VISITED KASTURI BAI WHO WAS BEING TREATED AT SEVAKSHETRA FOR SEVERAL YEARS. ATTENDANT IS HIGHLY DEDICATED TO PATIENTS. VERY COURTEOUS TOWARDS VISITORS.

Visited for Total Medical Check-up yesterday at 8.00 am. Excellent services received from all staff members and Doctors concerned. The co-ordination among Departments was excellent! All tests, including dental, and consultation with the Doctor, completed before 1.30 pm along with all reports. I would like to thank Sevakshetra Hospital staff members and Doctors for their sincere efforts and services rendered. They have set an example of politeness, quick and accurate services satisfy the clients (patients). Thanks a lot

Dialysis to start from 8.30>12.30 1st batch as patients don't come at 8. Special attn. To sister leena as she maintains dialysis in an emergency and requires encouragement to be dialysis technician

I'm so happy with the dental braces treatment I received here. The treatment was excellent from start to finish. The doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before any procedure. The clinic is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for braces treatment.

Money looters, Don't get fooled by the name of this hospital, private hospitals prices are lesser compare to this hospital, they charged me 1.1 lack but the approximate told was 70 to 80k, when checked with other hospitals through some contacts came to know it would have done under 70k, however service was good,

I had got my mom here for some problem with her finger to consult an orthopeidcian and he said that we will have to remove her finger.
We went to jaynagar orthopedic centre and there they told us its nothing so dangerous or severe just take some medicine.
If i had listned to that docotor
My mom would have only 4 fingers in her hand.

Staff's were very friendly. But doctor visits only twice r thrice a day. If anything emergency you can contact them. Rooms were well maintained.

Here am very glad to share my experience.my father had dental issues which was diagnosed here and did root canal was very effective.the whole team was very much supportive and informative, a well furnished infrastructure gives us hope.i strongly recommend this hospital for all kind of dental problems.there is hi tech facilities available.thank you Dr.suparna and sisters.

I sent there for teeth sensitive problem. Doctor was so humble, cooperative. I had to go for teeth cleaning and fillings. They didn't mention anything about the fee to be paid separately for cleaning and fillings. Once the did the procedure they asked me to pay the fee. For me fee was not the problem. I am satisfied with the doctor experience and work.

Pretty expensive, each time visit consultation is around 330Rs to 280 Rs.n overall check up blood pressure urine test etc is more than 4K. Doctor was rude just because I hadn't worn mask. I had so many
doubts to ask, but doctor is very hesitant to talk for few minutes, he will not spare more than 2 minutes per patient.please spare time to clear our doubts. ENT made a lot of pain n hurt my dad's ear.
They don't provide you a file like
in other hospital.

But hospital is clean n big.

The dental service here is crazy good, the root canal process was completed in one sitting, one of the few hospitals that prioritises health over money.recommended for any dental issues

This is Lalitha muthuraj who would like to share a review about Sevakhestra hospital, i would rather rate zero than 1. I have many vaild reasons to give a star of 1 wherein i have shared one among it, the nurses out there are unskilled and have made my hands to this state.

I was a patient in this hospital, I was taking treatment of Breast lump, after taking tablet and suggested me powder after having that, it become more later doctor replyed did I gave this powder? Then stated immediately u have to admit or it will be a big problem. This is very negligence and directly that are playing with patients

I had dental issue for which i consulted Dr Suparna upadhyaya she was very humble and informative. As per discussion my tooth filling and cleaning was done with minimum pain. Dental department has good infrastructure, air conditioned and above all spacious and hygienic. I would recommend people to use this service.

Sevasketra is a charitable hospital.
Doctors, staff, nurses are polite. Many of the visitors are comparing sevasketra with corporate hospitals.

The staff there is considerate and cooperative. Well experienced doctors take up the cases and give effective treatment according to our condition. The hospital is overall well maintained and I am satisfied with my treatment recieved here.

We have gone through very terrific experience 2 days ago in Sevakeshtra hospital Monotype Banashankari Bangalore. Due to emergency we been at 12.40 AM Midnight, unfortunately we met very unprofessional, unethical Doctor Gokul (Gopal) Das, he is not having some basic professional etics also. Initially they informed us after taking injection to go home bt after sometime he insisted us to get admitted and when we asked reason for admission he was not answering properly which kept us in dilemma and also panic. There was no clarity at all.he was not even explaining the condition of patient, he just pressurizing us to get admitted. When we refused he started abusing us and used unprofessional words infront of the patient. Being a Doctor he was not giving us trust.at that time parient BP was 117 and if he would have explained us the situation and behaved properly by giving professional advice we would have admitted there itself.due to his unprofessional behavior we were very much scared to admit hence we moved to other hospitals in the midnight while reaching other hospital BP was 60 due to which they took patient to ICU
By GOD grace now patient recovered.
I never given feedback to any this is the first time im writing considering this would help someone t take decision during emergency. Pl in any emergency do not go to Sevakshetra.

WORST! Never ever ever visit. Don’t go by positive reviews, NONE of them are real! This is the WORST HOSPITAL EVER! My grandpa was admitted for a clot in the head, they did very basic treatment, checking BP & giving some injections once a day. The treatment seemed too simple for a clot & I got annoyed by the staff’s behaviour & decided to change the hospital & the new hospital put him in ICU immediately seeing his condition. His oxygen levels had dropped & he had a stroke in his leg, all while in Sevakshetra hospital! They treated him with 2 tablets for those 2 days he was there & kept saying he’s stable when he’s not! They are playing with peoples lives! Staff if EXTREMELY rude, a nurse called RADHA is the most arrogant person and dosent deserve to be a nurse! Dr, Beeresh is just a shrewd old man, who dosent know how to talk! He acts like he is doing a favour checking the patients! Please save yourself & your loved ones and AVOID at all costs.

Educate your staff to respect patients. With severe back pain, I called Sevakshetra around 12: 20pm on Sep 12,2022 for an ortho appointment with Dr D Kamath. They asked me to come down by 1pm. I drove down immediately reaching there around 12: 40pm. There the lobby asked me to ask Dr Kamath's nurse if he can see me. Since the nurse was inside the room, I waited for easily 20 mins for the nurse. The nurse simply said the doctor can't see me today and asked me to come tomorrow.

Is this your service attitude? Your staff made me waste my time while suffering pain - only to tell me to come tomorrow. Couldn't Dr Kamath's nurse have instructed the lobby to NOT take any more appointments? Irresponsible attitude!

3 days back I went with my mother for general checkup.n we consult an irrespective doctor towards patients and mercy less (Dr Anand Rao) person n arrogant person.my mother was illiterate so that I've asked him about my mother BP.he doesn't tell.my suggestion is that don't consult himm. Because he don't have minimum common sense to behave with patients. Hospitality was good and staff also good

I will not prefer this hospital, I have health issue I meet Dr. Raj Deepak he will not check the temperature and Blood pressure, body health check up, they will ask the issues but they will not check the health, i am not interested to give the single rating also and for first time visit they will charge 330rs.

Physiotherapy treatment, it's good, but traction treatment is not good, because that bed and physiotherapy Dr shobha she is really down to earth, and kind heart person, I went slip disc problem, I can't able to walk, I'll take 10 days treatment now I'm 70 %recover, I m able to walk 7k steps for a day, thank u Dr shobha,

Kindly dont go to this hospital its looting the money from the people no proper service and worst managment and rooms are dirty and full stink in the room and money minded people and just know loot from the poor ppl

Such a wonderful hospitality for d senior citizens done by d staffs, doctors n nurses.so much overwhelmed when I saw d humble, kind words spoke to d patients specially by d nurse Radhika.who treated my uncle for his dressing.of his amputed ankles.she is one of d best nurse who gives her complete dedication towards her profession.keep going n all d best.

Pharmacy only take cash, opposite tea shop have online transaction QR code.pharmacy takes only cash, , on emergency we should keep running searching for cash or medicine.

Hats off to Sevakshetra hospital. My mother was diagnosed with bowel cancer and unwilling for surgery. The staff, doctors, housekeeping.not one or two.all helped well for palliative treatment. Though she succumbed to her illness. I thank all doctors for a comfortable onward journey.

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my entire life. The service of this hospital is of very very low standards. This type of hospital need to be shut down on immediate basis. They are simply earning huge money in the tag of charity hospital. The securities and nurses on duty don't know basic manners and they need to learn basic communication skills and soft skills. I wonder who the bloody motherf*cker has appointed these securities and nurses as a care taker of a hospital where people come with pains and sufferings having too much sorrows and miseries. The person who appointed these people in the hospital is mentally unstable and retarted. He don't even know what type of people need to be appointed in hospital. The staffs behaviour towards patients and attendees are very rude and they don't even know the basic rights of patients during the process of treatment and while on the hospital bed. I recommend never visit this hospital instead pay 10 rupees more and prefer other hospitals.

Never came across this type of hospital, some doctors here are very arrogant. Don't know what to speak or what to not speak with Patients. Always aiming for money. General ward Nurse special shout out she was treating patient and their families like servants. No questions to be raised. She will say u have to bare the pain go and speak to duty doctor. Because of her negligence with other tablet my mom started vomiting suddenly.that dose was not preferred.totally negligience.so we shifted to special ward because of nurse. Doctors came from outside fixed with an appointment was good.

Website covid vaccination rate they mention as INR 250, once you come here they will ask you to Pay INR 780.

Awful experience. Went for covid 19 vaccination after booking slots online. But when i reached there at scheduled time they said they wont give vaccination untill 10 more people come and also asked extra charges for vaccination. Would not recommend this place to anyone. BBMP must look into this and make sure that hospitals dont do fraud like this with people.

I visited this hospital as my granny suggested it for its reasonable prices, charges for their survices
I will now believe that what she told was very true as compared to pvt hospitals their rates r far more reasonable and i love the fact that here doctors are service minded and not money minded.
I recommend this hospital as i had been impressed with evn the quality of work of staff too

Doctor for Laproscopy is superb. Admin staff on ground floor is clueless about timings of doctors neither show any interest in helping instead on their phones. Plain bad attitude. Accounts senior manager too bot giving proper pricing/expected cost of procedure. Simply saying it won't to high will not suffice! After much convincing he displayed rate sheet which again does not detail the rest of the expected cost.

Perhaps 60 years old reputed prestigious hospital run by Canara Bank welfare trust sort organization. Tolerable medical charges. Courteous staff. Centrally located. Attached Matruchaya promoting elder causes, brail promotion, other NGO socially related services. Attached senior citizen home with 24 hour care.

Today took COVID vaccine on second floor.
Excellent ambiance & sweet staff.
They took wonderful care before & after vaccine.

Good hospital for middle class people and for minor problems. I admitted my father in law for blood transfusion in special ward, for 2 days charges was only 4000, previously v were admitting in other hospitals for same, charges used to b 12000. I recommend this hospital for getting treated for day to day illness at less cost

Tremendous! Patients are waiting outside. Duty doctor is busy in seeing Facebook inside! Securities are more generous than doctors.

We are visited today blood test (Laboratory section) ground floor there are no one is there.

Plz advice the nurses.

Looting innocent people giving wrong information and charging unnecessary consultancy fee.
I had been there and they told it is vital fever and called me again next day which I did and charged me fee again for that and the fever lasted many days then I consulted another doctor and he told I have typhoid.

Very bad experience I am a shamed of giving even 1. My son had corns on his foot me and my husband went on 18th he told k come on 20 th we will remove k we went.visiting hours are at 5: 30pm he came at 6: 30pm he told today we can't it's already late come on 25th k we went again same thing oh sorry today is also late they will close at 7: 00pm so we can't make it come on date 1st. I don't know wt he will say on 1st so please don't go.
