Always a fan to this brand outlets. Has so many options for kids. Love it. Price is debatable but there are many products and small gifts available at decent rates.

Have been a regular visitor since past 4-5 years. Large variety of toy collections. Easily accessible right at the Sony world signal and can accommodate few cars to be parked in front and side of the shop.

However toys are super expensive in comparison with other similar options. Never saw any discount or sales happening. Even if you buy 2000 Rs toy, they will still charge additional 10 Rs if you want a simple gift wrapping.
Staff attitude should improve a bit more and lacks friendliness.

You'll get to see the toy collection in one place however prices are slightly high.

They are closed for prayers on Friday afternoon until 1.30/2.00 clock

Amazing collection of toys.spent upwards of 75k.i have crossed this place multiple times and had a mental image of toys I want to buy and gift and donate.it was a dream come true visit. Very amazing set of people. Thank you saphhire toys:) Happy Dussehra:)

Poor quality products, missing pieces and no accountability and service. Supremely poor. Buy things from local vendor

I could say this is one of the best and clean toy stores in Bangalore. You can find anything here. Like stationary, diecast toys, educational toys, crawlers, stuffed toys etc

Good toy shop but more Chineese stuff then branded. More options for kids aged up to 7. A 2 floor toy store. It has airs other branch near MG road as well

Kinda expensive toy shop, but this is expected in this locality. The choices of toys are decent but nothing which you can't find in online shops or any toy shops in other areas.
It has two floors, where the ground floor is for cars and electronics and card/board related games and first floor is for soft toys and kiddie cycles

Easily accessible shop. Wide range of collection. Plenty of options for kids. Some of the toys are bit costly. Sometimes u need to have demo about some toys. At that time there won't be any person to suggest us to buy by giving demo n all. Some of the toys needs demo to understand how to use them.

Wide range of toys and worth the price.variety of options for all ages (kids). End up in getting one or more toys for kids if you enter inside, for sure.

Staff behaviour is not encouraging. They always try to escape as fast as they can if u ask for some assistance. They will keep talking among themselves before customer.

Otherwise it's a good shop for kids toys.

Best buying experience I had-took less than 15mins to get what I wished for. The arrangement and display of the products are so well sorted and collection too is so good that one would hardly find it time taking to get what you want.

It's a good place to buy the toys. It is expensive but manageable. They have quality toys. Water toys and books. Definitely worth a visit

Great collection for kids, once you visit with and they get to know the layout it is going to be difficult to get them out without shopping for what they want.

If you compare with e-commerce sites the prices are on par and sometimes a bit costlier. But the touch & feel.the experience and the smile in your kids face is worth the price.

They were prompt in replacing the toys that had manufacturing defect with an option to refund or buy other items.

Parking is scarce but should manage.

I bought remote car from the shop. It didn’t last even for one day. Cheap quality Chinese product. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

Very poor quality of toys, full cheated by this shop, sales person will not allow to open and the things, directly he will say to purchase then only to open, very poor service, just they are looting the customers, if anyone is earning with hard work then they can go otherwise it's just a waste of money.never expect these type of things from such a big brand.

I have purchased a 4wd rally car at Sapphire, Koramangala. It is a battery car they are not advising properly and for the battery charging we have to use the screw driver every time, once it's charged we have to again use the screw driver and fix the battery inside and fix the cover. Once fully charged, we can only use it for 30 mins. It is not good to use and I recommend not to purchase

All toys under one roof. Very well maintained place with excellent collection. Ofcourse prices r on higher side compared to online or local market for the obvious reasons like locality and maintenance of the shop. Good quality products available but comes with a cost.

Seeing thw size of shop, the variety is not that great. Even small city big shops have more variety. Expected much more from shop

For traditional toys, collection is decent, however when it comes to educational toys, options are very limited.

Cost is also high here. Service is avg, looks like staff is not trained about the products.

Too much costly and the quality of toys are also not so good you will get a lot better in some other place they have higher prices of exact same item which we got in cheaper price although this is a very big house for toys but it is also very costly so if you want to save your money go to some other place

This place is situated in main road itself. Limited Parking inside the premises. Place is huge. Their are people with tags all over the shop in each aisle.finding things will not be difficult, they are friendly and helpful. The shop is packed with items.if you are browsing it is difficult to look at all the items in limited time or for quick shopping. Place is organised as above floor is small babies related items. Soft toys, beddings, feeding bottels, pram etc. Do take time to browse through the shop for new items. Billing was quick.

Possibly one of the top destinations when you are hunting for to buy toys in and about Koramangala and Richmond Road.
The one at the Koramangala Sony World signal hss been around there for as long as i can remember. They have a very wide selection of toys and games and gifting options for kids of all age groups.

Good place for all your toy needs. Only problem there is no exchange or return. So if you buy something that is broken and you didn't check it then you have to live with it. If we go and ask they will treat you badly, and you have to fight to get it replaced.

Big name no shame!
Toys are rediculous n bubble solution bottle leaks bad. Their customer service is annoying and they are very much money minded. Their bubble bottle leaked over our sofa overnight destroying the furniture. Worst place to get ur loving child a nightmare toy. Have some courtesy Sapphire before ur business run into losses.

A good toy store, the only gripe is that they do not accept any sort of UPI based payments. The only accepted modes of payments are cash or card. I did feel the prices are a bit too high for soft toys comparetively.

Loved their collection of return gifts.
Only thing is they have to train their staff regarding the items available. I felt that staffs werent trained enough or they dint take much interest in guiding us.

You might face difficulty searching for anything here since all the toys and boxes are colorful. Ask attendents for quick help.

Amazing toy store for kids. I found my dream keychain here & I still have it. I would highly recommend people to go here to collect their dream stuff.

You can find all types of toys there, good shop, but all sold in MRP. Same you can find in Amazon for half price except Hotwheels kind of few products. Everything else like remote car, play sets, cycle, bat etc.everything you can get in half price from amazon. 10k stuffs for 6k for sure from Amazon comparing to Sapphire.

Best collection of toy store for children with multiple collection in each section, for various age of children from newborn to big children with various options and staff in the store are very helpful.

But All Are So Expensive.
