Eye hospital is well staffed and neat. Eye dilation and checkups through slit lamps done in basement. Overall service was good but some cross selling for more checkups was done. The ophthalmologist didn't like answering more questions on these extra tests.

I have known this hospital for around 15 years now. Have been showing my parents here from 6 years now. Dr Vivek is amazing experienced doctor and a very humble person.

Recently, I had visited this hospital for a eye check certificate that is required for renewal of driving license. I had visited this hospital since I have been approaching this hospital since 2009. However, they were very skeptical to give a eye certificate in the prescribed format for renewing driving license and was told that eyes have to be dilated to check exact power. As per the format, the requirement was not to determine exact power but to check that I have sufficient vision that would enable me to drive a vehicle. Even after the check up, the seal, sign and registration number of ophthalmologist was required and eventually, i was told that the organisation neither has a seal for the respective doctor nor their registration number was mentioned. The certificate was rejected by the Motor vehicles department and I had to visit an another hospital to obtain the same. I lost my trust in this hospital. Hence for similar requirement, better avoid visiting this hospital.

Overall had a very good experience.
Got a LASIK procedure done here, Doctor Archana was very professional and she mentioned each and every step what was performed. The staff are also friendly.

Went for a routine eye check up which included optometry and doctors consultation.

The whole process took less than 30 min, staff was prompt and efficient.

The hospital was well maintained, clean and followed social distancing protocol. Hand sanitizer were available and staff was wearing masks diligently.

The place was not too crowded.
