Had very bad experience at this petrol bunk, pathetic and arrogant staff. After paying 14-15 Rs extra for each liter this kind of behavior is not acceptable. Now will avoid shell petrol pump at all cost. Its more like madiwala market.

The location of this place is opposite to Oxford college and not alongside it.

Petrol bunk is open 24/7, and shell select is also available. But at the time of our visit, coffee/ tea was not available, only cigarette and water was there. Reason being, vending machine was out of service.

Worst behaviour staff and manager font even have common sense wort ever seen behaviour in my life worst staff

The worst petrol station you can ever go to. Even though there are multiple fueling points they only use 1 point and because of this there a big queue. Everytime you go expect to wait 15 - 20 minutes. Then you will see the sign "Skip the queue, try Shell V power" and everything makes sense.

Edit: So today at the air station i asked for a pressure of 33 in the front tyre and 39 rear. The guy denied to go beyond 30 and waved me to go away. This person cannot speak, so i even feel bad for writing this here.

Fact is this Shell does not even deserve a 1 star. Avoid it, I sure will!

Got cheated. I asked to make a full tank to my bike (Honda shine) it's capacity is only 10.5L but they filled the petrol of 15L and forcefully took the 1236 rs. As it was a 3am there was no one on my side and it was emergency for me to go my native so I just paid the bill and came, be careful when u fuel here

I am writing this review after couple of years. I am still a regular customer of this location.
1. Staff- Very friendly, polite and professional specially Site Manager Nagesh
always ready to help you with a smile.
2. Service- that is good upto the mark as per SHELL standard.

I've never had any reason to suspect the quality of the fuel (adulteration) or the quantity.

Had very bad experience just now. I went here to fill fuel for my car and a person called "Sahana" attended my car for filling fuel. I told her not to print customer copy of card swipe receipt because anyways i will get that in phone message, paper waste too, and i asked her to just show the merchant copy, But she printed customer copy and when i asked her, she replied "I did not waste your father money for printing this paper". I got very upset and went inside to meet her supervisor. After few mins the supervisor came out and he was scared of going to talk to her and check what was happened. This the first time i felt very un professionalism in shell petrol pump. She should keep/train people to handle customers in professional way, not like this.

This is worst bunk ever seen.they wantedly make people to wait.all are waste fellows.very bad service

Straight to the point where this place lacks.
1) Price is Rs 4 higher then any other pumps.
2) The service is not good. You get in que for filling up fuel then again on second que to get air check.
That too after paying Rs 4 extra for each litre of fuel.

Whereas if you compare it to the HP petrol pump in AECS layout it stands no where.
I believe thats an example for all of these pumps.
In this HP pump there's no need to be in queue twice if you get refilled here they will do air check there itself unlike Shell. On the other hand they will also clean your glass and grease your doors if you want.

Good place for changing oil. You will get free oil change and good quality oil. But ensure that you are getting shell product only

It's open 24/7 but it's always crowded. They never fill air every time they have excuse saying their machine isn't working

Heavy rush. It will took almost 20 mints time to fill the petrol for two wheelers. This k about four wheeler

Mostly they are out of normal petrol. And we have to fill power petrol which is 7 Rs higher than hp

Top class petrol bunk in town good quality petrol and engine oil you can change engine oil for bike and cars also you can check and change coolant for cars in this bunk

Best petrol station in Bommanahalli, Shell itself cannot be underestimated, it is the only brand which provides purest petrol & the employees are professional.

The number 4 meter seems like having issus. I filled for 500 RS. But the fuel got over in 50 kms. Next day I filled diesel for 500 RS in another shell bunk in Bellary Road, the Distance to empty meter showed 130 kms.

You will definitely have flat Tyre if you fill air in the bunk, out of 5 time when I filled petrol 3 times I filled air and all the three time got flat tyre.
Never used to have such condition when I fill elsewhere.
Please don't fill air.

One of the best and trusted petrol pump in the area. The fuel quality is good and staff is also friendly and genuine. Tyre pressure check and air filling is free. Engine oil change is also done here for free if you buy the engine oil from here. I recently got my motorbike's oil change done from here.but only problem is the fuel pump crowded most of the the time, specially in the evenings.

Their power petrol is real good. My Activa used to give cold start trouble when not used for few days, but I realized if filled with power petrol there is no starting trouble even after 15 days of non usage. It comes at a premium price but it compensates in milage. I usually fill power petrol every alternate time. The difference is visible in vehicle sound only. Highly recommended. It's usually crowded in morning and evening time. Weekend and afternoons are good time to fill.

Quality petrol available
Staff are interested only in selling other items in the store than attending the customers having Shell cash card.most of the time air is not available. One compressor is permanently closed and the other one is quite often is closed either due to manpower shortage or due to repairs. Staff are very casual in attending those issues. I doubt whether there is any manager or supervisor posted.

I get good milage when I refuel in this fuel pump. This may sound funny but it's true. May be the mixture of octane n petrol they use is the key for this. Anyways no issue in engine as well.

No cheating or tamoerong of meters, free tyre pressure, engine oil check and cleaning dirty so screen.
