I visited Shatayu for my PMS issue Dr. Swati recommended detox followed by medication. For the first time my PMS decreased by 70% and the detox has helped me with gut issues as well. Would definitely recommend Shatayu for overall well-being.

It was good experience for the first time, Nandita was very professional and made the entire process comfortable. Would give it a try again for sure.

Have been regular customer with Shathayu for 5 to 6 years. Their services have been steadily improving. In particular, big thanks to Pruthvi, who is now my regular masseuse at Banashankari branch. He has amazing hands and does the massage with great care and enthusiasm. These regular Abhyanga sessions and annual detox sessions have been greatly helping me keep up with my health.

The place is very hygienic and the massage therapy is very relaxing. Ms Anu and Ms Sandhya made the experience very relaxing:)

I recently completed a Rejuvenation package at the Shathayu Ayurveda at Banashankari. I was looking to improve my overall health and well-being, and I was very happy with the results.

I visited Shathayu Ayurvedic Clinic a couple months back to reduce my weight, i successfully ending up loosing weight and keeping my body healthy.
Mr Deepesh and Mr Prajwal are very therapists. And Dr Krupa was taking care of the weight loss medications. Finally i would be thankful for shathayu Clinic

I took the Vishesha Abhyanga today at Shathayu.it was a very detailed head to toe oil massage and steam therapy, which was a unique and relaxing experience.
The doctors and therapists are very friendly and have good hands on experience.

I recommend this clinic for someone who is looking for deep body massage and relaxation. You will definitely come back home with a relaxed flexible body.

Had a very bad experience with the lady on reception named Ahalya & she doesn’t knw how to talk to the client, she seem to be horrible, pathetic & had a autrocious behaviour & would nvr ever go to Banashankari shatayu & nvr suggest anyone for their services becus I feel she seem to be illiterate & dumb lady with no respect to clients.

I had a chance to visit Shatayu Ayurveda clinic at this address in banashankari and availed massage packages viz vishesha abyanga with stream bath. It was fantastic and a very relaxing massage ever had. Dr. Swathi and Dr. Krupa was very obliging and helpful in advising. Therapist were also very experienced and friendly.

I recommend strongly this centre if anyone is looking for deep body massage therapy n cost effective treatment. Will definitely visit again.

I took abhyanga (massage therapy) in the shathayu Banashankari clinic. If u r looking for massage therapy this is the best place in south Bengaluru. The therapists here are very professional and punctual.the place is very neat and clean.the therapy was very relaxing.good job shathayu.

My wife and I have been regular members of Shathayu for over 8 years. We enjoy regular Abhyangam and occasional treatments for aches and pains. We are happy with the guidance of the Doctor and treatments and medication prescribed. Everyone is friendly and the therapy procedure is very hygienic. Therapists are very experienced. We will continue our treatments as long as we can.

This clinic provides quality service. Especially Abhyangam is a top quality service. Therapists are well trained and well behaved. The cleanliness is maintained at par. Shirodhara is also a quality therapy they do. This clinic is really value for money. Though I've not taken clinic/doctor consultation service, but being regular customer from few years on therapy side, can vouch on consultation also.

The best Ayurveda therapies I ever had. The massages were really relaxing. They maintain excellent hygiene. Keep it up.

I had gone there due to neck and back pain. The doctor suggested three sessions of massage. My pain almost decreased in the first session only. After completing three sessions I was completely fine and my pain was cured. The staff was very dedicated and nice. Their services were great.

I came for weight loss treatment to Shathayu, had consultation with doctor and started with treatment, I lost 12 kgs. I'm very happy with service

I have been a patron (almost 6 years now) of this place since their first premises on KR Road which has now been shifted to Banashankari. There is absolutely no consistency of therapists and they keep changing almost every 3 months. I go there to get a body massage for my chronic lower back ache and it becomes a challenge to explain it to a new therapist every time. The washrooms and steam cubicles lack hygiene, have residues from
previous treatments and it’s is absolutely unhygienic. The towels provided are useles as they do not absorb any water. All these complaints have been repeatedly addressed to the management but, looks like they do not care about it as there is no change.
Further, they have only increased the costs with time but, no improvement in services. Would not recommend this to new clients as you will get better relaxation therapy at other places with much better hygiene conditions and consistency.
