Needs improvement in ticket exchange services in this digital era almost all airlines accept digital services to their customers need but for saudi airlines we have to go to office and then we can exchange the ticket.
Horrible airlines: 1. Baggage was delayed by three days, and as per their policy entitled to receive compensation 2. It has been two months, I have not received compensation 3. However, my husband who travelled in the same flight, received the compensation three weeks back
Saudia Bangalore staff doesn't know the details about their own flights or Saudi Arabia rules. I am not sure about the airlines facilities but blr staff is not cooperating. I was asking about transit visa in Saudi Arabia and they have no idea. I was following up for more than a month. They say 'I will check and come back' whenever I called them but never comes back. They never picks the call If I call them for follow up. Pathetic!
Nobody picks the call, including all the 3 numbers provided in their website. Very bad service. I have been calling since morning and it’s afternoon now. They picked once and attended but again for other information we have to keep calling and nobody picking.
