I believe Shell fuel is much better than other fuel. I wanna give a big shout out to all the employees who work there. They are so well disciplined in their work ethics. 24/7 is on I got help because the surrounding petrol bump was closed also all shop was closed thank to the shell was open 23/7

Never expected this kind of services from them. They put petrol showing zero in the meter, but in reality the petrol was never filled. Just the empty has that comes out of the funnel. My petrol meter never increased, when went and asked they behaved rudely asking for bill (which he never gave). These are such kind of people who decreases the brand value of the company. Please don't ever consider this bunk.

Good place to shop and fuel. Staff should stop using language infront of customer.apart from that ok.

Why we need to get down from bike. More than fuel, the staff are interested in general stores and only 1 or2 fill fuel

One of those Petrol stations that welcoming. The 24 hrs store adds to the benefit. This place is roughly 3kms from Channasandra Bridge on RamamurthyNagar main road. The Petrol is slightly on the expensive side but believe it's better than the others. You have basic snacks, drinks, smokes and things for the vehicle as well.

Everyone knows how shell fuel is less in adulteration and gives better mileage to your vehicle, the closest one earlier to this was in lingrajpuram or Whitefield road. This bunk was very much needed for in and around Ramamurthy Nagar

Very neat petrol pump.
The ad says buy 2 get 1 Snickers but the shop says it's over.
Otherwise it's okay.
They charge extra for quality. That's the duty of petrol bank.

Great service however they try hard to get you to buy their additive added fuel which is close to Rs 90. I don't think it is worth it. They are the most expensive fuel selling company. That said their staff are exceptionally trained.

This station is open 24/7 for all your late night cravings and ciggertes and other personal items. Friendly staff who are always welcoming only near by place to pick up stuff if you're around Ramamurthy Nagar area.

I have visited this place and many shell bunks. Never recommend to change engine oil here. Oil here is not original after running 25kms oil became like water its not even 100kms. Happened twice from then never visited this bunk again. So please keep in mind not to get oil change here.

Always wished a Shell bunk to come up in RM Nagar and I'm glad it finally did. The fuel, although a bit pricy, is of the best quality as far as I'm concerned. The bunk also has a small store to pick up some quickies and engine oils and coolant also is available to pick up. They also have a free service for engine oil change for bikes and cars. They'd also change your coolant if you want for free. Overall a good bunk to visit.

Place is maintained pretty well for it’s still a few months to about an year old since opening. The area is big enough to accommodate the queue of vehicles that line up for refuelling. The place is right in the middle of an already busy street where traffic hog is a common scene. No specific complaints on the fuel in itself as it’s Shell that we’re talking about but on the staff, I wish they were friendlier. The guy who serviced my request conveniently reset the machine after refuelling without even allowing me look at the amount of fuel or the amount that I needed to pay. He also tried convincing me that there was no other way to find out the amount but to just trust what he quoted he had seen before resetting the machine. I had to go talk to the supervisor and have them go through their system or CCTV before making the payment. Turned out, the guy who refuelled my vehicle was a trainee. For putting someone unqualified at the vending machine for servicing customers, I am taking out a star.

Most of the times I refill my vehicles from here. Convenient location and very much visible in heavy traffic.

The individual who operates the air filling station is not trained at all. This has happened to my car twice and only when I got my air filled at this particular shell.
The first time, the gentleman forgot to close the valve leading to a terrible puncture. I thought this was a one off and I decided not to go ahead and judge the place. Although this morning this very same thing happened once again.
I think it's important for shell to think of better customer service which is great but get your training right please.

As always, Shell is a charm and your vehicle destination for a hassle free fuel filling. Even-though the station is fumbled abreast RM Nagar society, it is a place with void regrets.the convenience store is cool.staff are polite and do the job amicably. Fare-thee-well shell!

Few of the staff members will cheat you by filling Xtra premium petrol. When I ask them to fill normal petrol, they filled extra premium and said it's the normal petrol.

I was in hurry and couldn't complain the manager or anyone else.

Normally they will clean the windshield when we go for petrol, but last time till I ask they didn't clean. Not sure if it happened for others, but it happened to me recently.

The usually will not have the normal petrol and neither will they inform us beforehand by placing a board near the entrance.once we in the queue they tell us they only have power fuel forcing us to fill that as we would already be in the queue and passing it would be difficult.we have faced this issue more than 3 times and when confronted the staff for not informing near the entrance, the staff behaved very rudely mocking at us.
Behaviour of the staff has to be changed.

It is good and service also very good. Staff are behaviour wise good. Rate of shell petrol will give better milage compare to others. Basavanagar and near to HAL colony, this is best place to fill the petrol. Bike oil changing also done here free of cost except price of oil. Light snacks, journey requirement, water bottle are also available at MRP.

24x7 bunk, has nice staff as all shells should have. The select store is pretty awesome as well, has a huge variety of products and the veg and egg puffs at the select store is a must try.

They kept clean and neat, working person are kind to everyone. Compare to other petrol pump station.

They fill up the more expensive petrol option without asking beforehand if that's the petrol you actually wanted.

Never try oil change here. These guys are not checking stock of oil and made me to wait 2 hours to get the oil from other shell petrol pump. Made me to wait 2 hours at night. They keep trying sell Substandard meterials

Staff experience is very very bad and rude. Which I never seen in any Shell before. Totally unhappy.

Whenever there is a offer, you'll get to hear only one thing 'PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE'

Service is good.
A small store is there where you can buy some snacks.also they have restrooms.

Higher quality fuel. Good service offerings in terms of wind shield cleaning, oil change etc. Air for tyres available free of cost. 2 stars are missing due to lack of expertise of the workers. I normally fill a full tank for my bike but some of the workers do not know how to adjust the nozzle to reduce the flow rate as fuel level approaches maximum capacity. I have mainly noticed this with the female employees at the station.

Purposefully create the scarcity for the normal fuel by not opening all the cabins. And enforce the people to fill Shell Petrol to jump the Queue.

This place is newly constructed and I always prefer sleep over other dudes stations. They pour accurate quantity unlike other vendors. I strongly recommend this place and any shell petrol station for tear matter. They don't cheese on your money.

Newly opened shell petrol pump at RM NAGAR. Good service by the staff. Petrol filling is quick. Separate counter for bikes and cars. Free engine oil change is also good. Mechanic does good job in checking oil and also suggests if oil change is needed. There is also a convenience store which sells basic grocery items, snacks and soft drinks.

This is a big well maintained station. Shell offers better service than other brands. The fuel is of premium quality they also other services such as. Engine oil change.
You can even get Snacks, beverages, helmets, car and bike care products which can be quite useful.

So glad shell has opened in ramamurthynagar.nice station, however service can be improved. The staff just keep chatting among themselves and often delay after the diesel filling is done. No windscreen cleaning yet.hope they work on this feedback.

The place is clean and spacious. I was happy when i heard that a new shell petrol bunk was opened in RM nagar. The traffic is also fast flowing so i never had to wait in queue for long.

Visited today, Normal petrol was not available and this happens most of the time. Forced to go for premium.and they denied windshield cleaning saying the equipment is not working. And they take too much time to fill fuel and air.

Late response.single person manage two fill counter.it will dealy up to 10-20 min. And air station is running only one, it will affect up to 5-10 min. So total time to fill fuel and air is 30min+. Its take time too much.plz solve this problem

Compare to other petrol banks here too much cost, i don't know y, where ever if we start any business we offer ll be there that to here too much cost now 73 normal petrol, power 79.

This is newly opened petrol station in Ramamurthy Nagar Yarrannapalya. Staff here is not trained well to meet the standards when compared with other outlets of the same company. Also there is no air filling service and water service yet. Overall ambience is clean.

Staff were unprofessional, old madras road Shell outlets provide excellent service. This place is clean and maintained well. You should get down from the bike then only they are ready to fill the petrol. There are many other petrol stations provide better service.

An important petrol pump in this area most people prefer this around the area as it is the only people prefer it. It is well maintained with being a lot busy most of the time. But overall it is a good petrol pump nearby and most important one. The staff is really very good and helpful as Shell is a really well known company it's really very good.

9 out of 10 times, they would say no normal petrol. Force you to fill shell speed petrol and charge for that. I avoid visiting this place

This petrol station is good and staff is not irritating at all. At times, it gets crowded, as this is the only Shell station we have in radius of 6 kms I guess.

Some people are really good. Others are arrogant. Some times with some reason customers will be told about delay in getting normal fuel and forced to go for Branded fuel and pay more

Fuel and service is good. Morning and evening is more crowd. They do Small service like Mobil check & air filling. If your bike or car had no petrol or diesel. You go they and ask for the petrol Can. So, they provide you a petrol Can. They have 1,2,5 liters Can. They take some deposits. When you return that Can they give you money back.

Good quality fuel.gives better mileage and power.also I get my bikes engine oil changed from here occasionally and it works really good.synthetic engine oil provided here is really good and can be used for up to 4000 km and it costs just around 850- 1000

One of the few fuel stations in Bangalore that provide good service to customers without cheating. They provide oil change service as well. Highly recommended.

One among best fuel station near to vignan nagar.they are providing good service and fuel as well. I used to fill shell fuel from last couple of years since I don't have a complaint about their fuel.so highly recommended.

They sell their own brand of costly power petrol more frequently and keep lesser stock of normal petrol.

Request you to check milage each time u fill disel or petrol. Then u can decide which fuel station ll be more profitable to u. Dont get cheated.

But the fuel quantity and quality is best in Bangalore at all shell petrol bunks.
