Oil used in fried rice is used atleast for 10 days. Rice was greasy and dripping with oil. Worst food ever. They don't have heart to give such food to customers

Madurai Shans kitchen தானே. தமிழ் படிக்க தெரியும்ல. அதுனால தான் இதே போஸ்ட் பண்றேன். நீ கொடுத்த பார்சல் ல ஒரு dosa அதிகமாக கொடுதிற்கே. அதுக்கு பெயர் compensate ah? நீ யாரு டா நான் என்ன சாப்பிடனும்னு decide பண்ண. ஒன்னு proper ah service குடு. இல்லனா சாத்திட்டு போடா கடையை.

Perfect Tamilnadu restaurant! The taste will take u back to ur hometown. Their Best dishes: Bun parotta, Chicken noodles, Cauliflower Manchurian, Kothu parotta.

Dont believe on fake reviews. Taste is very average. Quantity and quality sucks. I ordered 4 idlies and got few pieces of mini idlies. Not only this time every time this happens.being a Tamil guy I didn't reported this issue before. But now I just lost my mind and typing this. These guys have multiple listings on Zomato. Anjarai Petti, TN81, Shans Kitchen. Please don't order in these listings. Shans kitchen is a Nightmare!

Good for dosa, veechu parota, parota (could be fresher), kalaki, spicy chicken kothu parota. Egg biryani was alright. Did not like the idli, chicken gravy combo

Good and decent taste food and mostly important they are providing curry, sambar for porotta, dosa.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Quality has dropped drastically. Compromising on taste and still charging exorbitant. Never ever ordering from here. Biryani was dry and tasted of uncooked garam masala.

Best place for good south Indian food in Brookfield. The dishes here are tasty and authentic South Indian type.

Taste of food is changed to worst nowadays/recently. (Surely the cook is changed, they are trying to manage with some other cook)

High cinnamon and clove in the food nowadays (Only smelling good, taste is very bad and not good for tummy and health as it is in high level)

Service takes lot of time (20 minutes to provide the ordered food)
And they are providing parotta but no manners to keep salna when they serve parotta, we need to keep on asking, same case for raita when biriyani is served.

Servers are struggling, to go to first floor to get every order from the kitchen (they could have retained the kitchen setup in the ground floor itself as like before)

This is madurai style South Indian hotel.durai master is there he is specialist to parrotas and seeraga Samba biryani.must try food.poricha parrota + kalaki, bun parrota, coin parrota, kothu parrota.

Bad very bad fod chicken curry not testty parota also first time ok chicken biryani normal test but 2time very very bad

One of the best places to have madurai style food. Taste and quality is very good. Hard to find restaurant serving authentic food.

Parota price so costly Rs. 25 (per piece).
Parota kuruma is very very worst in taste.
Remaining items are better in taste but so costly.

Really tasty. If you want to taste authentic tamil food in it's own flavour, you must try here. Bun Parota stands out than other items.

I ordered Egg biryani and double omlette. Omlette was ok (need to improve). But egg biryani trust me, I just ordered to check even though I like mutton, egg biryani was awesome cooked to perfection. I can see every necessary spices to impress my ballet.awesome end for a white field traffic.i will look forward to try remaining dishes. Thank you, Shan's kitchen wish you maintain same consistency.

A good tamil restaurant. Could have been cheaper considering the restaurant type. Costly for this type of restaurant.

Food is excellent here. No words to describe. When you are going directly to restaurant the food will be cheap but ordering on zomato or swiggy it will be double or tripple the cost. Once see the cart value after ordering and same you go to restaurant have the food and see the bill. Damn sure it will be half the price shown in swiggy.

Taste is Good Service is poor. There is only one guy to serve 5 tables. Biryani is the pick of the menu.

Kerala style banana leaf parota is very good. Must try one.

This place is authentic for Tamilnadu food style.

I have been ordering from here for long time in SWIGGY, I have been craving for Madurai style parota salna and Briyani. Finally found this awesome restaurant

I have ordered Chilli parota and really the taste was amazing and the taste and style was close to my hometown Madurai.

And very 1st time I have tasted the chilli parota in Bangalore and much happy to feel the same taste what I was expected. Thank you Shan's Kitchen

Take away time is longer as many online orders are taken at this time. Food and quantity was OK. TN style food. Hygien and food quality to be improved.

I have been living last 10 years in Bangalore Nd I never ever had the same taste of Briyani in any branded south Indian restaurants
also hats off to the owner for the eco responsibility packaging as much possible which most of them are not doing others please do eco responsible packing and save our mother nature.also the aromo is still there in the hand after the handwash as well please continue the same quality.semaya semaya soldrathukku Vera onnnum illaya:)

Taste was good.
But the waiting time was too much. Good satisfying tamilnadu food if you have patience and time.

The restaurant is for South Tamilnadu recipes. Food was delicious. Kitchen is in first floor. People dine-in rarely may be due to COVID. Seating for 3-4 families available. But everytime need to call the kitchen from ground floor.

Authentic Madurai dishes like kari dosai, Chicken Kizhi Parotta and their veg kothu Parotta is made of white kurma

Ordered through Swiggy. Tastewise its well enough, typical South TN style biriyani taste. But on the quantity side they are giving very less for the cost they charging. Liked their Banana leaf package.

DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. WORST EVER. ORDERED FOOD THROUGH SWIGGY. THEY SENT SPOILED AND BURNED FOOD. THE CURRY BOX WAS SWOLLEN AND STRONG PUNGENT SMELL ON OPENING. SHOULD SHOW SOME COURTESY TO THE ONES PAYING YOU.

Food was good.but the quantity is too low. Just change this.then we have waited for too long.the food was late.taste was good.felt like eating in tamilnadu hotels.

Visited midnight and I am sure nowhere at 11.40 PM will get hot dosas and idlies with good taste

Food is really yummy. A very authentic South Indian taste in sambar and chutneys. You'll all love it there, the crisp in dosas.

My long search of authentic Madurai style taste in Bangalore ended here, I regret I found them so late while staying very close. The reason is undoubtfully the name of the restaurant which sounded Western.lol. Pleased with the taste of their mutton biriyani, chapathi, Parota, everything awesome folks. I have placed order for my daughter's birthday as a result of their taste and all of them in my apartment were impressed. Keep going with same taste!

Best morning food you can find. These guys are open at 6am with their yummy Biryanis and some amazing Tamil style breakfast. Must visit!

Very authentic and nice place for South indian food. Nominal rates and extensive options. Do visit if ur fed up with the customary sweet sambar of banglore.
