I have bought cx 180 8 months back.right side wire got damage and its right side not working I send back my earphone with original bill.within 4 days thwy send me new one. I was shoked. I never ever going to buy other brands.love Sennheiser.thannk you.

If you have a senheizer product which has a problem like one ear is not working please go for warranty. The service of this branch is marvelous. I sent them my headphones in courier I got new one in just 5 days.

My CX 180 was damaged and I went for the replacement. The staff was very calm and I don't have invoice. But they replaced new one by my delivery bill.

The best experience I have had with any service center. They replaced my faulty under warranty earphone without a question asked. The process took hardly 5min.

The best experience I have had with any service center. They replaced my faulty under warranty CX275s earphones with 300s without a question asked. The process took hardly 5min. There's a paid parking outside (Rs15/hr) for 2 wheelers.

Very impressed by the service and the professionalism of the staff at this service center. The person I spoke to (Sivakumar) was very knowledgeable and courteous, and was willing to go out of his way to answer queries and help with any additional support I needed.
A couple of important things to note:
1) This is ONLY a service center and you cannot buy any product here anymore (I was informed they stopped selling because of COVID and they are not sure when they will resume sales). They say that Amazon is the official reseller of Sennheiser products and the company recommends you place orders online from Amazon itself.
2) You do not need to visit this center for servicing. You can raise a service request on their website and the parts will be shipped to your address directly. In case you need to submit your device, you will have the option to do so too directly from home. No wonder they just have 4 service centers in all of India!

Really Good Experience. Great Customer Support. And Thankfully, Not a lot of Waiting.
Had been for a Service related issues and the Product was replaced with a New one instantly (Which was within Warranty).

I replaced my Sennheiser earphone which I bought in Amazon. The only thing they need is your product invoice hard or soft copy.

Got a replacement in 60 seconds flat. All you need is an Invoice and the product. Senheiser has put real efforts in the after sales process.

It was a really nice experience. It just took ten minutes to get a new product. Awesome service guys. Best service and by Sennheiser. Very happy with their service.

Great service. I had a 2 year warranted earphones, got it exchanged twice and each time I was given a new set within matter of minutes. No waiting, no nonsense queries. Problem sorted out smoothly

Nice experience. They directly replace a faulty product under warranty with a brand new product. But however the replacement received might be a factory seconds.

I recently replaced my CX180 earphones under warranty, which i bought from amazon, here. All you have to take is your invoice from amazon. Good and immediate service. Kudos Sennheiser!

The place is open only from 9.30 to 6. And operates only from Monday to Friday. I don't know how people who have things to do during that time period get to avail services out of Sennheiser Bangalore or even visit the store.
