Waited for almost 40 mins for just tea and coffee didn't get our order and we walked out of the restaurant, hotel staff were not responsive and showed a poor attitude when we asked for when our tea and coffee will be served. They didn't inform us that it was going to be delayed despite us asking atleast 3 times

Very average tasting food. And service is very poor. We were discussing what to order and the waiter noted item from the discussion and served as our order without even confirming if we do want that item. When we called out that we did not order they just insisted that we did order and it's okay (not sure how it is okay to pay for not ordered item).
One of the item chilly cheese ball had zero cheese and only potato. On raising with the lady she insisted that this is how the dish is made. Overall poor service and no concern to what customer wants. Also more focus was to resident guests who stayed in the rooms.

Breakfast buffet had ample options. Food was great but service could take some improvement.

Overall decent. Good food. But too much charging 60 Rs for 1 roasted papad! Must improve service speed

The food was okayish! Starters were fine. The tandoori rotis which we ordered were hard, was difficult to eat. Paneer sizzler was not at all delicious.
But having said that they have a good menu for vegetarian. But it would be good if they improve the taste.
Customer service was okayish too. Would appreciate if they speak our local language kannada.

It was a wonderful stay for 2 days,
Rooms were comfortable, clean and staff were very courteous. Overall, it's an excellent place and would recommend to friends.

The restaurant is available in Emerald Clark Inn hotel in Mysore. This is 100% vegetarian restaurant with a variety of food items at a very reasonable price. The ambiance of the restaurant was good. The staff is so humble. You may get each type of food available here.

Ambience is good. Most of the staff doesn’t understand Kannada and they insist to talk in Hindi or English. We ordered pulao and dal kichdi, both were underwhelming and tasteless.

Loved the food. Professional Service by Devraj as well.

Do try the Spicy Cheese balls and Veg Dum Biryani.

Went to Sattvik for their Dasara lunch special. The food was decent at best, but service was very disappointing. The waiting staff did not know what the meal included. They provided contradictory information about what it included. Their body language was extremely poor and even rude. We had to ask them to serve soup 4 times before they finally did so midway through the meal. Service was slow too, so we had to wait for prolonged periods between dishes being served. Don't think I will be going to Sattvik again for a meal in the foreseeable future.

Good quality food. Clean hygiene place. Food average. Service was not hurry, may be it was weekend.

In the end, the staff request for a review and offer 5% discount. This is a sort of intimidation and resulting in an inflated, fancy review and not a genuine review

Had an amazing dining experience at Sattvik. The staff here were very friendly and we got the food served really quick. We also enjoyed the taste of all the items we ordered and one that stood apart was the Badam milk we had for desert.
Do come and visit this restaurant with your families

Very nice restaurant with good ambience, great food and humble service. Best place to hangout with friends and family. If you are looking for a vegetarian fine dining restaurant then this is one of the best restaurants in Mysore. Overall I would give 5 stars for the food taste, service and ambience.

The reason I'm giving 1* rating is because i couldn't find even a single staff who could speak the local language (kannada). Everyone spoke just Hindi or English. Not even one staff spoke. How can you think of catering the local diaspora without speaking the local language. Your in Mysore Karnataka not in North India or outside India. Will surely not be on my next plan list and i will suggest my circle to do the same.

This is a restaurant within Clarks Inn with a separate entrance. The ambience is excellent. Service is OK. But this is not a typical Mysore restaurant. Most of the south indian dishes are not available.
The servers don't know Kannada!

If you are travelling to and from Ooty or Kerala, then stopover at this place, it offers delicious food at affordable rate, highly recommended, everytime time I go to that side I always stop here to have lunch.

Decent food and service was also good.

I had lot of skin itch- may be due to some ingredients in Pasta. If not other were good.

I was surprised the fast service and preparation. Being in the restaurant business, I was surprised. But. Good.

This is restaurant inside Emarald Clarks inn Hotel. It is pure veg restaurant which has both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The ambiance and food is good.
It is a good place to spend time with family and friends for lunch and dinner. It has south Indian, north indian, Chinese and continental food. They also have variety of mocktail option.
