I used setllin for the first time.it was good experience with Vineeth and his team but loan team is not that great, however Vineeth has helped us with closing the deal.
Overall it was good experience still few paper work to get completed is pending.waiting for team to follow-up:)

The process of buying a house is definitely cumbersome but with the help of settlin though there were many set backs we were able to get through the whole process. They proved helpful throughout the journey. Their reps Vineet, Sharanya were available even after working hours to sort through everything. Appreciate the work they do, would definitely recommend them if you're planning a purchase in Bangalore.

Worst customer service. They won't disclose about hidden charges and they will charge seller the penalty.

Won't recommend to go Settlin.

Would give lower rating if I could. Absolutely disorganized, has been a nightmare after handing over an advance as a buyer. Seller is cooperative, but Settlin team has not taken any concrete action to close the sale more than a month after advance has been paid.

Got on boarded as owner. Prior to confirmation from purchaser experience was good. However, post confirmation things were not that smooth, there were many times miscommunication from settlin RM, charges are quoted which are not mentioned in the contract. On checking reason for the same, RM quoted unrelevant clauses.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and diligence of the Settlin team. I was searching for a property in Bangalore, and was assisted by Miss Paavana at Settlin. Our only Suggestion to the future buyer before signing of MOU through settlin is Get confirmation from the sellers at what value the property to be registered, if they want to register for less than govt valuation (which can't be done) - then tell the norms of Karnataka govt as it can't be done.
