Stay away from this place. Consider these points before moving in.
- Important: No service lift. Passenger lifts should not be used to move household things. Just think about how painful it will be if you want to move furnitures/appliances to fourth (top) floor. House owners don't tell you this upfront.
- Frequent power fluctuations. Power failure switch to generator is not smooth. TV will switch off and on multiple times a day because of this.
- Garbage bins overflow most of the time. They are not picked up on time. Management asks tenants to hold their garbage until its cleared.
- Fixed maintenance fee per month even if the expenses are less.
- Only 5 visitor parking available outside the community gate.
- Outdoor badminton court is useless.

Wonderful location with full of greenery and Good Atmosphere, cool place to live in this gated Society
