On 10 feb 2024 I travelled from bengalore to mumbai. I boarded at 3.30 pm from Bangalore and reached Mumbai mankhurd railway station at 9.30 am on Sunday the next day. Driving skills good and on time or before we reached our destination. For latrine or urine break he stops near NH toll gate where we have to pay and use.good only. And for dinner he stopped at a good restaurant and Chinese fried rice cost 170 rupees.ok for me and hotel amenities are good. Good communication of the driver.

Not at all clean and also not well maintained and even their buses are not at all clean and also their drivers are rude.

Don't try this Bus. Worst journey I ever had in my life. They will cheat you. Staff behavior also not good. There is no Guarantee for your luggage. If you ask about your belongings. They will speak with you in angry face.

Frauds.
NEVER USE THESE GUYS - Took Rs. 1102 for Bangalore to Vellore and bus did not turn up at Madivala for 2+ hours. Driver and office kept cancelling the phone. Finally we had to take National Travels bus that charged only Rs 650 and was on time.
Sea Bird has blocked my whatsapp, Not returning my calls and Not refunding the money.

Booked business class bus, good one.
Don't book other than business class if you want pleasent ride.

Dont ever book Seabird. I will tell you the reason what they do. Till last moment the buses will not be finalized and they just accept booking. They will finalize based on the quantity of booking. There are instances where they tell to change the seats you have preferred while booking and also change the bus from sleeper to semi sleeper and ac to non ac without refund. Sometimes you don't even get SMS of your vehicle no and most of all your bus will always be delayed by minimum 1-2 hours.
BIG NO TO SEABIRD.

Nice Travels to travel for goa but should maintain some hygiene in sleeper bus and should ask drivers to talk politely with customers

I have booked Ac bus but they have given non AC and they have not refund the amount also it's cheeting travels please don't travel this bus.

Inside the bus everything is good. No time punctuality. No proper rest rooms, specially for women.

Worst service never seen my life. Their staff are local Gunda. No clean buses and no covid safety. The first time I booked the tickets in sea bird but the first experience only very horrible. They are not thinking about passengers. Driving is horrible. Not good for kids, old age, preganant ladies. Just avoid booking with sea bird. While coming back from Goa they check everyone luggage. If you denied they called their local gudda staff who threatens you. We were 12 of group they said they will throw our luggage outside if we denied checking luggage and start bus without on blessing us. I suggest don't spend your valuable money to book tickets with sea Bird.

Bad experience in seabird, travel agent will trouble us to come to pickup point irrespective of boarding point and the pickup conductor was very rude person, No maintenance, the bus will not Stop for any emergency
So reffer all the people who is going with seabird bus west of money you can choose any other bus instead of seabird bus.

Worst service ever. Booked a AC Sleeper from Majestic bus stand and the ac stopped working just at the start of journey. The driving is horrible not suitable for kids elderly and pregnant ladies. Never book seabird from Bangalore.

The place is little bit crowdy and I would recommend if anyone going for trip through travels. I would recommend you to go 30min before the bus arrives to that place bcoz there is less hygienic

Wish I could give 0 rating. Horrible service. The staff is mannerless. The driver is pathetic. They threat the passenger to checked the luggage. They don't even stop bus for any emergency. Complete waste of money, will never recommend to anyone.

The seats needs to cleaned, few seats aren't adjustable n moreover AC doesn't turn off in passenger seat. The guide in tirupati is excellent

Such a disgusting experience with the 2 persons sitting at the office. They were not even responding any of the queries. I asked one giy to get the bus number. Bcz i dint get the bus number through message or Mail after booking. I asked to get the bus number to the person who sitting in there. He dint respond me at all. Hr was just saying to sit inside. I dont know. Wether this review matters to you ppl or not. But the valuable response actually matters to the travellers. There is actually no option for zero star. Else i would have given yo Zeroo. Very bad experience with sea bird buses, need to improve their bus A/c, keep clean buses internally and mosquitoes free.

Very good service. We booked 1 day package for Tirupathi. It was well organised. We haf quick darshan. Guide himself arranged tbe prasadam. We need not stand in the que. Food was also good.

Not maintaining the exact timing and changing the boarding time to there convenience after booking notify us by sms only

The service provided was appalling. Firstly, the bus crashed an hour from it's commute. With the front windscreen shattered and a jammed door, we had to leave via the emergency door. Let alone the fact that a passenger had his tooth broken and bleeding. We were delayed by several hours. But the thing that is really frustrating is the clear lack of discipline and hospitality of the driving crew. They don't seem interested in helping passengers get off at their stops; no intimation or warning even when you tell them to stop at your prebooked place. You would thus end up at the final stop and will have to spend extra travelling back to your destination, as was the case with a certain passenger on the bus. Other reviews will vouch for it's terrible business. It's a good alternative if you're looking for a cheap transport, but if safety and comfort is important to you, it's a dangerous gamble. I hope you make a well informed decision if you choose to transact with this company.

Honestly telling, very worst. And also bus is not good. No pillow provided for sleeper class bus where other travels busses are following. Atleast waiting hall should be neat and clean.

Fake promise that they will pickup here and there.better to visit office itself.but comfort level its good.

One guy was sleeping, 30  kms before the destination. The staff wanted to fold the Blankets. But the people need blanket in an AC bus.thats what we paid for.the guy didnt allowed the staff to take his blanket.then staff was threatening him for that.that he ll hit him

Terrible bus and 1 hour delay.pick up was promised and they didn't even care. No pickup was provided and terrible bus hygiene and no charging slots for a sleeper bus that's going to goa

Bad service providers
I opted for AC sleeper while traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore. Dirty bedsheets, blankets, and bus. Unfriendly staffs.

Very congested place, noisy with a lot of co fusion but the travel centre is pretty well organised in It a own way. With a little bit of patience everything can be obtained

Very Worst Service. They are using very old buses. While travelling from Bengaluru to Belagavi bus broke down at mid night and it was halt till 7 AM. After that we got shifted from A/C to Non-A/C bus and reached Belagavi 5 hrs late.

Please dont book last seat utter waste.
