I had a great experience with Hi5 karZ. Though the security deposit was quite small, everything went very smoothly with my trip and I'm so glad I chose Hi5 karZ for the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Thank you to Shaik Salman for making the picking-up process so straightforward.

Can you send me a registered number of the person who is running this business? We got scammed. A person asked us to send booking amount of 5000 and stopped receiving calls afterwards

Wonderful service and had good 5 day drive. It is person to person talk and booking car that helped lot, just before getting had issue with zoomcar booking and missed couple of days.

I was told your booking is confirmed verbally. I had to follow up multiple times since I never received call back and even enquired to submit token money. Finally, at the last moment, I was told car isn't available because there was a gap of 3 days between previous and my booking and he didn't want to let it go! Understandable but what about customer you promised? My plan almost got ruined because of this unprofessional behaviour. Will not book again.
