Tdy i hd been to the invitation section of school book company. I had a Bad Customer Service experience. The staffs wr not showing interest. They themself speak among the staffs. They don't provide customized invitation cards. If we ask them to show for more options the staffs get irritated and leave. Wt kind of a service is this? Never expected this.

Customer service NOT upto the mark

School book company is known for selling good quality products and hence we always have large crowd visiting.

I visited shop at 7: 40pm today looking for a gift kit incl.pens, pencils, etc for my niece. But with 20 mins of waiting, noone responded and was ready to attend.

Being a customer who wants school book company to efficiently provide service to customers, few suggestions:
Floor representatives can multitask taking couple of customers together but they are rather slow and steady serving only one customer.
There are lot of representatives on floor backside in warehouse just relaxing with their phones, they could help the main shop to relive floor representatives during peak hours.

These are two improvements with 30mins of visit. Please consider this suggestion. A note to the owners.

Been shopping at School Book Company for years, well equipped and well informed staff, have info at their finger tips. They have anything & everything related to Stationary needs. Best place iv been for Stationary.you wouldn't leave empty handed.

They have 3 floors - Ground Floor is for Stationary, 1st floor is for books & 2nd floor is Digital Printing Section.
The staff is friendly and rates are very reasonable.

They have a complete stock & range of text books, note books, stationery, craft items, etc from kindergarten to college to post graduate programs. They also have good range of office stationery, organisers, files, folders,
But be prepared for a long wait for your items to be delivered & billed during the summer, as the place is swarming with children & their parents.
Parking is not available at the store & the limited road side parking slots are mostly occupied. It is advisable to visit this store using the auto rickshaw.

All in one book company. Get all books here, no competitors till the sapna and SLV BOOK STORES opened in Mangalore. Service is poor. Age old thinking

An oldest place since my childhood days we buy our stationery stuff books bag pen etc etc.now a days you have many branches of this outlet and also you find many other stationery but back 20years ago this was the only place where you find all stuff in one place and people use to rush here.still today the crowd is full by the brand name is still popular.if you dont find any stationery stuff here then it means you don't find any where in Mangalore
