I consulted Vijay Sarvotham when I was not sure what treatment I should take since allopathy and Ayurved didn't show any remedy. I had spent almost 2 months lying down after i was diagnosed with herniation of disc between L4-L5. The prescribed medicines were providing only temporary relief and ultrasound and YENS physiotherapy hardly provided any relief. I was having breakfast, lunch and dinner in a standing position. The very first six treatments (sessions) addressed my hamstring pain and significant relief from sciatic pain.
The interactions at the clinic are very friendly and Vijay is very amiable, transparent and precise in his communications.

I had visited the clinic in Feb 2021 for lower back pain. I was advised 4 to 6 weeks of treatment. Initially in the first week I felt better and but then the graph went down. I also started getting pain in my right leg.
After 4 weeks of treatment and paying a huge amount, i was advised to get basic tests of vitamin D, B12 and thyroid done since i dint get relief. I was shocked. Isnt it in the responsibility of any therapist to ask to get these tests done in the initial week of treatment itself? After paying 40k for 4 weeks, i was asked to get these tests done and got to hear that the pain might be because of the deficiency of these vitamins. Highly unprofessional. He then advised me to visit for 2 more weeks and then twice a week from 7th week. I still went for the sessions but i had to quit since i dint get any relief even after two months of treatment.
18 yrs ago we came to Dr. Sarvotham when all orthos said my mother needed surgery for her back pain. But with his treatment, my mother avoided surgery. Now he is treating my mother in law. And i strongly believe she will get through without surgery too.
If it is chronic and related to spine from tail bone to neck then this is the place one should visit. One suggestion get your MRI along on the first visit itself. Good improvement in my condition and still building

I came to Dr Sarvotham after 12 years of lower back pain and one spinal surgery. When I first consulted him, I was in severe pain and almost bed-ridden. Doctors had advised me a second spinal surgery, which I was desperate to avoid. Dr Sarvotham was very upfront about the course of treatment, timelines and the lifestyle changes it will require. He assured me that the surgery could be avoided but it would be a long uphill battle. Vijay Sarvotham is the best in Non-Invasive Spine Therapy that I had come across. I'm writing this review after having close to 5 of my close relatives or friends underwent the treatment in last 15 years. He has a great acumen of assessing the problem just after listening to the patient his/her problem and either in person or even on phone. As mentioned earlier, the first experience with the doctor was almost 15 years back when my was friend was struggling with leg pain which was later diagnosed as Slip disc (lower back) and after undergoing physiotherapy and bed rest for about a month the problem only got aggravated wherein he wasn't able to stand upright on his feet and doctors suggested he has to undergo surgery. That is when I got the reference of Vijay Sarvotham from another friend who also underwent the treatment. Then he underwent treatment and within 2 to 3 weeks he was able to manage all simple works himself, however treatment takes couple of months because Dr. Vijay follows a structured approach to taper down the treatment.

I had visited this Dr, 12 years ago for spinal issue (L3-4 to L5 - S1 discs bulge) after seeing orthopaedic & many other spine relief centres I had severe back pain extending upto the foot after looking into the MRI of my Lumbar spine he assured me that relief is guaranteed after 4- 6 weeks treatment I couldn't believe this miracle man did it. Dr Vijay is a blessing for the mankind, he has treated my severe cervical and Lumbar pains - Disc Bulge & Muscle Inflammation related pains at multiple occurrences after failure from Ayurvedic Treatment/ No result from pain killers. I have been going through chronic low back pain for long, used to visit Dr. VIJAY Sarvottam for consultation followed by sessions depending upon the degrees of discomfort. Due to my age and degeneration of spine I used to get these episodes frequently due to change in posture, wrong moves and activities which would aggravate the pain. When ever I go for consultation he used to reassure me and make me comfortable and work on my back with his magic fingers. This is an excellent place for treatment of spine related issues in non invasive way. I was having herniated disc at l4-l5 section and it is corrected around 70% now in 6 weeks time.
I am a 62 year old homemaker and had been suffering from low back pain on and off for the last two years, suddenly in mid 21the pain became unbearable I was very uncomfortable sitting, standing or even lying down. Dr. Vijay Sarvotham has a gift of healing. He has created a complete holistic process on how to heal the disc issues of spine in a very structured manner. It is a slow process to heal the internal mechanical issues with non-invasive methods so one needs to be patient and surrender to the process. It might involve staying back in a hotel near the clinic for a month or so even if you are from Bangalore because you will need to be in clinic for 6 hours daily for the initial recovery. However, in the greater scheme of things this one month would not matter if you get pain free after suffering from it for years. The recovery won't happen immediately for even 1-2 weeks but then the recovery process speeds up exponentially so be patient, give it the time. I had severe back pain and was bed ridden for a month. I could not do anything. I was referred to Dr. Vijay Sarvottam by a friend who was rescued by him similarly. I managed to get started with the treatment. Vijay helped me get better in a month of vigorous treatment and now I am able to manage with my activities. My experience I am Sailaja. I fell in the bathroom in August 2021 as a result with other injuries I had severe pain in my back. I did not approach any orthopedician. Totally recommended for any one with spinal problems like disc bulge and does want to deal it without surgery. In my case I had disc bulge due and it had created sciatica pain in the buttock. After 4 weeks treatments, I will pain is very minimal.

I had disc bulge in L4 & L5 sections of my spine. Doctors said the only way this can be treated was by surgery & physiotherapy /medication will not help. I was reluctant. I heard about Dr. Vijay Sarvotham's clinic from close family and was told that his treatment has been very effective for his family relative. I must admit that I was skeptical at first that how can this unmanageable pain (I could barely walk) be cured. During my first consultation, Dr. Vijay clearly told me that this is a "cure" but a "repair" procedure & it will take time. His instructions on the procedure, food & diet were very clear. He advised me to stay closer to his clinic (in Halasuru) during initial days of my treatment and I listened to him & it actually helped as daily commute to my home & his clinic would have taken toll on my back & made it worse. His clinic is well managed by his assistant (Ms. Asha) and has co-working facility with free Wi-fi for working IT professionals (like me) who do turn up in large numbers. Just follow the advice and directions by the doctor. No heavy duty exercises, no weights. Only some precaution and maintenance rules along with the treatment.
I went with a back problem. First he said one week of treatment nothing helped, which was only for five days then he said it takes time then 2 week treatment.not sure if it works for others. It din worked for sir.

The initial first week, I felt like the treatment was not working. I was assured that all human bodies are different and respond to treatment differently, and I would take time to heal. And sure enough, I got better with time. Patience is a virtue.

Visit him, only if you have more money. It is a mere waste of money visiting him.have visited him many times in a span of more than 6 years for my back pain. He simply gave some reasons for my back pain. He was not able to improve my condition nor was able to solve my problem. Each session he charges 2000. I have spent more than 1.5 lakhs.
