Could have been better designed.only one balcony in a 3bhk flat.rooms could hv been bigger.can be noisy being next to Tumkur Road.

The corridor are super dark, facing walls of other tower. Corridor space badly designed.

Claustrophobic towers facing each others walls.

The lobby in Ground floor itself is so confusing. Cant know which tower.where lift is.how to exit.

The stairway windows are placed above 6 ft.why? U hate if people get a view?

Main doors are sticking to each other. And main doors are facing each other. Cheap living.

And the lift opens (90 deg) in 1 feet gap to main door. So u really have no place in front of ur main door to even put a small carpet.

Balconies are inset.like horse eyes with 2 side blocked view.

Check the number of bedrooms whose windows face a wall.yes a wall.that is for real.for many many units.i have uploaded photos and video of wall facing windows.

This architect should be fired.

But let me tell u that inside of house is good. The corridors are the problem.

Also there are rumors of legal issues no idea what.

Noise level is very high. Always have to keep windows closed.

Lift density is high. Should have given another lift.

Whats good - location and building appearance from outside.

Flat orientation is good, clubs house and amenities are perfect. Small and cozy society. Daily needs shop must needed in the society, electrical fittings/switch sockets/AC input & output are not planned well.

Called and they are still trying to scam new potential buyers by saying that they are going to get the OC in 2 weeks. Beware.

Good and nice environment and they have to improve and please increase tree's that look like concrete only

OC issue, Today I reviewed. Lot of flats are not occupied due to OC issues.
I was confused why it’s not occupied from many years later came to know OC has been denied. Buyers be aware, investment is once in a life time

Its a Ready to move in Apartment project of Salarpuria Sattva. Located at Tumkur road.
Very close to the metro stations. Need to travel in service road to reach this property.

Why is o c getting late kindly come forward to explain the situation buyers are in panic spending their whole savings and can't sell without o c since two years I am hearing this mont or next month don't spoil your built reputation

Unprofessional staff and building. Lot of issues in the building as well as OC. Simply with the name they are surviving but the quality of building and responsibility is zero. Believing as reputed builder and investing is waste of money. There is no response from the staff about the PC and registration. Investing money two years ago still no answer about the OC and registration. Lot of issues in the building maintenance before occupy the house. Simply waste.
