This is my first boarding experience, extremely happy with Scooby Agency. Very happy how my coco got along with Keerthana and her mother, they take of the pets as their own.
My Coco doesn’t want to come back once he is with his fur friends in the agency.

We recently boarded our 5-year-old Indie, Muffin with Scooby Agency (Branch-2) for about 10 days due to a family event. We were quite nervous since we've never been away from our pet for more than 2-3 days.

From the get-go, the team at Scooby went above and beyond to accommodate our pet with all the love and care he gets at home. His dietary, medical and personal preferences were all attended to and he spent the next 10 days of boarding in absolute comfort.

We also got timely updates and immediate responses to whatever query we might have before and during the boarding. Also, they have an excellent pet taxi service that you can also use.

We sent bingo for a couple of days to Scooby agency as we had to go out of town. It was his fist time staying away from us. He seemed happy when he came back home. Would be sending him again, if needed.

We left our pet Spidey in Scooby Agency for 6 nights stay. The care they took was amazing and they were giving timely updates and videos as well. Overall the service was professional and definitely I will bring Spidey here again.

We boarded Shiro with Scooby Agency and that was the first time we were away from Shiro for 2 days and Keerthana was really sweet enough to update every hour and we weren’t concerned at all. We will definitely board Shiro next time.

We had left our 2yr old Shih Tzu with Keerthana for 20 days. We were at ease during our travel because we got timely updates of our pet in the form of videos and pictures. Keerthana was also very responsive.

My pet had a smooth stay and got accustomed quite fast with Keerthana and her fam. I feel very relieved to have found someone who I can rely on when I step out of town. We left Harley with Scooby agency (keerthana) for the first time with heavy heart. But she gave my boy time to settle down with her, gave comfort, warmth and took care of all his needs. Best part was she used to update us about Harley's activities very frequently which made us feel that he is in safe hands.

Keerthana is great! Everything you'd want in a dog boarder - very responsive, flexible about the timings of pick up and drop and a genuine animal lover. Keerthana was very caring, and a humble human being. I have kept my pet with her. She has taken a good care of our pet. She has sent daily updates like videos, and what kind of food given to our puppy and other things. Having Bruno stay with keertnana was the best decision as she is hands on with our pet. She takes care of all our pets needs in the same manner as we do at home. She is hands on in communication and provides daily feedback videos or pictures of our pet. This is most reassuring to see our fur baby on a daily basis and doing so well. It was first time boarding my pet for a duration of 9 days, and I was very apprehensive about boarding him. I had tried multiple options before but was not satisfied with any. Keerthana helped me put my mind at ease right from the beginning and has taken very good care of my dog as good at home. He is a fussy eater, but she made sure he ate all his meals on time. My dog too seems to have grown very attached with Keerthana and her family. I will definitely board Simba again with her.

Keerthana looked after our grandma Beagle and 2 cats very well, shared pictures and updates. She is a polite and kind person. We were very happy with her service and highly recommend her.

This was the first time I had to keep my pet at a pet boarder's. Keerthana was very transparent since day one and made me feel very comfortable about being away from my pet for the first time. Boarding our dog with Keerthana was a very good, stress free experience for us. Our shihtzu was immediately comfortable with everyone in the house and with the resident dog Scooby. We got regular photo video updates of our shihtzu, which was much appreciated. Overall a pretty good experience this was

Thanks to Keerthana and her mother for taking good care of Maui. He's a 4 month old shih tzu puppy and I was worried to leave him in a day care. But they provided good care, updates at regular intervals.

Keerthana and her Dad were super accommodating and helpful! The drive was long and they made sure that me and my baby felt comfortable all through out the journey. Would definitely recommend her!

She handled Tulip very well for 4 days and gave regular updates. Infact Tulip also opened up and started playing with Scooby. Would recommend her and keep Tulip with her the next time again
