel.really matter of scary as at night they just started to attack

Most important - Very near to NIMHANS HOSPITAL. All-time auto available, can walk also. Budget friendly.
Rooms are not well maintained but ok for the price.
Bengali friendly, staff can talk Bengali and are very helpful.
Forget about daily room service.
No food facilities but many options available nearby at a reasonable price. Veg thali ₹70/-.
Shared kitchen facility is there on payment of ₹100/- per day, some utensils available.
Hot water available (Solar).

Reception person are very ride. Please don't book this hotel. I have tweet this to MMT they will also take action

On the day (12/09/22) I entered the hotel, I saw that the elevator was not working, then I told the hotel owner that the elevator was not working, so to arrange us a room below, Because my mother was sick but they didn't make any kind of arrangements even after telling them many times.

Average hotel, average room quality, room service poor. But if you go via online booking, they will behave very good. Offline not sure

Good place to stay. It was cheap and comfortable. Do not expect any services as it is standalone hotel, just maintaining clean rooms.
I choose it, to be close to NIMHANS as my father had an appointment.
Tip: Book hotel directly by calling them, they'll offer less price as on websites.

I stayed in this hotel while I was visiting Banglore. It was my first time in Banglore and I have to say I am very disappointed with the staff there. The room I got was not very nice. No bathroom towel was provided to me. I had to go down to the reception which was about three levels down to get fresh towel. Soap was also not available. But the most disappointing experience was when I asked fot some hot drinking water the room boy told me to get for myself from some restaurant outside at night which I found extremely rude as the area seemed unsafe during night time. So I would never recommend this hotel for anyone.

It reeks of a wierd smell. And is noisy. It is kinda cheap for one day stay but not for staying long

Rooms should have some ventilation, especially the non-AC rooms. And not good for fooding, food service is not good. But, otherwise good rooms at affordable prices. Location good.

Not a good experience.
The location is pathetic. Crowded and dirty. Room is so small that after keeping the luggage barely stand in a spot. The breakfast option is not good as they forget to give you breakfast unless you ask twice.
