Bus delayed by 2 hours, office waiting area full of mosquitos and extremely unhygienic toilet. Staff is not helping. Reckless driving, nearly escaped huge accident.

Their managing packages is good. No Door delivery service, but anytime you can visit and collect your parcel in office.

Worst service ever, I'll never in my life use seabird for my journey. I've waited for 1.5hrs for bus to arrive, I got same feedback from my family members about this travel agency. The crews behaviour is worst, they'll acknowledge their mistake and they behave rudely even if you take one more minute to get down. And seatings are in poor condition, charging slots were not working, it's like travelling in a hut which has got 4 wheels.

Travelling is awesome and very punctual for Time.
Only one thing is food hotel Stop is very bad.

The bus was average in terms of cleanliness and was comfortable for a semi sleeper. The reason for the bad rating is that the driver was driving like a maniac which made the trip extremely uncomfortable. The stop was a good place but the toilets weren't exactly very clean, water was spread all over the floor. The food was nice and got ready very fast so that was a plus.

Good place to stay upto bus time.
Washrooms are have sensor light.clean also.
Sitting area is clean

Just horrible, terrific, i have no words for this bus experience, Bangalore to Dharwad we booked the seat and that was our big mistake.not at all hygiene no proper Stops available, bathroom for female in Dharwad just horrific. Just think before you booking 8n seabird
