Amd processors replacement service very fast, after sending it my faulty amd cpu from Delhi to Bengaluru I got recieved new processor within 3 days at my home.
Excellent customer service for my issue with customer built PC: 1. ASRock motherboard - issue debugged and confirmed that CPU was faulty 2. AMD Ryzen 9 7900X - got very good help to file support ticket and resolution with replacement CPU.

They have a very standard and hassle free procedure to accept your faulty hard disk. Received a new replacement hard disk after a week. This office location is inside a small road and difficult to find out.
Tried calling to provided number many times more than a week and tried min 50 times. No response till now. I have a replacement for my harddisk, i need to drop in the office
As per them lunch break is between 1pm to 2pm. No one was there in the desk, except security. Not only me, there are couple of customers who faced the same issue. This need to be addressed or please update your timings in the official site. Traveling in Bangalore from one location to another location is very difficult.
Inspirisys provides responsible and fast service. They will directly go for replacement if your HDD is on warranty period. They won't assist you to take data backup. So, take data backup before you visit the place. It will make the process easier. You need to undergo a registration process. The company will send you the item by courier service. The location is not easily identifiable. Ample parking space is provided in the basement. Elevator service is there. Inspirisys is in the second floor of the building.
Lunch time is 1-2pm and not mentioned anywhere No professional nameplate to indicate the presence of this company No phone numbers available on the vendor site No toilet facility for visitors
There is no official holding board for this company, and little hard to find the address. Good staff though. They should seriously plan to relocate to some other place.
Visited here quite a few times. My last visit during COVID lockdown office was opened with appreciable COVID Precaution in place 18th May. I went for AMD chip RMA and once earlier for Asrock Mobo RMA. In both the case satisfied with resolution provided. Plus whenever you go if you have spare system do your research which exact part is dead and why and they will do table replacement if part is available. Be try to be specific with your problem it helps a lot of to and fro and saves time for both customer and service team.
This place looks big showroom but no service of hard-disk, if Seagate hard-disk is in warranty they will replace.and lunch timings is 2 to 4.better if we choose local service shops in sp road
This is Authorised Seagate Seacare Centre. For Seagate Hard disk issues within warranty, log a call/case using Seagate online portal. Follow the steps to create Customer ID. You can reach to this office with defective hard disk and Customer ID. They take this device and once the inspection is completed, replaced hard disk will be sent through courier.
Visited here last week on 3rd Aug after a lot of research. The place is situated in quite interior but the service was superb and fast. The one who collected my external Hard drive told me I'll get the replacement in 1 week, but before that I got that's on 7th Aug (Today). (Register for temp. Call id on AccelFrontline site before visiting here, it'll save your time and work)
This is not service centre this centre only for replace the Hard disk. If any issue with your hard disk check the warranty, if have warranty you should go there, they will take it that old hard disk and replace with new one.that's it.replace process will take more than 3days. If not have warranty should not go there. They didn't do anything for out of warranty hard disks. If have data in your hard disk they will not do the back up and all. Warranty bills and all not required for warranty Hard disk.
First of all.staff has wrong attitude and they wont b helpful in anyways and they say this authorized service center (which is not true) They are 3rd party vendor support Seagate. What kind of support? If your HDD is in warranty and no important data, please go to this service center to get it exchanged. If you think your data is important and that needs to be backup please try looking outside and than come to this service center. They will give a plan for you backup HDD 3000 (software) 10000 (hardware) but it's not assured. This is backup plan is from this 3rd party supporter called INSPIRISYS but not from Seagate.

Difficult to locate. It is not a service centre more like a replacement centre. They will not help with servicing the hard disk. If within warranty then they will replace without any questions asked. If you require data back up (obvious) be ready to pay a huge price. Visit this place was a total waste of time.
Authorized dealer for Sea gate products and warranty claims. Good turn-around time. It's a little difficult to locate this building - situated parallell to the main road in a building that is still being constructed.
It is not a service centre. It's just like a goodown or more like a pickup point for crashed hard disks. It is authorised by INSPRISYS solutions, who take our complaints and initiate for the new hard disk. And they will not do any service activities. So, we will not get any data backup. But, the staff was very polite and helpful.
If your Hard drive is not working at all and you have it under warranty and need a replacement, This is the place. No data recovery happens here and the new Hard t will be sent to you r address after filling a form here and hand over the hard drive needs to be done. This place is a 3rd party vendor called inspirisys solution limited, which handles this task at 1st floor. Location is 100 percent correct and precise.
Make sure you have internet on your phone as the form needs to be filled online.
Firstly, as the location is still under construction, its difficult to find this place but with the help of people around you can find this place.
The experience of replacing the Hard Disk was a very easy task than before. Everything was done in some 15-20 minutes for which I thought would take around 40-60 minutes.
Now they have a dedicated PC for registration, if someone has not registered online. This is a good move as sometime its difficult to register on a mobile device.
The staff is also very helpful in providing the necessary information and support. Keep innovating, Seagate.
Replacement is free of cost but in case you need data recovery it is charged. Handling fees 500. If the issue is related to software of the drive: 3000 If it is related to hardware it can be up to 10000. And the drive will be sent to head office based in Chennai, the whole process will take up to a month to complete.
No proper customer handling and we have to do all the work like creating a job card and registration and all things they only cullect products from the customers.
They should shut down this office coz no body is active to help customers. Phone always rings but no one picks to help on call. No use of guarantee or warranty here: (
Worst experience, faculty will not help, simply they are wasted our time and hard to find the office also bad and worst service.one woman has sit in reception she is have more attitude and she don't know how to treat with customers.
