Hugely crowded with mostly uncivilized visitors, no parking available. Not a systematic mall or complex.

It's nicely built. A lot of outlets are still not rented, looks a little bit empty as of now. It's still in the initial phase of development with beautiful lift but the walls already have tobacco spits! The cities won't improve/look beautiful even if nice buildings are built if this is the case.
