It's been 2.5 years here in this organization, The work culture over here is too good.

Such a worst company I dnt even want to give a star to this company all the person who are working in senior position it's just for namesake they don't even resolve ur problems never join this company it's waste of ur time they ll talk sweet till u join the company n show they're real face in the first day only they ll not give pay the salary. At the Time of salary date they ll Tel ur terminated bcoz ur performance is not good they ll expect the result in the first day Only never join this company

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.giving offer letter and later saying position on hold.recruiter Swarna Thota and account manager Deepika Bannerjee please stop fooling people and playing with people's life. Both are big tym liars.let me narrate what happened. 1st of all doj was given to me as 5th June.so I came back from my hometown, took a pg to join on 5th. I had accepted the offer too. Also, I stopped applying for other companies. After few days i received a call from the account manager Deepika dat my doj was postponed to 16th june as she was travelling to Delhi and she assured me that by any chance they will onboard me on 16th june when I asked her. Now here I got a hint that they might not onboard me as they delayed the process so i called the recruiter Swarna but she confirmed dat onboarding is confirmed on 16th june.
But the very nxt day again she called back and said that position went on hold which isn't true. Everything was pre planned that they would say it went on hold like that later, dats why joining was delayed. Such unethical and unprofessional ppl. Shame on you guys Please! Please do not join this company and spoil your life. Such a pathetic experience i nvr had with any other company. Extremely unprofessional notorious staff. Please save yourself from this bogus company.

The worst experience i have ever felt. They don't have any ethics to give feedback, after confirming the job, they delayed to give an offer letter.
Nearly 3 months waited for there response. Whenever I have asked the manager they told me to wait for few more weeks to send the offer letter. Now they are telling me that I have not selected and all. They are not having an work culture or ethics how to respond to the candidates.

I worked in Acko with Scalene Works People Solution LLP (ADD. -Somasundara Palya, Bangalore) for two years. My journey was hassle-free for these two years. My HR's, Seniors and colleagues were very good, supportive & well behaved.
Specially my HR. Sonali mam always helped me and supported me. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart.

The management is quick responsive. Salaries on time. Querry resolution on time. Specifically speaking my SPOC Mr. Rajendira is very much supportive. With employees like him, it is always easy and fun to work. Thank you Scalene!

Ms Shruthi was very supportive and open thoughtout the process, was following up everyday, till the joining. I reccomend this company to people looking for new opportunities. Looking forward to work under them.

Unprofessional Work…Wrong Commitments… took more money and won’t return back.never work with them….

After working for 15 days in this company, they will tell you your performance is not good, even after getting an appointment letter. They will fire you after finishing their work, and they will tell you you will get your settlement, but still I didn't get any money. Everyone, please be careful and don't join this bogus company and don't waste your valuable time.

The poor reviews on this Recruiting company are real. If someone from this company reaches out to you for a job, do yourself a favor and run. One of their recruiter, Swarna T, and Saurav Bose are the worst person you'll ever meet here, they are very unprofessional and full of excuses in providing offer updates. I just love this company specially the STAT team. Where Shruthi Kvrs is head of that team. She is an excellent manager and very motivating. I got a chance to learn many things from scaleneworks.great place for a freshers to start their career.
