Saregama Travels Bangalore - Cab Rental from Bangalore

Fraud! They are doing scam. Very unprofessional and bad behaviour. They even denied what they have promised ar rhe time of booking.
They have no vehicle they simply asked other travel agency to send vehicles.
We booked a inova for 5 days one month earlier. They send us the quotation and confirmed the booking. And when ever we call Manoj (owner of this trave agency) he answered it
. One day before our journey i got a call from another travel agency that u had a booking and we are sending our vehicle i said okay.

At time of settlement guess what happened manoj didn't even picked up my single call i tried 30 times he didn't pick any call. Personal who send us rhe vehicle will also tell you manoj is also not picking up my call and we don't know what quotation he send you.
When i denied paying extra he started abusing me and said you have to pay full or come to my office and sit there. At the end I have to pay extra 5 thousands.

Fraud never trust this agency

This is the worst travels you would have ever dealt with. Initially, they say yes for everything, but don't have their own cars, they connect with other third parties. And driver didn't know english or hindi, only local languages even if we have specifically asked for that. Also, while final payment they add extra amounts and they don't stand by their word. They needed to return some amount to me at the end of trip, but once you are done, they ditch all your calls.

Very much bad experience. Never choose this travels!

Worst service. No one should take it as you can never rely on them, even after getting a confirmation mail.

Had a booking with HV Travels for outstation trip for 7 days, cab booked was Swift Dzire. It was nice experience with HV travel company as driver Raman was very helpful with all the sight seeing.staff was very supportive and active all the time. I would like to give all more than 5 stars for these kind of services. Nice experience with good cab and driver with very affordable rates.

Worst experience. They charged almost double for the ride compared to other travels and where not ready to do the advance repaymeny even though cancelled the the next day of booking since the function at my place got postponed. They asked 4600 rs for 8 hours 80km Tempo traveller. Where the rate is around 2700 with other travellers. These are middle people just making money cheating us. Never go for their service.

Satisfied with the service and driver was good. Their prices are also good and you can request them to provide good cab drivers. Their response are also good.

Booking process was quick & hassle-free. No extra charges. Break-up of fare was detailed.chauffeur & car quality was too good. Prices are very competitive compared to many other good cab service providers. Awesome experience with Saregama Travels. We will definitely book again in future. Thanks.
