Had HSG there, most disappointing and sad experience. I wasn't briefed, then was made wait for 45 min post injections in an akward posture, in an tiny dungy room with no air conditioning without any idea what that injection was, how long m I waiting for the procedure. To top it all they discussed the xray not working right in front of me and gave me a wrong reading of my test. The crazy was not over yet. Wen i went back for my reports hard copy they blamed me for coming late as they lost my reports and asked me to pay again for it. Since I had my doubts consulted, 2 more docs went thru the procedure again just to get to know that I m absolutely fine.
Wish they took their jobes little more seriously

I write this review as I have experienced the worst ever service at the Shanthi Nursing Home.

I was admitted to the hospital after I was down with fever and throat Infection. OPD service was very good. As soon as the OPD work was done, we were asked to go to one of the rooms on the second floor. The first impression of the staff there was pathetic! You will need to call the nurses and housekeeping staff for about 20 mins and at last have to beg them to come.

The staffs prioritize their personal calls and phone usage and do not attend to the patients. The bathroom cleaning (as far as I know, hospitals clean the toilet every 4 to 5 hours), was never done during the stay. My caretaker had to do it as I had to keep myself away from further infections.

One of the staff came to our room speaking over the phone and we were having a conversation with regards to the hospitalization. The staff had the audacity to silence us to speak over the call which I strongly believe was a personal call.

I have been visiting Dr. Shilpa GB for a while and she recommended Dr. Sumanth for my treatment of fever and infections. I have no complaints about both the doctors as they have treated me with utmost care.

The nurse calling system is turned off if you use it more than once a day. I have no idea why was it even given near the bed if it's being turned off on calling them. When we peeked outside to check if they are really busy, we noticed that they were on their phones (either on call or just watching videos).

Concluding, the service experience is very poor, and hope the next person who walks in really thinks and gets admitted.

My review is for only dr radhika she is an very rudely behaved dr not at all tolerated she acts like treating us for free very bad manners please take some good vibes from others.

Worst experience. They said it is their hospital rule to get admitted in the hospital for atleast one day to claim insurance.

After insurance company approved the claim without Hospitalization they charged huge money for a simple procedure and discharged the patient.

Worst service by nursing and reception. No proper communication to the patient about the appointment taken.

My wife Routine checkup for pregnancy with Dr Radhika.i like to suggest not to consult with her.because we can't ask her any doubt if you ask she will become angry.and at time of 8th month routine checkup she suggest us to admit immediately need to go through Unplanned Cesarean.she said baby head not at position.but same scanning report i checked with other hospital.they said reports are normal.there is nothing like that.after that we went to consult with other hospital.after 20 days by the grace of god she delivered baby girl by normal delivery.

Me admited my mom we admited her night bcz we know doc here but nursing service is pathatic.
Do not care at all.full night was mosqueto bite to me and mom.
I will not suggest for any one.

Pathetic nursing home. Its not at all worth to call as nursing home doesn't mean it. Nurses have huge attitude and no proper care towards patients, they don't even give doctor's prescribed medicines and don't care about emergency issues of patients, and house keeping they won't response not giving pillow for patient and diagnosis reports they will tell orally proper reports after 2 days, duty doctors will be invisible but they will charge for their visit, no discharge summary. LESS THAN 1 STAR. Complete management failure.

Worst nurses, they don't give medication as per doctor's prescription. No pillows also for patients. Less than one star

Excellent Doctors. They don't simply ask for scanning like other Doctors just to make money. Dr Shilpa and Dr Shalini are best. I recommend others.

Insurance- not covered- for Cashless - FHPL not tied up

Stupid idiot says not paid shouts at patient before asking doctor rascal staff why u don't u teach him customer ethics how to behave

Not good at all. The doctor does not come for rounds in time. The nurses are irritating they just show attitude to patients and overreact infront of doctors.
Only few staffs are good in behaviour

Doctor Sanjay Gururaj is a very very Bad Doctor. He is a pediatrician and treats everyone for ALL diseases. He has indirectly made patients lose their life with his Wrong diagnosis. Never go to this hospital.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. DR. GOMATHI NARAYANAN IS THE WORST DOCTOR. She is very discouraging and demotivating. She just gives tests randomly. Especially, for a gynecologist she isn't positive. BASIC THING FOR doctor is to positive.

This review not about doctors, its only about hospital and management. All d doctors are visiting doctors u can meet them by prior appointment only. Staffs are lagging in organizing appointment. If u have a lot of time and patience then you can visit here. Moreover always the are insist you to pay only cash. I dont know why even u want to pay more than 10K also they are expecting as a cash. Staff nurses and receptionist are wont take about u and patients. Fee also bit high when compare to doctors private clinics.

Never seen such a worst hospital staffs in my life. Felt like slippering the front office staffs. And the funniest part is they take only cash no cards, bullshit. Doctors are good thats why we were here. But next time if there is any kind of ruckus I will definitely slipper these idiods
