This place a truly great! I did a 15 day detox and I feel and look so much healthier. I lost 4 kgs in 15 days and have auto corrected my daily diet in the process aswell.

Recently I had a bad lower back pain due to long working hours and wrong sitting postures in work from home. It was difficult for me to move for a day.

Dr. Shwetha Kamath helped me to over come this very soon. Her timely response and follow ups were amazing. Kati vasti and PPS treatment from the experienced therapist made me heal the lower back muscle spasm.

Later on I opted to Virechana (a natural detoxification course) with which I was able to loose over 6kgs. Which makes me feel light and fresh.

I have also taken abhyanga couple of times before.
