Dr Jain, helped me reduce 12 kgs in 3 Months. Her diet plan is very practical. I was also able to get rid of my stomach issues with her guidance.

Shailja's diet plan and guidance for weight management are very good and custom made as per your choice. Me being a vegetarian had my reservation about diet plans however Dr. Shailja managed it quite well. I highly recommend her as I have been following her plan for 2 months and there is already a huge improvement in my health.

I took up diet plan from Shailja to streamline my food routine as I work in IT and not following diet properly. I approached her and she gave many advices on how to take care one's health adding up to the customized diet plan. I followed whatever she suggested me and i experienced the changes within 5-6 days. I felt more energetic and thanks to Shailja for making me fit again and I am continuing her diet plan since 7 months now and everything works perfect for me.

I started my journey with Shailja in Feb 2021 and untill today I have lost almost 15kgs of weight.
For many it may seem that I lost good number of kgs in 3.5 months but battling PCOS for last few years made it so difficult for me to loose the weight and feel stressed. I wish I could have met you before Shailja so that I could have learnt before to stay positive, consistent, disciplined and be patient in my weight loss journey.
Today just by following your diets and workout (45 mins of walk+ 20 mins exercise) I have lost 15kgs of my weight- all because of you!
You always kept me motivated and going.
Being flexible and giving me alternatives in my diet on the days I felt low and still losing weight is something that taught me I dont need to be always harsh to myself.
I feel so happy today with my weight loss and that I can finally see a way to come out of this PCOD condition.

As a young competitive swimmer, maintaining a strong body and healthy mind was constantly crucial. Dr. Shailja provided diets that helped me develop muscle strength and maintain ideal fat percentage. She considered my food preferences, training schedule, and recovery days when preparing the diet plans. Frequent interactions with her pushed me to stay inclined towards my goal also. The diets were natural  (no artificial supplements) and easy to adopt.

I always had trouble gaining weight. Tried so many methods and dint work. Dr. Shaili gave me a good support and have gained about 9kg in a period of 3 months which was almost impossible for me before. Glad to have joined goprodiet.
