Came to Release my Pledged Gold (Rupeek Executive) was waiting along with me for 2: 15 hours for processing 30 mins garantreed release process, bank staff n manager simply chit chat wasting time.

Walked in with a priority account to enhance the banking relationship, walked out with a basic account thanks to the worst attitude from the staff! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

There is no loan centre. Axis Bank make people run here and there to close there loan and no assistance from branch or from any employee. Worst service. Will close everything with Axis

I visited the branch so many times to perform some transactions, and I noticed that the water filter was not working properly. It was full of dust and dirt, and the switch was always off. I informed the branch staff to clean the filter and turn it on...
