Quick and efficient service. Of course they try to oversell expensive products like extra special engine oil and special wipers and all. But overall it was a nice experience. And if you know your stuff, you can get things done here at a comparatively low price

Very friendly and polite staff. They say namaste to every customer before filling petrol which is actually a very good gesture, even though you are just there for a few they treat you like you r their guest.

Good. Like the staff. They always give the bill.

And always air services filling one person is available.

BEWARE OF FRAUD SHELL COMPANY.
In the name of free engine inspection, they tried to terrify me saying that my car oil is spoilt and needs replacement after me telling that the car has run only a few thousand kilometres after the service they started saying the oil levels are low and forced me to buy a 1 litre FS oil at 860.rupees. They opened the bottle and emptied only 300 ml in the engine and faked that they emptied the complete bottle and said yes the bottle is empty. When I went and checked the bottle there was more than 600 ml of oil in the bottle, I asked them to call their manager they said he is not available. In fact when I later checked with my car service centre they said oil was not less in my car and now it's a bit extra. These shell guys are frauds who first tried to terrify me about the oil and then the levels and them sold me 860 rupees bottle of oil and planned keep more than half of it with themselves.

Bunch of crooks will cheat you by saying your engine oil and coolent levels are low will put 3 liters and say have put 4 liters of coolent, will try to fit in an old air filter and charge you for a new one. Absolute day light cheating by these guys especially their technician by the name Harish.

Located in Hosur road and very near to Lalbagh. It's difficult to recognise this from the main road as much of the branding is not seen also the entry is bit narrow.
Shell standards are maintained and no cheating as seen by the other bunks franchised under main players.

Premium brand but the worst branch in Bangalore, the rest of shell pumps has an excellent service. This one won’t even accept their own shell card.

Always crowded and staff is slow in work, efficiency can be increased and long queues can be reduced
