Scanning makes too delayed.respective radiography is sitting idle by using phone! Even when patient into scanning section.hospital department need to look into this bez of his careless.scanning is been getting delay by 2 hours.

One of the best hospitals, Dr Pearlin Raj is a wonderful doctor, it’s my first pregnancy and from start to end she cooperated well, I delivered a baby boy without any health complications Alhamdulliah. The staff is polite and humble.

I was in extreme pain when I visited the hospital (miscarriage). I had my first delivery here under the supervision of Dr. Aruna. I had no idea about any other doctor.but luckily I met Dr. Kalai an excellent human who made things happen in such a speedy manner. She did everything accordingly and in such a systematic way that in a period of 3 days I was back to normal. It's a blessing to get a good doctor And I am extremely happy that I got one. (special thanks to sister Nirmala who take care of me in the op ward). Dr. Kalai a young and an energetic doctor who treats you as a family. With a broken finger given my X ray and my case.history file from the same hospital, just looked x ray and started twisting my finger without even having a look on my finger, he was still talking to the nurse in the local language
He was rude to me on my every question, no respect for the patients who pay 400 Rs for consultation
Less than a minute given two tablets prescription, He just talked two or three sentences to me the whole time but he was continuously speaking to her.
The nurse didnt care to bring my files or any other support
He may be an experienced doctor and my injury will be a minute one, but as a patient who dont have much knowledge in these look forward to doctors to understand the things, this guy was rude and arrogant to all my questions
The nurse deserves to be sacked, even if it was a professional conversation happening betwneen them also either they can ask patient to wait a little or they can continue once patient is taken.care
Reallty not recommended. However their Emergency room and general physician are too good I have visited frequently there.

When I fell down in my apartment in Cooke Town on Sun. 5th March and ended up with a very deep cut on my head I was bleeding profusely. I asked my husband to please take me to Seventh Day Adventist Hospital as I had heard good things about the hospital from my friends who had been treated there in the past.
What I experienced at the hospital that day was truly amazing - right from the warm, friendly and enthusiastic response from the nurses who were on duty at the Reception Desk in the Emergency Wing to the timely, efficient, competent, professional medical treatment by Dr. Suha Meher and Sister Grace and finally the polite and helpful staff at the billing counter. The service I received was very professional and yet it had a personal, human feel to it.
I am VERY grateful to Dr. Suha Meher and Sister Grace for seeing me through a crisis and for stitching my wound and putting my life back on track.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Suha Meher, Sister Grace and the Nursing Team who were on duty for looking after me so well.
They say, "God's Angels come in many forms. " For me they came in the form of Dr. Suha Meher and Sister Grace on that day, when I needed a miracle.
To be a good doctor you require certain human qualities + knowledge + skills. I found Dr. Suha Meher was empathetic, caring, professional, competent and dedicated + she knew what she needed to do + she did it so competently and efficiently and without wasting any time.

Dr Evangeline was superb It has been a wonderful experience with this doctor. I always prefer fr Seventh Day Hospital for me as well as My Family and friends. But this time I Faced literally WORST SERVICE by Billing Management and Extra Charges where added.

The Pediatrician was not on time while his visit's, change's each and every day (I don't want to mention the Doctor name)

Really well maintained and staff is very good but in terms of maternity care it's really good and they try very hard for normal delivery.

Dr. Pearlin Raj.omg she's an angel. My wife was in critical condition but she waited for normal delivery which was done successfully. Wife & child are safe it's just because of her.

Trust me if there was negative scoring then that completely applies to the duty doctor / reception here.

My mother had visited to take her weekly injection but unfortunately she was not treated well and she left.

She again visited for her weekly injection and the same thing happened and this time have experienced what hell feels like - the duty doctor / reception told her to take her record and leave also threatened by telling to the other colleague to call the security for her. My mother is 50+ aged not sure what was the requirement of security for a woman aged 50+ and not sure if they are the partners or owners of the hospital to pass such statements - take your record and leave. And the irony is that they themself don't maintain a proper file and ask the patience to show their card and then wait for hours till they find it and still they are not capable to get the file.

Also their language, addressed 'bro' wait I'll see not sure if they are really educated and professional or thugs who got their job by influence or just being an Adventist. Trust me people would prefer to die rather than being treated here atleast will die with respect and dignity instead of the insult and humiliation.

Visited this hospital since one of my friend's wife delivered a baby boy in this hospital happy that they have taken good care of her and everything went well the staff were very friendly and helpful but I also noticed that the staff are a bit unfriendly whenever someone visits during non visiting hours The rest was good.

Last month I was stuck with severe pain on a Sunday evening. I had visited Santhosh diagnostics but everyone was on a leave. In my case, Dr. Saldhana came straight to the hospital within 15-20 minutes, after church.

When the doc diagnosing me with ultrasound scanning he found that I had a 8 mm kidney stone in the ureter. Thereafter, He told me to consume lots and lots of water and within 5 days I just flushed out the kidney stone.

Dr. Saldhana gave me hope and told me not to be frightened. Trust me, He is a very good doctor, friendly, polite and very understanding.

I have visited this hsptl for usg scan dr saldanha said it was kidney stone it is passing out because of that I had severe pain not able to sit or lay down trusting the report I have undergone flush therapy vch was suggested by other doctor from other hsptls, but the pain hasn't come down at all later I had severe blood vomit immediately we had shifted to cmh hsptl there doctor found that my right ovary has ruptured and it is medical emergency for me, dr saldanha just said only pcod for me but he hasn't mentioned anywhere that I had cyst, coz of his fake report my right got ovary removed people who visits hospital don't mildly trust doctor's report its all fake and my suggestions is not to trust usg doctor anymore worst experience tat hsptl gave me, after tat from the owner we dey will be sending sympathy msg doesn't solve anything I surely come to ur hsptl once I recovered with proper document and I will not leave this kindly close this hsplt people please don't don't don't go dey will kill u guys kindly don't go please save urself from this kind of people worst management worst doctors dey don't mind ur lives dey just wanted money tats all

Always a long wait for scan.they ask us to wait after issuing token it's almost 2 hours still waiting. I hope the management will look into this issue.

For me having a normal delivery was a dream Coz physically I was too weak. But thanks to sisters, cleaning staff, nurses n entire Labor ward staff n yes special thanks to DR. JYOTI for being the goddess in my life. It was possible only coz of her efforts where she tried every possible way to do a normal delivery when I myself had given up n was screaming for C-section. Highly recommend her. If you're willing to have a normal delivery when u don't trust yourself jus see her. Lots of prayers for her every time I look at my baby I thank n pray for her n entire staff of seventh day.

I was consulting different hospital for delivery the last moment I wanted to take a 2nd opinion so I visited seventy day hospital met DR Jyothi. I really thank her to attend me and made me feel so comfortable that I din't feel that it was my 1 visit with her and decided to deliver in the same hospital by Dr Jyothi the 2nd vist was my delivery. All the Doctors and nurses treated me so nicely that I did not get nerves during operation at all. By god's grace I delivered a baby boy on 1st sep 2021.

All the nurses and staffs were well trained and well mannered.
Had a good experience. Special thanks to Dr Jyothi the gynaecologist.

I delivered my second baby on 3rd August, I would like to thank Dr. Jyothi for all the unending support she gave me during my pregnancy from day one and till I delivered, I followed all the instructions she gave me from day 1 till my last day of pregnancy by God's grace I didn't face any complications and delivered a healthy baby boy. She is a real Wonder woman, Good soul sent from above, SDA hospital is really lucky to have someone like her. During the month of May I was affected by Covid and I was A symptomatic at that time I was very stressed and was undergoing a lot of mental stress, at that time she gave me a lot mental support which gave me confidence that I will over come this sickness. I really want to convey my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Jyothi without that support I wouldn't have made it till today

I was born in SDA hospital in the year 1991 and I have a very good attachment with the hospital, When I am at the hospital and when I meet the staffs around I always feel like visiting my family, I also made friends with many staffs and nurses who are working there, I would like to thank Bro Donald in the insurance department for supporting us, also the staff in the scan room (Deepa and Angel) and scan doctor (Dr. Saldhana), Dr. Evangeline for checking on me if I was okay all the time she passed by, Nurses who helped me in the OB ward, All the staffs who helped me in the OT including the Anesthesiast who was so jovial and kept me engrossed during my surgery and all the Housekeeping staff and ofcourse the duty doctors who were around me at that time.

Doctor Jyoti P Rao is a "Wonder Women" blessed and sent by God Almighty.

One of the useless doctors and staff i havent seen they loot your money be carefull when you visit after delivery they wil give you big list to buy in tat most of the items mentioned are not for sale and they dont even wear covid kit but they collect items from patients and doctors are very careless i saw so much consequences in other babys the way of handling patients are worst and careless pls dont ever visit here

The hospital nurses and the auxiliary staff were very kind and courteous. Pharmacy dept.did a great job in supplying medicines. This is a great hospital which has committed doctors and staff. I had a great experience when I took my daughter for her vaccination. The doctor and nurses were kind and friendly, though they were quite busy. The hospital always is full as the services are in great demand in the locality.

I been to this hospital last month for rashes in my wife due to pregnancy. Dr. Pearlin Raj asked to take blood tests.which costed 400 (consultation fee) +1000 (blood test) =1400rs. After that doctor said it's fine during pregnancy and written some tablets and lotion to apply. Medicines costed me again I think 500rs. Totally it is 2k approximately on that day.after two days the itching never stopped her we again ran to hospital, for that Dr. Pearlin asked to visit general Physician. Physician Dr. Jayakanthan asked to take 3blood tests. 400 (consultation fee) +1400 (bloods test) =1800rs and he also said it is fine and written lot of allergic tablets like Rantac, Avil (costed 500rs). My wife believed those doctors And took tablets for two days (they asked to take tablets 7days). The baby movement completely unseen after 2days. We worried and I asked wife to stop the medicines from seventh day. We waited for couple of days untill the baby movement is normal and visited the skinpoint near KR puram. Within 2min doctor said it's normal in indian women in pregnancy without any blood tests and he written some lotions soap and all. But, Skinpoint doctor haven't given a single tablets in the prescription. Now, my wife is having itching but it is reduced. I don't care about money and if something happened to my wife and child I wouldn't have left those two doctors due to their pathetic treatment. Thank god we saved from this hospital. The doctors in this hospital don't know the PUPPP rashes during pregnancy and giving the allergy prescriptions. Am a software engineer wanted the normal delivery to my wife, so I visited this hospital to continue till delivery as I heard in big hospitals mostly it is operation. Now planning to go visit Martha's to continue the treatment. Her ID number is 19821 for your information before you reply to this review

They all r fake people if patient calls for emergency they tell " anubavi sai " which means " its ur fate die " for patients nurse are not at all good and doctors are pathetic
If we call them they don't respond properly. Treatment is done carelessly.
I want the concerned people to call me and explain why do they treat patient like this? If I don't get a proper answer for their irresponsible statement I will go according to law. Grace is answerable on 5th April 2021 7: 00 pm

If anything below one star I would definitely rate that for Dr. Evangeline. My wife was for induced labor at 37 week's+5 days considering the distance to hospital (Around 35-40Km) & suggestion from doctor saying my wife is carrying a healthy pregnancy, baby is already down, mouth of the uterus is open & there won't be any complications if she's induced. **Doctor never explained us the risks of Induced Labor**

They applied gel overnight & early morning around Dr. Evangeline came for check up & advised her cervix has not diluted more than 1CM and if she can rupture the membrane. Lol it was only a gel that was applied & not Inducing through IV with the help petocin. I clearly said nope do not break the membrane. Around 11: 30 she went in rupture the membrane saying baby's heart beat/movement were dropping so I had to break the water (Which doesn't make sense at all) from 11: 30 till 2: 30 doctor never turned up to check my wife & update me on the progress, considering males are not allowed into the ward I had limited access to check with nurse.at 2: 00 other doctor (Thank God) she came & advised me that baby movements is not moving up & it's dropping. How the heck baby would move when there's no water in the sac? Then she was move to Emergency C section & baby was delivered.

Now just because my son was left without taking immediate medical procedure after breaking the water immediately at birth he had a difficult in breathing & he had to be moved to NICU Only for Overnight. But they handed over the baby only in the night of following next day though pedeatrist told me baby is doing well you can shift around 11 in morning. 3 times feeding to be monitored itseems. How would baby breastfeed when he's on drips? After so much of fight baby was handed over at 10: 30 in night. OMG it was like snaching someone else baby

After all these things I want to say I had spent close to 35-40K only on medicine, what did you do with so much of medicine? They even took the pads which are used by a female after delivery, Such a worst money minded staff's.

This hospital respect's only if you're good enough to communicate in English, My in-law is from country side & she doesn't understand anything other than Kannada, Nurses are so rude & ignorant that if you don't know English they don't even communicate properly & interact. They act so rude if you approach asking a question. "THERE WAS NOT EVEN A CRADLE GIVEN FOR MY BABY"

They have a board that says "We Treat & God Heals" definitely this needs to be changed, they never treat patients properly only that God IS HELPING.

91K for C-section, for such a pathetic service provided by hospital. Even motherwood hardly charge 1.3 Lakhs for C-section which is far better compare to the service provided by SDAH.

Doctor gave me three different reasons for breaking the water

1. Baby heartbeat/movement came down (Worst reason ever)
2. Baby's head didn't move through the cervix
3. To check if baby has gone for motion

I would never recommend this hospital to anyone in my life.

Doctors and staff here are good but the premises doesn't have any parking facility and the security guards are ignorant and low level creeps adding to your parking troubles. The fees are little higher than normal. Cleanliness and hygiene are at its best.

Hospital is little crowded but treatment is good, our two kids are born in this hospital and both delivered normal. I suggested some of my friends also, everybody had normal delivery. Doctors very good.

The Gynaecologists in this hospital got their degrees by doing malpractice or some other means. Doctors have nil knowledge. I took my wife (pregnant 3rd month) to Dr. Jyothi P Rao for checkup. She suggested for ultrasound scan. I felt it is for preliminary external examination to check fetus growth. But that doctor was trying to do transveginal ultrasound scan for which my wife refused. But that doctor told nothing will happen and continued with transveginal ultrasound scan ignoring my wife words. This type of scan is supposed to do after 6 or 7th month. After that my wife was having spotting as and when she urinates. When called the doctor and asked for the reason explaining that she was fine before scan but after scan she is facing problem. The doctor responded harshly and asked me not to blame the scanning process. The spotting didn't stop and finally my wife got severe pain and got abortion. If I had not been to the doctors like these I would have saved a life. I admit that mistake is from my side also.

My suggestion to public is to check the academic profile of the doctors before approaching them. Now a days doctors without knowledge are serving the society and causing problem to the people and making money.

It was good when Dr pricilla Dr sks & Dr Rohini was there now only illiterate dr are there.for normal thyroid Dr perlin gave thyroid medicine thank God i could meet Dr Rohini in her clinic and she stopped me.never go there.

I am blessed to have Dr. Evangeline Christian who had taken care of my wife's delivery. From the beginning she is very polite and courteous with lot of experience and always gives us confidence, Positive Vibes. I am blessed with a baby boy.

Adventist have lost their discipline in managing this unit, A month ago I'd taken appointment for USG Scan on behalf of my wife; I was communicated that the token is reserved for 6th September 2019, I'd reached SDA 8: 30am and found the display: "Scan Tokens are issued only after 9am- AFTER THE MORNING WORSHIP" so I waited here and attended the worship along with the Adventist and after the worship I came here but the sister who issues the tokens have already issued the tokens even before the worship was finished (VERY SAD TO SEE THE ADVENTIST STAFFS making mockery of their own process)
