Please teach your staffs a bit of empathy to understand what patients want and how to behave. Worst experience.

Very friendly hospital nd in helping. There is no other hospital I haven't seen. They are very very helpful. They are charging very low for the treatment. Their service is no words to say. They are like God.

Reception section Staff are too rude
One aged lady sitting in left side of frontdesk.i think she is accountant. She behaving too rude with clients. Her behaviour is disgusting really. We dnt want to visit here again
Management should throught out this kind of staff.

Visited this hospital 2 weeks back for my eye test and for my dental service. I must say that both the doctors are very very good. And specifically Dr.meera (dentist) you r one of the best. Her smiling face and positive vibes made me feel more comfortable. Even her staffs are more friendly. She treats her patients like her own family.

Maintained neatly. Lot of patients come here, hence there is delay in consulting and for lab diagnosis also.

Dr. Meera (dentist) is incredible. She cures patients vd her great smile and also she speak with every appointment in polite way. It’s rare to find a doctor like her. I highly recommend tis doctor. Also the dental staffs are good. Dental department s very clean nd neat. 3 star bcoz the staffs don't hav empathy and also they give wrong information.

Worst management and handling of patients only the name of the hospital is big the staff and every other members are very rude plz teach ur whole management how to speak first with patients and others also worst hospital in time management they don't value the time of patients worst experience

This is something we want in our hometown. Last year was a good experience for OPD.
The doctors were excellent in spite of the well-behaved nurse and staff at that hospital. It was great facilities with medical equipment and the treatment was very good.

Hospital is nice and clean in spite of that its much-needed hospital full range of other facilities and good treatments in that place of environment.

Very disappointed with service given by the staff (nurse's). They do not know how to behave with the patients. Very rude behaviour from the nurse's. There is no complaints about the doctor but nurse's here are really hopeless. Was admitted to the hospital for delivery and was gone through c section nurse's here are really careless they forgot to give antibiotic drops to the baby and as the result baby had infection and had to undergo so Many injections. They do not respond to the patience need immediately. Such a irresponsible nurse's. They act as if we have to pay them to speak to them. There is no positive response from their end only they give is negative vibe and make you more nervous. It is better if the management look after their nurse's so that behaviour of the nurse's does not effect the name of the hospital. Will never ever recommend this hospital to anyone (only because the nurse's)

We are very disappointed wt hospital staff, the doctor is Gud but nurse's are very careless, they don't know how to take care of patient, nurse said busy busy wen we told to remove the saline, she made it to aftnun but we were waiting since morning. They don't even tell us the details, also neglected to vaccine BCG for Baby they don't explain about tablets while getting discharged,

This is something that was needed for the region of Belthangady, a good hospital was missing. SDM have built this much needed hospital in their hometown with full-fledged facilities for diagnosis and treatments. You can visit here for almost any emergencies or other treatments. We found that doctors whom we met via appointment in Puttur and Mangalore also come here so there is no need to go far for them now. Ofcourse the well oiled management of the hospital is apparent and whenever I had a transaction or interaction, it always had been responsive and delightful. Only hospital in belthangady with specialists.
OPD you have to wait for sometime.
But anytime better than travelling to Manglore.
