Worst service timing is not good my bus timing is 10: 50 but still 11: 30 is going but bus operators not giving any response.

Not working properly AC in volvo multi axel bus.from bangalore to shridi.bad experience in my travel.

Worst service ever in my life, no proper management. Though I’ve a reserved seat, they keep changing to accommodate double bookings happening at the last moment

This is very worst thing to do when one is in mid of their sleep, happened around 12am for me. Dude we’ve paid for the seat, not gifted which you can keep changing. Annoying drivers and staff

And the berths are at their worst stage, no cleaning I suppose

Bus was 2 hours late, and broke down immediately just 1 hour into journey on highway and instead of providing a replacement they boarded us into a buss going in a different route and extended our journey time. The new bus was less comfortable than the one we booked and they failed to compensate for this. Extremely bad customer service, parcel and goods are given preference over human customers, they stopped at every main bus stops for atleast 1 hour for loading and unloading.

We saw a banner saying AC bus with washroom facilities are available… but when we enquirer they say they don’t have

As we went during monsoon season the water rides were cancelled on the beach.
They arranged water activities in black waters.

Worst service. This company doesn't care about parcel they damaged my parcel worth rs of 3k. Customer care is zero. They don't take any responsibility.

Worst service provided from the staff please don't recommend this type bus because they told ac bus, but the ac is not working only completely plz don't play with customers.

The single star is because these people have a washroom which is not available with other bus service providers here…
Other than that, THESE PEOPLE ARE SHAMELESSLY TIME-INSENSITIVE…

Worst buses! Never on time delayed by 2+ hrs, in the end they change the drop location. Booked seabird because it had my desired drop location but later on the driver refused to go saying, we wont go there.

Worst service ever n forever. They're not going to improve. Even they are not worth to give 1 star rating too.

Seabird buses are actually good but you have to wait, they usually don't come on time on boarding, my bus was from Belagavi to Bangalore was on 10: 15pm but the bus came on 11: 30pm, I had waited too much, but the nice thing is there was some chairs you can sit and sofa where you sit comfortably and washroom (Dirty) which is very helpful, as it is a one night journey I really need a washroom before sleeping in bus and in between a journey, but the bus never stopped anywhere, directly in hubli. There will be a huge rush here in yeshwantpur on festival days

Please don’t ever book Seabird for your Blr/Goa trip. Our bus was supposed to start at 10: 20pm and arrive in Goa next day at 10: 30am. We reached Goa at 2: 30pm, delayed by 4 hours. The bus started the journey itself one hour late, and the reception office guy was clueless about what bus and when we would get into the bus. He just said “it’s coming, it’s coming” to every request we asked him. The quality of the bus itself is pathetic, it’s literally held together on the inside by packing tape, you are not provided water, and no pillows, the blankets you are provided have wholes in them.

By far the worst bus carrier I have ever traveled. Travel at your risk!

Worst operator, never follow timeline always late at arrival or departure. I would not recommend this bus. Owner should really take a look at insight to improve the quality and time ethics.

1) no punctuality (80mins late from actual timings.)
2) No customer support after so much inconvenience.

Poor bus quality and service. Will change multi-axle to single axle at last moment with no refund

Bad customer service. They don't keep up the specified time. They keep changing bus in mid way n ask passengers to change the bus, which will not be cleaned at all. First bus which we had booked was not that bad it was clean. But when they asked us to shift to the next bus it was bad. They even don't maintain the departure time.

No proper toilet facility, toilets without water. There are so many buses passing through this point and lot of routes, maintaining one proper toilet is the least u can do for ur customers

AC wasn't working. Driver told us to change the bus, he didn't even keep up the time. We reached 2 hrs late than estimated.
Bus was too dirty, we saw many cockroaches too

Idiotic service. Bangalore to Belagavi. From Bangalore 45min late and 1hr late in hublii for off loading parcels and picking up passengers hublii to Belagavi.for free also dont try sea bird.irresponsible staff.driver num switch off.bus num changed.dirty buses.broken glass.untidy bed sheet. No charge point to charge phone.it's better to shut down company.

Don’t book tickets on Seabird tourists.worst bus service I have seen in my life. This travels don’t maintaining bus Timings. Second time am getting this same problem. Don’t have punctuality and and the office staff behaviour is also arrogant. Worst tourist service I had ever travelled.

Seabird tourist is pathetic. They don't care about their passengers. I had very bad experience while travelling with them. Try to avoid this operator.

Guys and drivers are good. But bus came 40 mins late. At pick up point. Shuttle forget it they won't send so you better pack your bags and go to Anand Rao circle in majestic. Condition of bus is average. Take single sleeper only if you are choosing bed option.

Never book SEABIRD travels, it's one of the worst travels I have seen in my life. They do not maintain proper time, I booked ticket from BLR - GOA they started 30 min late and reached by 2 hr 30 min late and they will not provide any pillow and blanket.and the reception people they don't know how to move with customers. Overall experience with SEABIRD is very PATHETIC.

Place to wait till the bus arrives. The washrooms are not very clean but usable. You can find food around, but don't expect great quality food here.

Don't book the bus from this travelers. They make fool. It's not a right place to abuse them. 10 hours late. Driver to workshop people, all are bsd wala. Promising refund and then denying the fact that they promise.

AC in the bus was not working. Operator kept it off many times. Bus was late for three hours. No morning Holt was there. No chance to freshen up in morning. Operator stopped the bus at random place in morning. Ladies managed to go to petrol bunk for morning stuff. Very bad experience.

They have to inform exact timings of departure, where as after one hour or so, departure of the buses start. We with all tension, reach the spot, but in vain. Buses are to be re modified.

If you want to travel in low budget this is the best choice (price varies all the time). The seats are not at all good it's very dirty.

Not comfortable seats, old and Ricktey bus with windows not closing, it rained and we were literally wet.
