It's a very good location. Apartments are really good and builder support is also great. Saranya Soham is clear with all the related documents and providing all the amenities. Builder has provided all amenities he promised.
There are total 4 blocks approximate 280 apartments, which includes 2bhk and 3bhk with parking. Amenities include swimming pool, Gym, badminton court, kids play area and cricket Court. Cost of the flat is reasonable.
Pros:
1. It's a great location for all IT people which is near for Outer ring road as well as to White field.
2. There are lot of shops near by whether it might be vegetable stores or groceries or food stores and road side stalls.
3. There are lot schools nearby like Vibgyor school and many small schools for kindergarten and little higher.
4. There are malls nearby like Star Extra, Big Bazaar, reliance trends and D-Mart. 100m from the apartment there is More supermarket as well.
Cons:
1. Area gets little bit crowded in the evening time as you see lot of people walking along the road side and also vehicles parked in front of shops which will make the road narrow.
2. Because of kundanahalli signal jam it will take more than 45minutes sometimes to get out of Sai baba temple road. Though we have 3 other routes to reach to main road
1. Vibgyor road which touches white field maun road
2. Beside Yashomati hospital road which comes out after Star extra.
3. Inside munekolala which comes out to Outer ring road, in front of multiplex.

So many false promises by builder Madhu, poor Quality of construction, not worthy at all to purchase flat

Good project comparing to other surrounding builder's Bcos Saranya Soham is clear title with all the related docs and providing all the amenities in the project were other surrounding project don't have it.

This apartment has four block 2 are with builder and 2 with owner. Blocks with builder are ready to move in but with owner its still under construction. Apartment is easily accessible but small and congested roads need to check once full construction is completed

They or BBMP should clarify the issue with the project. Is any help me to understand what is "Natural water line"?

Project looks good. FYI, there is separate desk for selling land owner share flats. But still little doubtful as current supervisors not supportive & not answering properly.

But guys my suggestion is, check below things for any project.:

1. Get validate legal documents.
2. Ask for water bores & their locations clearly. They may lie.
3. Ask for Kaveri pipeline connection.
4. Ask for locations of rain water harvesting & STP. If they don't build, we end up paying hefty fines monthly. (We already facing this issue currently).
5. Follow up to get OC till u get it. This is mandatory. Otherwise we face problems.
6. Enquire about land owner share flats. If they don't sell then don't prefer. Bcaz, they behave like kings and they don't pay maintenance & try to create other problems.

Best place to stay and experience the calm and peaceful location, I have bought 2 bhk flat in Saranya soham, ignore the reviews come and visit the site then decide, construction quality is good. Ready to move blocks 100% booked. You can visit furnished flats to experience more about venture.

I would like to share reviews on the constructions that is being doing in Bangalore in all suitable formats. They follow the quality standards that suits the customer accordingly.

Recently I visited the Saranya Soham that has plan going on in Kundanahalli, Bangalore. The view of that building wow awesome, when u start visiting near and near u feel the look of that building.

This project was recently sanctioned where it has an total of 4 blocks with floor of 04 floors on each

and it has a nearly around 200+ houses. This looks like that Ur staying a small city because they provide the best amenities in the building like swimming pool, gym, kids park, party hall and etc etc.

Like u get the option to choose 2/3 BHK based on the budget we have.
And they build and give based on the design we tell.

And also they have good customer service. Based on this only we thought to visit the building.

And also there are so caring. I strongly recommend to go with this group.

The reality is different in sai baba temple road,
1. Hectic traffic will be there in the road when you come out from car that too, weekends because it is one way however, bmtc is going to construct bridge to overcome the issue but, it is proposal before 2 years back and still didnt even a brick construct.
2. Horrible air pollution and mostly good for bachelor's stay only however, rent is also less due to these reasons (2bhk is 17000 after investing 65 lakhs- ROI is very less, 3bhk no tenants prefer mostly). Cauvery water may get one day per week that too, if your apartment association gets the approval. Check once from your end.
3. Nearby this project high tension line (electricity) is going as similar like casagrand project in hoodi. Therfore all the corner flats near B4 block is worthless.keep in mind before buying since resale value won't be there.

Hence, think twice before buying. Don't waste your investmeit until and unless it is really worth though it is RERA approved. Look for next 10 years and also resale. Compare with nearby apartment like saranya enclave resale value then decide. Analyze and compare before buying.

I was checking out for properites from about a year with nothing really exciting me apart from a few which seemed too pricey for the product. I finally zeroed in on this Saranya Soham after consulting all my friends working in the Real Estate field. Most of them seemed convinced that Saranya is one of the fewest companies that gives value for money. Having made a decision and moved in, I am totally content and satisfied about my decision as my home is indeed on par with the luxury homes I have seen in the Middle East Bangalore.

I am one among the saranya customers who recently bought property like a year back from saranya shantiniketan which is in Whitefield, I just meant to write they have good team who help and sort out all the things which ever we request for, I asked them to re work on paint for my fav color and combo they were fine and friendly to listen and to get it done.

So I recommend to people who are looking property near Whitefield can get in touch with this builder, you can give a try and get to know how nice they are,

I work in Whitefield while I live in an other part of the city which is quite popular. As I was house hunting I found "Saranya Soham" quite near to my workplace and what impressed me was the beautiful structure as I walked in check out my would be home. Having lived in a conventional independent home all my life, this was a wonderful shift for me as a realized a whole new lifestyle that is very classy and convenient awaits me should I book this flat. I am an conundrum if I have to book a 2 BHK or 3 BHK as the price for 3 BHK seems very attractive for such a luxury home. I would definitely vouch for these homes as I found them with very sprightly and also a welcome change from the normal ways of life I've known.

Me and my husband were searching for a home since last year in Bangalore, as we have recently shifted to Bangalore after marriage. However we couldn't search a property which complements our budget, along with satisfactory environment. Fortunately, we came to know about SARANYA SOHAM by Saranya Group situated in Marathahalli, Bangalore. We have purchased a 2 BHK flat.

Overhangs, living/dining, main room & other rooms have vitrified tiles while toilets & kitchen have ceramic tiles.

Shopping center, school, clinic & other general stores are not so far from my place. So it was a good decision to choose Saranya Soham.
