Savari experience was very comfortable, on time and enjoyable.
I could understand why the charges from in between cities could be higher but would like to learn why the kms difference should be offered by savari for the to n fro journey.

I had booked a round trip to Nandyal from Hyderabad. The car was good and the driver prompt, courteous and punctual.

Excellent driver and Good car, hassle free trip of Costal karnataka Temple tour of 5 days driven by Shri Lokesh cab driver booked in Savari services.

Savari is a very perfect n punctual service provider. They allotted a gud car, with very co operative, good mannered driver. I will definitely use savari services again n recommend too.

Excellent service. Taken a car for drop from Bangalore airport to Mysore. No hidden charges. Like the service.

Very good condition vehicle is provided with very good shock abs.
Drivers are also well behaved and polite and best knowledge of routes. Few things should also be informed before hand. Approximate toll tax on the routes and the state taxes, so that customer should have a mind set for the expenses.

We had availed Savaari Car Rentals 1st time and floored by their clean, tidy and professional approach to extend a value added service. We had an extremely satisfying ride to Rajiv Gandhi international airport from our residence.

This is with reference to a booking which i had done through Savaari for a Tempo traveller (12 seater) for an inter-city (From Ernakulam to Guruvayoor and back in Kerala) in Jul-23. The vehicle was old and had non effective AC and family had a tough jouney with heat and discomfort and some members had headache and vomitting. There was no window (it was full glass) to open for air circulation as AC was not effective. Driver was informed multiple times. Though he was very nice and supportive otherwise in this matter it seems he had no option or alternates. After the trip when Vehicle owner was informed, he was not accepting the feedback and kept justifying. Not at all a good experience this time! (Email also sent to Savaari info ID and nodal officer ID including Trip reference number).

It must be fair to also mention that i have taken Savaari booking earlier sometime from Bangalore and Pune and had much better experiences at that time!

I travel alot due to my work and reliability on cabs is very much. Suffered alot during my dependency on Ola/Uber. After I come across Savaari, life became easy. Most reliable and assured cabs and customer services team.

Driver drove at 60-70kmph in bangalore mysore expressway to get more mileage and instead of 1.5 hrs it took 2 hours 40 min after the toll. Same for return trip.

Bad old etios vehicle as well in a dirty condition.

Driver asked for 165+165 toll instead of 250 which is well known.

Driver are filling CNG and wasting your time in big queue and with private car their are no state charges while you cross and state border but still driver took 1000 rs from me against state charges without any receipt, what type of fraud service is this.

Had a trip from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 13/11/21. Instead of Etios, Desire was sent. The driver’s name was Prajwal.
1) Car was dirty. Had it cleaned with a hose at my house in Hyderabad before start of journey.
2) Driver had driven to Hyderabad late evening on 12/11 and was again given morning duty (told by driver) He kept calling late into night asking to share location. Even after sharing it he stated messaging again to share location.
3) Would have liked him to be well presented.
4) Rash driving. Was not slowing down at speed breaks. Was driving at high speed. After repeatedly telling him to slow down he reduced the speed a bit.
5) Was quarrelling with anyone who would point out that he was driving badly.
6) Was either receiving calls or making calls when driving with the phone on one hand.
7) Not seen him using sanitizer.
8) Most important point: Due to his careless driving we almost had a nasty accident just before Anantapur. Shudder to think about it. Due to God’s blessings we are alive.

Won’t use Savaari again.

Savaari.one of the worst Rental service.
These people are only their to ruin your trip. I booked a cab for 2am 15thoct from Bangalore and was following same almost everyday with them so that our journey should be smooth.
But these people are just (dont have words to say). From 1.30 am till 3 am they just told us to wait for 5 mints for the cab alternative. Then they made it confirm and send us mail that at 5am cab will come.
Now again started chasing them from 4: 30 am and now they are telling that vendor is charging more and not able to come. I mean seriously this is how it works from so called most trustworthy car rental service.
And finally they stopped recieving my calls.
This booking was done 2-3 weeks back. Our whole money for the booking just ruined away including the stay just because of savaari. You people are just worst and I don't have words to write for you.such a third class service and a team who can't even have a backup plan. Shame on you savaari. And yes I don't want to hear sorry from you.

Hello, everyone. We had been to Ooty using Savaari car rental * (non-AC experience) *. It was average. The driver was sometimes clueless and didn't use GPS. He would keep on playing off tune songs, also in the language not understood by the traveler's. He also watched boring saas-bahu serials, and got diverted from road and drove extra kms. The only good thing about him was that his driving, food locations and temper was good. Otherwise, he didn't take bath and his presence in the car with ascending days made us come close to puking.

I would recommend not to take their service from Delhi to Dehradun in any case, driver never will come on time and you might face big problem like waiting (many excuses- traffic jam, vehicle puncture, oil refuelling, gaddi karab ho gayi hai shab etc) and then savari car will give you 500 rs concession for 3 to 4 hour waiting, they have no control on Delhi service provider & they can put duty to any untrained driver who will make you longer /mis route then ask for money for extra, don't trust on savaari, take ola or Garhwal taxi services best options

NOT a reliable service from Savaari. I booked cab from Durg to Korba. I was following with continuous with them and customer care either keeping call on hold or saying they will send details in next 5-10 mins and at last moment they cancelled it saying cab not available.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

These are cheaters. They charge you for toll and then trick you to pay for toll on road. Such a horrible company.

Any call made to them takes no less than 20 -30 min of hold time before you can connect with them.
Then the agents are very casual.take it or leave it attitude.
3 calls made after online booking done and all details shared 2 days prior to travel and still 8 hours before travel, late evening that too they send email stating URGENT - BOOKING CANCELLED UNABLE TO REACH YOU!

My mom needed to go from Bangalore to Chennai. We used savaari.com to book. The overall experience was very satisfactory. We want to specially thank Basavaraj, the driver, for arriving on time and taking her to Chennai without making too many stops due to Covid. I spoke to him a day before and he said he will arrive with 2 vaccinated doses proof which provided us more peace. We highly recommend this.

I regret booking cab on Savaari.

I booked a cab from Bengaluru to Andhra, Driver stopped the vehicle in between after travelling to 20km after starting the cab and demanded for extra state permit charges of Rs. 800 and even though the savaari website says (No extra charge). After making argument with driver and owner of cab, they have not moved the cab where two elder senior citizen travelling with them with luggage. Even though I have agreed to pay extra charge, after 5 or 10 min both driver and owner (Santosh) had a private discussion and said that there is issue with Gear box and vehicle can't move from here. They told to cancel the trip and asked to get down and look for other cab. They have return by auto with all due luggages to original location by paying our own expenses. This is worst service of Savaari which I never expect it. Tried by calling customer care of Savaari which never been responded. Worst customer care support at this crucial time.

WORST EXPERIENCE… DON’T EVER GO FOR SAVAARI CARS.
I regret booking cab on Savaari.
Driver was supposed to pick me up at 8: 00 AM but came at 11: 00 AM. Later on got to know that company accepted my trip without confirming with driver. Company informed to driver in the morning at 6: 00 AM to travel 180km and reach my location till 8: 00 AM which is practically impossible so he reached late. I wasted my whole day work and missed all important meetings. Company told me that they will compensate by deducting Rs. 600 from total bill, which was negligible as compared to what I missed from my important business meetings. This company is run by cheaters and worst management.

Very poor service. Cheated by them in Jammu airport. Booked by one day before and make the payment also. When i reach in the airport they told me that booking is cancelled.
I lost a good customer, because of this cheating.

MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, unreliable service
they took my booking for pick up from Chennai airport and drop to Pondicherry, confirmed too but when i landed at Chennai there was no vehicle and when i called the helpline, they informed me that they have no vehicle for Pondicherry and that my booking stands cancelled, leaving me on the lurch.never never use them

Usually, it will be 199 or 200 KMs for this trip but cab showed 211 KMs. So It's 120 INR extra for 8KMs. When we stopped for Lunch, KM showed was 144 and we started again, it was 155KMs. Driver had his lunch early and waiting for us, not sure what happened, but there were 11 KMs extra. I probably paid may 130INR extra.
Worst part is the car, Swift Dzire. God, its so bad.we didn't put AC and one side window we can't open.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I decided to take my parents and daughter along with my dog (a Shitzu) for a weekend getaway to Mysore and booked a car for 3 days from Savaari. The pickup time was 9am but the driver was late by 15mins. Upon starting the journey, he said was to put oil in the car and he said he needs the tank full. I booked the car with 2900 and then the tank full costed me another 4053. After driving for an hour Around 10.35am our car was stopped and hijacked by 11-12 goons for loan collection, and we were left locked, without A/C or even the windows down, for 45 mins until we called the cops. This whole episode lasted for over 2 hrs until the other car picke us up. For a 3hrs 15mins journey, it took us over 8hrs. We reached the hotel around 5.30pm instead of 2pm and the new driver told us that we were in the wrong direction. The cops were very helpful. The whole situation was extremely chaotic, stressful and threatening, not knowing what’s going to happen. I can't explain everything for limited word count but I definitely wanted to warn everyone to be very very careful before booking a car from them and I blame Savaari for this whole situation. It was their job to check on the car and the driver before assigning them a job. It was highly irresponsible on their part and they put my whole family’s life in danger. I am going to take actions for sure, I won’t let this go. I want explanation, not apologies.

Very worst experience. Just 15mins before to start time, cab is cancelled saying cab is not available even after receiving confirmations earlier.

One of the most bad experiences I had with you people. Your Driver has stolen my Bluetooth.  You people keep all thieves as drivers for your car who rob the things which the passenger carries in the luggage. The purpose is to loot the passenger's personal things and run away with it. The driver for the car had stolen my Bluetooth and the call center people were asking me for the proof and didn't pay any heed to it. The senior people who spoke to me have taken the side of the driver, in spite of me asking to hold the payment of the car till my Bluetooth is returned back to me.
Actually you people think your customers' feedback is of no value for you but time will prove that treating the customer in the wrong way will cost you a fortune. You have not only lost me as a customer but I will ensure you lose 1000 passengers for yourself. You see the power of a customer for your wrong doings.

I should plea all the people who can read my post that not to rent their car service and the drivers whom they keep are only look at moment to rob the passenger essentials and these people take the side of the driver rather then solving the customer complain. They have no value for customer complain. I doubt are they also promote all this.

My hand folded request to every one not to take their car for rent otherwise your personal things will get robbed by their drivers and they take side of the driver after doing all this.

Never had such a bad experience with any other driver or travel agency when compared to Savaari. Booked a cab from Bangalore to a town in Andhra Pradesh. The driver said he needs to take a permit and would need do de-route around 20-25 Kms. We were fine with it and made sure Savaari knows it incase he is purposefully doing it. Even after persistent call outs during the journey he took de-routed for about 100 Kms and charged extra 1500 bucks.when contacted Savaari, the person was like "yeah.u have to pay it".
My Question is
1. Why would you (Savaari) send a vehicle which doesn't have permit in Andhra Pradesh when you know my destination
2. Even if so, why didn't you (Savaari) take the responsibility and informed us prior?
2. The driver completely cheated us.despite we trusting him (and Savaari had nothing to say to that)
3. And why was there a third person involved as Driver's owner who doesn't belong to Savaari and telling us the rules

All are liers until it comes to payment.
Never ever I would re-visit or recommend Savaari to anyone!

The Customer Support and the Timely Arrival of the Driver Based on the Location shared the Driver reached on time. Over all Beautiful Service.

These people have no control over their drivers as communicated to me by Firoze. They are interested only in taking the advance and then leaving us under driver's/car owner's mercy. In my case, the driver deliberately took us on a longer route (23 kms) from Sringeri to Madikeri and overcharged us subsequently. He was erratic in his driving and chatting frequently on the mobile with his owner. He was reluctant to switch on the AC when we actually paid for the AC car. The car owner was calling us repeatedly to coerce us to book his private car for local sightseeing.

All these incidents show that Savaari need to set their house in order and run their travels with responsibility and ethics which I don't see now.

Thanku team Savaari for a safe and pleasant ride to Pune. Once the booking was confirmed driver made sure to call in advance and was punctual at 6.am. Also would like to thank team Savaari for their ever friendly and efficient staff who answered all my queries before the trip. Another highlight was the economic pricing and transparency of the fares projected. Will definitely recommend Savaari for pleasant and safe rides

Not sure about savaari as this vehicles are not from savaari but owned by driver and not maintained well

We paid in advance to make sure the car is according to our requirements but it was a failure
Not maintained Innova with no Bluetooth connectivity and rude driver.
His name was Radhakrishna who were not acknowledging any questions or concerns
First of all he always selected the route which is excess in km (We paid for 900 KM though according to Maps it is 800 not sure why the discrepancies)
When we entered Tamil Nadu and went to RTO for vehicle permit, he said passengers are not allowed here and took 1500 and did not show the receipt
Always talking on phone while driving the vehicle
He behaved as per his mood also not stopping Cars for using Washroom/ eating
Last but not the least When the trip ended he was fighting for driver bata which was already included

Savaari is the most genuine car rental service in Bangalore. I took a cab from Bangalore to Ooty. The overall experience was pretty smooth. Driver was polite and helpful, and cab booking experience was also hassle-free.

Fake.don't book trip by using savaari, they will show less amount when you book and on the day of travel they will call you and ask double charge or else they will cancel the trip.for me they cancelled the trip and now i'm booking using some other agencies.waste of time and money. I don't know when they going to refund the money.bluddy cheater.

Savaari agent's have less knowledge, they hire cars from other travel companies, again they have not even paid many travel agencies trip money. I know some Savaari agent's name Ramesh Deshmane & Abhishek Gupta. So before booking any trips think twice.

I have tried Savaari Car rentals for one way as well as outstation rides for more than 5000 km multiple times. I have always found their vehicle quality is superb. Btw came from outskirts Kolhapur to Pune (235km), got charged for 293km.
Driver blamed Savaari, Savaari blamed manager, manager blamed driver and they were unable to figure and I ended up losing 500-600 extra.
Anyway hope future customers become aware of false positive reviews.

Very professional service provided by Savaari, the driver assigned to us was very humble and polite. I had to extend the travel for 1 day and it was done within 5 minutes with nominal charges.kudos to the team for providing such a wonderful experience.

I had my share of initial hesitation and doubts about which car rental service to choose for the road journey from Ahmedabad to Statue of Unity and back. I homed onto Savaari and found there website easy to negotiate. My talk with their executive Nivedita on phone removed all my doubts. She was engaging and very patient with all my queries. The terms of the hire were straightforward and conspicuous. The car scheduled for the trip developed a problem and was immediately replaced with another and I was informed without any communication gap. The driver, Deepu, was a wonderfully engaging person and shared us with us the stories of the various sights enroute. All in all, a great experience which I and my family will surely repeat. If you want your trip to be safe and relaxed please dont ever hire savaari. They have horrible service, completely broken down cars and deceiving drivers.

This is what our experience was:
We booked a Toyota Innova on 25th of dec for a 2 day trip to Ooty (1st jan to 3rd jan 2021). We didn't realise that the trip would be the biggest disaster of 2021; mind it still we have Corona. Savaari updated us that our car Innova Crysta would arrive at 12.30am on 1st jan 2021 and at 12.00 am when we tried to contact the driver, he told he has no idea of the trip, then after contacting SAVAARI they assigned a new cab driver after 30 mins of discussion, but the new driver's phone was switched off, when we reached out to Savaari again, they informed us the driver is waiting for us and shared his contact no. But it was also switched off, after 1.5 hour of argument we recieved an old innova car at 2 am.

NO DIESEL: -
After 15 mins of drive, the car ran out of diesel (we inquired in the beginning only about the fuel) and we were stranded in the middle of the road while the driver roamed in search of diesel (the driver just left us on a traffic signal at 2: 15am which was not at all SAFE!), at 3.15 am when driver arrived with just 1 litre of diesel, it took almost 1 hr of pushing the engine pump as well as the car by four of us to get it started and reach the nearest petrol pump.

MOUNTAIN OF OTHER ISSUES: -
At last we started our journey from Bangalore at 5 am in the morning (which was supposed to be 12am), after 5 hours of extremely slow driving, we reached Bandipur and our SAVAARI surprised us with the following issues till we reached our destination Ooty.

1. He stopped in btw for almost 45min for taking the
stepnyy tyre from some another driver in the
morning (The driver was planning trip for us!)
2. Then when we were inside Bandipur (Where
vehicles are not supposed to stop because of
elephants) we noticed that front left tyre was
making a loud noise, He had no clue to what
was happening, then he stopped the car at a
mechanic who told that the Break pad was
burnt (we were going to Ghat section without
BREAKS!). To get it repaired it almost took 2 hrs to
get fixed. However the driver kept on saying that it
will only take 10 mins (Felt like he worked for F1
team)
4. Finally we reached ooty 2 pm and lost half of our
day (Most of the tourist places are closed by 5.30
pm). So after checking in and having lunch the time
was 3.15 pm.

SAVAARI GIVES FULL EXPERIENCE!
On the second day of travel when we thought that SAVAARI would deliver atleast 10% of what they promised
We noticed that both the left side TYRES got punchered and it took 1.5 hr to get it repaired.
We were outside in cold and thinking why WE TRUSTED SAVAARI!

Savaari didnt help us in terms of changing the car or the driver, they also refused to reduce the price.
The savaari representative (Mr. Amit) kept giving us false assurance but our safety, our patience, our physical and mental stress was tested time and again.

PLEASE THINK AGAIN BEFORE CONSIDERING FOR SAVAARI. One thing we realised is that SAVAARI doesn't care whether you are safe or your trip was pathetic. It just cares about the money!

This has to end, STOP taking SAVAARI, they should be liable of the vehicles they provide, not some lame excuse of putting blame on vendor.
That being said hope your trip was pleasant and safe!

Overall had a good experience

They don't have any own car. They contracted with some travel agency. The driver had not checked the car before starting the drive and the car had no tool box itself. At 4Am the car was punctured and the driver did not have any tools. Punctuality of driver was worst and they asked for three times food with driver beta.only positive is low cost and vehicle will be available at any time.

Loved the services. The cars are well sanitized and drivers are polite. Loved the entire experience.

If u book rental car. U insist on on sawari car rental. It gives prompt service 24 hours in 7 days.

Very bad experience travelling with Savaari. They do not do background verification of drivers. The driver was picked up by the police in the middle of the trip and left us stranded.
Nightmare of a trip, we were travelling with a child and harassed to no ends due to this driver. We were travelling with a small child.
Never go with Savaari if you want to keep your family safe. Their drivers have criminal records. The customers holiday are held at ransom.
