Used their service through URBAN COMPANY. What we had observed that post service there were footmarks left in our master bedroom and which we thought were marks due to wet floor post cleaning however even after 10 days the marks remain visible which were actually caused by the guy who cleaned the washroom with a chemical and walked barefoot on the floor with the same chemical due to which permanent stains are visible. Escalated the issue to URBAN COMPANY however SAVVY SCRUBBERS have the audacity to deny the issue.do they think we have all the time to waste in this silly issue. The floor has been damaged with permanent foot marks. Stay away from SAVVY SCRUBBERS. We can share the pictures of the damage which are still there. And moreover these guys push for a review immediately after service so be careful when dealing with this company.
Dear Savvy Scrubber, editing my review based on your response. Urban clap is only a platform which connects with service providers and the service was delivered by you. In fact they tried to rectify by rescheduling the service with you however you had cancelled the request. I noticed that any low ratings you get you tend deny that the customer is not in your database. We have all the proofs including screenshots of your company as service provider and also your visit details to our society. You had permanently damaged our floor and accept that. Do you think we are jobless to go after writing a review about some house keeping company. I'm sure now you will rectify the way you offer service. If you would like to challenge the review let me know.

I had booked deep cleaning of bathrooms and Ceiling fans. The water from the bathroom was splashed outside and all the dirt from the fans was left on the ground as is. Even carpenters cleanup the dust after they finish the work. So, not very impressed.

The best deep cleaning service i have taken so far. Both my bathrooms are looking just like newly constructed ones. The staff is also very good. The boy who came for the cleaning (Name: Shankar) very sincere and well behaved guy.good job guys. Keep up the good work. A big thumps up

If only I could give negative review! I've been using other professional services from last 7-8yrs now and this has to be the worst.

1) Received 10+ calls to confirm details
2) When told them job reduced to half - No price consideration from their end
3) For something which should be ideally be part of package (Chimney pipe base cleaning) - Denied Service
4) Rude, very rude employees - Their supervisor spoke on call as if doing a favor & it's not a paid service.
5) When I got fed up speaking to them, and didn't want to watse time - their team was at my house from last 30mins, I decided to pay and get the service done as is ; but told them I will be reviewing it accordingly.

To that, they denied service saying if you have to give bad review.why should we work at all. Sick attitude from a service provider - their team was equally frustrated by their behaviour. NEVER AGAIN!
