Very worst experience. Driver and cleaner they never inform you when the place comes. They are very rude, shows that let the customer suffer. They stops the bus for dinner midnight after 12, until they never allow for even restroom. They stops the hotel which is very unclean.

The worst bus service ever and never ever recommended, I booked a bus to Karwar from Bangalore and I got stuck in traffic very badly so I contacted the driver and informed them immediately that I will be reaching just 10 mins late, ideally they should wait for me because for 1 ticket I paid 2835/- but the management is so worst that they were not even responding to my calls properly. My boarding point was Anandrao circle but because the bus was already left I again went to gandhinagar to board the bus but from there also bus was already left the time I reach so again I came back to Anandrao circle to check for next bus and even the staff there present at their office didn't even had the courtesy to arrange my seat for their next bus to karwar. I again booked the different bus and went.highly worst experience I had and would never recommend.they doesn't not respond properly

Guys, if you are reading this pls never book from these people. Even if you are at worst of your situation don’t book. They are pathetic, nonsense, no time management nothing.

First of all the pick up bus was delayed by one hour. For more than 25 ppl they sent 15 seater tempo. My mom being senior citizen had to request for other to provide some seating. Bus is scheduled to depart at 10 pm got delayed and pushed to 12. Never book this travels.

Horrible experience today.
They changed the bus twice, and they changed the pick-up point twice.
The bus scheduled arrival time was 5.45AM, but the bus came around 7.15AM. Driver asked us to take Auto and come to the point of his own choice. Initially, the GPS link was working later it stopped all of a sudden even before we could board the bus. In the early morning, around the 6AM, bus driver made us run here and there for one hr.

Worst service we had booked 6: 30 pm bus to goa from Bangalore the bus arrived at pick up point at 8: 30pm the staff very worst and told to be happy that the bus arrived

Shifted my bicycle from Bangalore to Pune in the same bus which I traveled. Reached safely without any damage, also at a very low cost

Worst service, ever experience with Seabird travels. Last movement couple of hours before they send message due to breakdown the ticket is cancelled. They are not worried about arranging alternative. People having flexible plan of travel can go ahead with seabird never know your ticket will get cancelled by them.

Worst experience ever, picked up and asked to wait for 1 hour and got the bus after more than a hour, no proper response from staff.

Travelling to goa with wife and kids aged 2 and 7 and the AC vents were full of cigarette smell. First I thought someone was smoking near the passenger area then I went In the drivers cabin and saw 3 people smoking cigarettes (everyone had one in hand) and the driver conductor were telling me to close the door as these people were smoking. Very very bad experience and would never travel via seabird again.

Very Bad bus service, specially there Tirupati darshan package service is too bad. The hotel and the guide what that provided or tied up is very sub-standard and specially the Guide does not know other then making extra money for himself.

Also the staff in seabird travels does not know how to be customer focused.

Very bad experience i had in seabird bus service. There is no bedsheets given for the passengers. Staffs are not helpful. They are charging 1000 rs but at least minimum facility they have not provided. I really don't recommend to anyone going in this bus. I don't like to give any kind of rating.

Worst bus service ever, tirumala package buses will be delayed for hours.receptionist behaving so rudely and hopelessly, bus got broke down while coming back in the night time. WORST TOURIST SERVICE AND HOPELESS.

Worst experience from Goa to Bangalore it has been repaired in ankola but then also they not informed us on new year day

Very miserable bus service by Sea bird travels. We booked a sleeper bus for 2 person at 4369 Rs/- and the bus was 2 hours late for departure and the bus broke down in between the journey after departing in 2hours. They boarded us in a semi sleeper bus in which we didn't get proper seats but our original booking was for sleeper bus and if we ask for compensation refund they are not ready to compensate the money. And also they are loading lot of goods on top of bus that is the reason for breaking down of buses in between I think so. I will never ever think of travelling in sea bird buses in future.

Worst service ever, don’t even deserve a single star, 3 times I have traveled in this bus from Bengalore to Belgaum and all the 3 times the bus broke down, 3 - 5 hours delay ever time, never opt this bus, there other travels please choose those, the drivers, operates everyone here are rude

Worst bus and worst service to people. Last seat i booked last night you can see the images no space to sleep also whole night how can sleep in this cage just imagine. I questioned to driver about this seat. He is telling still far no one complaint about this bus? See the bus and book the ticket this is my experience.

Bus was 2 hours late, and broke down immediately just 1 hour into journey on highway and instead of providing a replacement they boarded us into a buss going in a different route and extended our journey time. The new bus was less comfortable than the one we booked and they failed to compensate for this. Extremely bad customer service, parcel and goods are given preference over human customers, they stopped at every main bus stops for atleast 1 hour for loading and unloading.

On 14th Dec 22 we board the bus from Bangalore to Chennai at 9.30 AM and reached Chennai 9.30 PM, bus breakdown and there is no alternate arrangement also. Worst experience with Seabird.

I was traveling from Bangalore to Pune by seabird travels. Bus staff are rude and not answering properly even for small query like when bus will Stop for dinner.
They stopped bus many time on road but when passenger ask for stop on some Hotel they rudely replied with commenting for dinner they stopped around 12: 30 AM.
Mobile charger was not working.
Seat light was damage.
A/c vent are broken so even in December month I could not close it.

Worst experience with parcel booking, Staff at Seabird are very rude at handling customers. They are not accepting our parcels for booking just because we have mentioned the name of their competitor on the invoice as mode of transport.

Worst service. Due to traffic one hour delayed itseems but after 3 hours also not reached.not at all safe for female travelers. Please stop the services if you can't give good service. I never recommend going with seabird.worst experience.i honestly suggest you to stop the services.

We were on return journey from Goa to Davanagere we were supposed to reach at 5am but at 6 am near Haveri outskirts they made us exchange the bus in between which was really inconvenient

Pls don't book this bus, they are very unprofessional, bus is not clean at all. Taking too much time like 16 hr for Goa

I boarded the bus at 4 47pm from mapusa, because of some issues with one of the passenger everyone had to suffer it was never a problem of any drivers or the cleaners, the problem was with the administrative department who could not give them the go ahead for that situation, reached blr at 8: 11 am and no blanket in ac bus nor a pillow, hamaza travels were far better then your travels they were on time with all amenities. Third time bad experience with sea bird. Surely I will never recommend to anyone. And on redbus your rating is soooooooo poor. God bless your business if you continue without taking any serious steps.

Please don't take Seabird services, We have sent some materials for Hubli, firstly materials not reached on time, secondly, material's were in broken condition.

Booked tickets are cancelled by seabird bus facility, due to insufficient seats never book these busses they are always having problems.not happy with services.

Worst customer service. While booking they provide us with pick up location and won't even stop in that location and will order customer to come to some other pick up point which is far from provided location, bus would not arrive in time. Will not provide valid mobile number of the driver. And the staffs of bus behaves like rowdies. •Unethical and unprofessional drivers and staff

One of the worst transport services I had booked tickets from canacona to bangalore at bording time 7.45pm but they picked me by 10.30 pm and worst drivers. They dropped me at 3.00pm next day.

Pick all possible synonyms describing horrible, worst, pathetic and what not. Zero accountability and ownership towards their customers. Sleeper coach infested with bedbugs and dirt, no time sense. Our 12.5 hours journey took 15+hours to Goa. Arrogant staffs is cherry on top to experience their world class horrendous service. Transport department should frame stringent rules against all transportation services to meet atleast basic services. Refer attached pics bedbug + their values,

Worst operator, buses not maintained well, bed bugs, more like goods carrier, never reaches on time and well known for a accidents.

Worst service ever, booked journey from bangalore to vellore, last minute they changed the boarding point without any notification. Since I can't go to the new boarding point which is 30km away from my home I cancel my travel and ask refund through customer portal. After 1 month waiting now I got confirmation that I have travelled that day and they denied refund. This travels is cheater.

Worst travel agency. Was supposed to leave by 10.30 pm but left at 12.00 service not good.it may be illegally transporting goods.

Very badly maintained buses, stinking beds bed covers and this was their ac sleeper bus I will never use them ever.

If you are reading this review to know why the rating of seabird is low then it is for a reason.

1. If you are traveling to goa from bangalore, they have 2 sleeper bus options (8 pm and 9: 45 pm). If you book 8 pm bus thinking you will reach goa early, you are going to do a big mistake (as I did) because they will change your booking to 9: 45 pm bus at last moment due to lesser number of passengers.

2. The route this bus takes is via karvar which is longer route and easily adds 2-3 hours in your travel time. They don't mention this anywhere during booking.

3. Most importantly, punctuality is a major concern. The bus I booked was 3 hours late to depart and 6 hours late to arrive in goa. So, if you want to spend all your day in bus instead of beautiful goa beaches, please choose seabird.

Worst bus service. I Had booked ticket via redbus, as per the ticket pick up was at 9: 30 pm but bus never showed up till 11: 30. Pathetic service, as per their staffs bus was at right schedule it seems.

Worst service, had very bad experience traveling from cancona to bengaluru.booked 9pm bus but it came around 10: 30.one more sea bird bus came before our bus came, the driver and one more guy who was sitting next to him were so rude and abusive, dint even let us enquire whether it was our bus or no, they were not normal may b they were on high.on boarding our bus we found different seat no.s than wat we had booked and also seat directions was in opposite direction, online seat booking layout is misleading, travelled near seats placed near rear emergency exit.
And our bus did not drop us near drop location where we had booked ticket for.

My firm has been transporting valuable medical items from Bangalore to Chennai through sea bird so far it's going smoothly.

Very very poor service, nothing is working inside the bus.too much dirt inside.

The place is okay with minimal facilities for travelers. But the punctuality of the company itself is horrible. You have to expect a delay of minimum 2 hours if you are traveling by this company's buses.

Really bad experience with this travels. They picked us from madiwala in a over-crowded bus, lot of us had to stand and come. They dropped us in Anand rao circle and made us wait in the rain for 2 hours for the actual bus to come. The people in the office will yell at you even before raising your concern. We boarded the bus at 11: 50, after travelling for 500 meters they started loading cargo and it took another 20 minutes.

Avoid seabird travels if you are looking for a pleasant journey.

Worst service there is, please do not book this operator, busses are old and facilities like ac doesn't work, I have faced this issue not once but twice

Never ever book a ticket to go Goa in this travel unless there is no other option. Many times it happens they make almost 4 to 5 hours delay and all plans gets screwed.
This travel agency are also risking tourists life since they carry huge parcels on rooftop and under cabin.
We have seen in news, several fire incident happened in various tourist buses in the past carrying inflammatory items.
It is very sad to see still transportation of parcels in tourist bus are getting unnoticed.
They are risking our family for their greediness to earn money in any sense.

I would rather not even give one star. Its the worst bus service i have ever experienced. Apart from worst quality of bus and driving. They do not even bother to halt for washroom service especially for ladies as they cant do in open. Finally in the morning when i asked him whether he is going to halt he said me to go behind the grass bushes for toilet. It was so humiliating experience. I am definately going to raise the complaint at the consumer forum to decline the license of this travel service. Else they will never learn a lesson. Please never book for this travel service even if it is cheap. Its not value for money.

Never think of traveling in this travels. Worst response, bus will not come on time, 1 hour delay. Response from the driver and the customer care contact is different. No intimation of the delay. Bus takes longer period to reach the destination rather than the given time. I would not recommend anyone to pick this travels if u want to reach Ur destination on time. This is the first time and last time, I would never board this seabird travels.

Two tickets to sirsi were booked for ac sleeper. Bus arrived was non ac. Even on requesting for blanket no blanket was given and instead the seabird representative misbehaved. Worst service ever
