One of the worst service. They are not capable or have skill set to repair a laptop. Gave my laptop for repair saying it was shutdown suddenly and I checked it out inside to see if there was anything burnt or battery died with the level of knowledge I have. I did not see anything physically damaged so took it to seacliff service center as it seemed to me beyond my knowledge. Later realised that it was my worst decision. First they said no physical damage but they will check by replacing some ICU, after a week they told me there is a physical damage and cannot be repaired. When I asked how come we did not notice this physical damage in the first instance but now. You all would have guessed already, I got a standard response that it was already damaged and missed to report it to me it seems. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures to prove myself and had to silently take the laptop back as there was no choice left. But atleast, through this review, I would like to warm people about the service you can expect from seacliff laptop repair shop. Beware.
