I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Scholar Clothing Co. I placed an order for clothing items over a month ago, paid the required amount, and since then, I have received absolutely no response from the company. Moreover, whenever I attempted to contact them by phone, nobody would answer, leaving me frustrated and helpless.

Swapna and Nayana are really helpful and very sweet and kind in helping out for school uniforms.

This scholar clothing people won't give the customized shirts eventhough we order on time.its been 3 months delayed to give two shirts of st pauls school.really really bad experience n they don't refund money we need to wait for long time

They took wrong measurement and gave wrong cloth. When asked to change they took the cloth but never gave back the correct one. Later they claimed that we have bot given them cloth to exchange.

They have a bunch of useless employees working.

This ppl knows only to make money and put in there pockets I have been made to come to school almost 5 times still I have not got my kids uniform from almost a month.very bad way of handling parents and school management is responsible for this.they should appoint a good vendor. Always lack of stock, since 10years we’ve been facing this issue. I request please close the shop.

Irresponsible behaviour by you and your company staff. Doesn't care or value others time. If the company is not able to supply the uniform on time please don't waste anyone's time. Really upset with the service provided and with the staff behaviour.

Pathetic behaviour. They are the example of irresponsibility and professionalism. They do not have any concern of the customers issues and problems. The management is too poor

I would like to share my experience with Scholar Clothing while buying uniforms for my child who is studying in Vidyaniketan Public School.
During the uniforms distribution camp at school my daughter top size was not available. And I placed a order and a I got a confirmation SMS from Scholars
With in 2days i got a confirmation call from Scholars to collect uniform at there outlet. Happy with your timely delivery. Appreciate your efforts.

Staff is friendly and help you to find the right size but bit costly so Christ should do something about the cost

Worst service they don’t received and I’m waiting Ron 2 months till no updates for uniform

Made full amount advance payment for school uniform and after two months of waiting received very low quality blazer made with cheapest material and button. One button fell off and the other is faded off. For altering pants made extra payments for outside tailors. Belt is short and my child is wearing the old belt. Took money for tie and didn't deliver. They collect money but irresponsible and making big profit. Don't know why school is recommending such an irresponsible center.

Why does the company have a phone number and email ID on your invoice and on the website if you don’t intend to answer calls and reply to mails? !

Pathetic vendor, equally bad CX; we have ordered SHS uniform in April 2022 and its still not delivered.

Nagesh you have taken the uniform for exchange and have not returned the new uniform beven after 1week and i have been calling u n number of times but u don pick up. First u don give a quality product n when parents ask you for an exchange u act as a scammer. Are u really a scammer NAGESH. If you cannot do the job then why do you take it. Have some shame.

I have ordered my school uniform two years ago but they gave the uniform but blazzer is still pending.

Why no response on your telephone number. I have been calling for two days and no response. Absolutely unprofessional.

This is ridiculous, the order was placed with full payment in April, the size provided was a mismatch its been 2.5 months still no update on when will we get the uniform. This is not done, highly unprofessional.

Hopeless service, it's been more than 2 months since the order was placed and no one seems to be answering when we call the number given in the invoice. Someone called Umesh handled the billing and there is no update on the uniform delivery, and schools are starting next week. School managements should definitely consider another vendor with better after sales and customer service.

No response for emails either, the owner/ person in
charge should really take some action and respond to customer queries. They do not deserve one star even.

UPDATE:
It's been more than 4 months and still the uniforms have not been delivered, no response to mails nor does anyone answer the numbers provided.

@Owner/Person in charge - Don't cheat parents and schools! If you are unable to deliver, at least have the courtesy to inform the customers.

Very poor service and it's been more then a month I didn't receive my complete order. They don't response properly.
Prices are higher, They charge more then what it's written on the product.
On the shirt the price was tagged as @290 rupees but they cut it and charged @Rs350.
They are very unprofessional.
They should be removed as vendor.

Pathetic company. Full fees collected for 2 kids.with delivery charges more than 1.5 months back. Was told the delivery will happen before 2nd june. June is completed, nothing happened. Noone responding to the continuous mails being sent and noone picks the phone. Need to go and file a formal complain. Kids school is in progress and they are facing extreme difficulty

Editing the comment after seeing the response to this. So was asked to send mail to mr Nagesh. Was done 3 days back already. No response even after followup. Connected on whatsapp. Initially got reply to wait for few hrs for the status.now chasing for last 2 days with no response.not picking the phone, no response of any sort. Overall it looks like a rogue business having no accountability and responsibility.

You all can call and see once and 3rd class service. All parents are just exhausted by his behavior

Payment we have made 2 months back and kids are still going in old uniforms. I do not know why the schools are entertaining this kind of unprofessional suppliers. Even schools are not bothered about it.
Please don't opt this supplier next time. I am sure next year they will come up with new company name n GST and loot people again.
