Shathayu Ayurveda Clinic

I recently visited Shatayu at RR Nagar for full body Abhyanga. Chennakeshava iis the therapist who did Abhyanga. He is a very good therapist. He has real magic in his hands. He knows where exactly the pain points are and does an awesome job in treating them. He patiently listens to customer problems and takes care of their needs. He's the best therapist I have come across so far. Please ask for him if you visit here. Keep up the good work my boy

Vishwanth massage therapist was really good. He has the necessary skill and is keen in helping the patient.

Shatayu is the best place to visit for any kind of pain reliefs. Vishwanaths way of treatment is very relaxing and the knowledge of massaging is very good, he treats the customers in a very professional way.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor. It was a very good experience. They have well qualified staff and very good hospitality. The quality of body massage done was commendable.
Mr Vishwanath therapist massaged very well you could feel the muscle pressure and initially you feel pain and with in minutes pain vanishes.once the procedure is complete the lightness and floating feeling was amazing.offcourse they asked whether water or juice is required time to time.but definitely that was an amazing feeling one must definitely try and I would definitely recommend.all.

It was a pleasant and wonderful experience, the staff was really friendly and very kind. The service offered was more than expected, would definitely recommend this place and am hoping to return for another session soon. Thank you megha for wonderful service.

It's almost 3 times expensive for a normal massage and steam bath! Definitely not for regular massage. There are other better ayurvedic massage centers in R R Nagar at cost effective rate

The treatment for dry skin proved to be successful. Ambience and service rendered were great. Dr. Shravya was very helpful through out my treatment answering even my petty doubts!

I had shoulder pain since 5 days, but within 1 session am fine now. Very nice place must visit for even normal massage.

Abhyanga PPS is best for somebody who is having calves pain, cramps …90mins massage 2 people massage simultaneously, then they give hot press using a heated cloth pouch with medicinal leaves inside it. Especially for people whose nature of work demands continues sitting (WFH). Vishwanath is professional masseur, he shared good information about the treatment and always asked if the pressure was ok, if there are any surgeries, dislocations history to take care of pressure while massaging

Facial done by the therapist Nagarathna was very good. It was very relaxing and got good results post the therapy.

Very curtesious staff and place is kept vey hygiene! Chennakeshava did a good job, kept me engaged asking where i would need pressure.overall had a good massage therapy.

Had a great experience with shathayu. I was suffering from shoulder injury.had a treatment and almost recovered. Place was clean and therapist shashidhar has provided good treatment.

My mom was suffering from a severe back pain, hence she visited the clinic. The staff are very patient, friendly, and professional though I had to cancel, reschedule the appointment quite a number of times. The masseuse Swati is kind, sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable. The receptionist Nagarathna is exceptional in guiding the patients. My mom feels a lot better now and she will be visiting again soon.

Visited along with my Father, Father named M L Kulkarni aged 66 years had a severe Backpain, they suggested Abhyanga treatment with 3 sittings for Rupees 5000/-. There was absolutely no improvement in pain, My Father is still suffering a lot due to pain.these guys are looters, Money minded. Big cheaters. 5000 is not a small amount for a middle class people, these looters never understand the pain.

Visited Shatayu for a Head, neck & foot massage.
The lady who did the massage did a very good job.
Felt relaxed and refreshed after the massage.
The staff at Shatayu are very polite & customer friendly.

Top place for Ayurvedic massages and therapies. Though expensive compared to other establishments in the locality, who provide similar services and have similar or better therapists too. Massage Therapist did not make any difference though, it seemed a routine one.

They also have Ayurvedic shampoo, Idly Mix and other body lotions on offer too.

I had booked an appointment for 3 of us - my brother, brother in-law & me. But after we reached there, we were told that only 2 of us can be given a service at a time since they only had 2 male massage therapists. I ended up waiting for 1.5hrs to finally getting the massage.

The massage was however, great. Felt relaxed. It would have been a 5 star rating if there was no wait at the beginning.
